14、池有效容積：100立方米?；娱_(kāi)挖尺寸：13.3m*4.3m*5.4m (詳見(jiàn)安裝示意圖)。二、編制依據(jù)1、建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50202-2002;2、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50204-2001;3、砌體工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范 GB50203-2002;4、給水排水管道工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50268-97;5、地下防水工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范 GB50208-2002;三、基坑土體護(hù)坡加固方案(1)分層開(kāi)挖：原地面標(biāo)高1.5m以內(nèi)開(kāi)挖采用1:1放坡開(kāi)挖法； 1.5m以下開(kāi)挖采用邊開(kāi)挖邊支鋼板樁圍護(hù)法。(2)鋼板樁圍護(hù)：基坑四周全部采用U型梢鋼(6m*0.2m)正反咬齒 密

22、進(jìn)行基坑開(kāi)挖時(shí)的鋼板樁 圍護(hù)無(wú)法拆除)，并且處于施工安全考慮，玻璃鋼化糞池安裝好后， 立刻對(duì)其進(jìn)行回填，所有圍護(hù)不拆除。四、施工方案根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)地質(zhì)勘察報(bào)告及所選玻璃鋼化糞池的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，結(jié)合實(shí)地實(shí) 際情況，確定工程施工工藝順序如下：基坑土方開(kāi)挖一基坑圍護(hù)樁一土方外運(yùn)一混凝土墊層、基礎(chǔ)施工 一玻璃鋼化糞池吊裝一分層回填一混凝土頂板澆筑一砌連接井、 檢查 井一現(xiàn)場(chǎng)初步驗(yàn)收。根據(jù)工程實(shí)際情況和施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，擬定土方開(kāi)挖采用機(jī)械配合人工 開(kāi)挖方法，確定如下施工方案：(1)基坑土方開(kāi)挖、圍護(hù)樁、土方外運(yùn)1、基坑開(kāi)挖前，應(yīng)先按照設(shè)計(jì)或施工要求范圍和標(biāo)高平整場(chǎng)地，在 施工范圍內(nèi)，影響施工的軟弱土層、淤泥、腐殖土

30、工面受限制，開(kāi)挖出來(lái)的余泥外運(yùn)， 確保基坑安全；原地面標(biāo)高1.5m以內(nèi)開(kāi)挖采用1:1放坡開(kāi)挖法；1.5m 以下開(kāi)挖采用邊開(kāi)挖邊支鋼板樁圍護(hù)法。3、基坑開(kāi)挖施工，質(zhì)安人員要加強(qiáng)巡視現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，密切注意周圍土體的變形情況及坑梢內(nèi)可能出現(xiàn)的涌水， 涌砂及坑底土體的隆起反彈，一 旦發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，應(yīng)立即停止開(kāi)挖，并知會(huì)監(jiān)理工程師協(xié)同處理。4、土方開(kāi)挖至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高后，于基坑四角設(shè)置集水坑四處，并于基坑 四周設(shè)置集水道，將地下水匯集于集水坑內(nèi)，設(shè)置4臺(tái)DN10眥漿泵 晝夜抽水，設(shè)一專人晝夜看護(hù)。5 .采用天然地基，回填料采用夯實(shí)處理，處理后的承載力特征值達(dá)到 要求。6 .基坑開(kāi)挖后必須通知有關(guān)各方驗(yàn)梢，待確認(rèn)地基承載力

38、放樣安裝基礎(chǔ)模板及澆筑250mmC20L3、完成混凝土基礎(chǔ)后，鋪10cm中粗砂找平。(3)玻璃鋼化糞池吊裝玻璃鋼化糞池吊裝方法以安全操作方便為原則，針對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況，我司采取機(jī)械和人工相結(jié)合的吊裝方式，機(jī)械采用吊機(jī)。1、吊機(jī)吊裝時(shí)，應(yīng)用非金屬繩索扣系住，不得串心吊裝。2、吊裝過(guò)程中，玻璃鋼化糞池應(yīng)平穩(wěn)下坑，不得與坑壁或坑底相碰撞，保證梢壁不坍塌。3、吊裝時(shí)核對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙注意化糞池進(jìn)出口方向，箭頭所指一端為出 口方向。4、吊裝就位后，測(cè)定水平度，局部調(diào)整墊層使之水平；復(fù)測(cè)化糞池 標(biāo)高，符合工程設(shè)計(jì)圖要求后，填塞硅墊塊固定化糞池管身，穩(wěn)定后 澆筑傍管硅。5、化糞池安裝完畢后，將接入新建的排污系
