17、清除，處理點(diǎn)應(yīng)抹入水泥砂漿，將屋面板上的混凝土、砂漿等污物徹底清理干凈，經(jīng)檢查驗(yàn)收合格，方可鋪設(shè)保溫材料。3.2.3 穿過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)的管根部位，應(yīng)用細(xì)石混凝土堵塞密實(shí)，以使管子固定。3.2.4 室內(nèi)墻面已彈好+50cm水平線。四、施工工藝： 找標(biāo)高、彈控制線基層處理灑水濕潤(rùn)掛線貼灰餅澆筑筑粒混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)4.1 找標(biāo)高、彈面層水平線：根據(jù)已有的水平標(biāo)高控制線，測(cè)出屋面面層厚度的水平控制線，彈在四周女兒墻面上。4.2 基層清理，將屋面結(jié)構(gòu)層表面雜物、灰塵清理干凈。4.3 灑水濕潤(rùn)：在施工前一天對(duì)基層表面進(jìn)行灑水濕潤(rùn)。4.4 抹灰餅：通過(guò)已彈出的屋面層水平標(biāo)高控制線，橫豎拉線，用筑?；炷料嗤浜媳鹊陌韬狭?/p>

18、做灰餅，橫豎間距不超2m。4.5 筑?；炷翑嚢瑁合葘⑺嗯c水?dāng)嚢?，然后按設(shè)計(jì)配比需求加入骨料再一同攪拌均勻；如使用專(zhuān)用機(jī)械攪拌每罐攪拌時(shí)間不少于2分鐘，至灰漿攪拌均勻后即可進(jìn)行泵送澆筑。4.6 墊層筑?；炷龄佋O(shè)：將攪拌好的混凝土鋪抹到屋面基層上，緊接著用2m長(zhǎng)刮杠刮平即可。五、施工要點(diǎn)：5.1 為了控制筑?；炷恋暮穸?，施工前必須做灰餅。5.2 要保證面層層和保溫層之間的施工間隔時(shí)間，要讓保溫層穩(wěn)定后再進(jìn)行面層的施工。上人過(guò)早會(huì)使輕質(zhì)混凝土表面骨料脫落，影響下步工序。5.3 要注意保溫層的養(yǎng)護(hù)，養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間必須嚴(yán)格按照施工工藝中提供的養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間。5.4 施工時(shí)如下層已經(jīng)開(kāi)始進(jìn)行頂板裝修，建議在輕質(zhì)混凝土施工前在地面上鋪設(shè)一層防潮層后再施工，以免灰漿、水分向板下滲漏。5.5 施工溫度宜控制在5以上，如低溫施工時(shí)應(yīng)采取防凍保護(hù)措施。5.6 如使用筑?；炷磷鳛檩p鋼樓面結(jié)構(gòu)板施工時(shí)，需按設(shè)計(jì)要求在混凝土內(nèi)增設(shè)鋼筋網(wǎng)片。5.7 由于筑粒輕質(zhì)混凝土流動(dòng)性較好，在施工洞口處施工時(shí)請(qǐng)?jiān)诙纯谔幾?0cm寬細(xì)石混凝土擋墻，高度同輕質(zhì)混凝土墊層厚度。5.8 地面墊層施工宜采用3#或
