2、土體的穩(wěn)定；面板應(yīng)具有足夠的剛度，以抵抗預(yù)期的沖擊和震動作用；面板應(yīng)具有足夠的柔性，以適應(yīng)加筋體再荷載作用下產(chǎn)生容許沉降所帶來的變形。面板采用鋼筋混凝土預(yù)制面板。（3）、填料：填料施工應(yīng)易于填筑與壓實(shí)，與筋帶之間能產(chǎn)生足夠的摩擦力，對筋帶材料無腐蝕性，且水穩(wěn)性好。填料優(yōu)先選用有一定級配、透水性較好的砂類土、碎（礫）石類土，以保證筋帶與填料之間能發(fā)揮較大的摩擦力，確保結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定。填料最大粒徑不得大于15cm。3、基礎(chǔ)工程基底平面尺寸大于基礎(chǔ)外緣30cm。在澆筑條形基礎(chǔ)前基底土質(zhì)及地層情況須檢驗(yàn)?；A(chǔ)澆筑時，按設(shè)計要求預(yù)留沉降縫。4、面板安裝 （1）、第一層面板安裝在清潔的面板基礎(chǔ)上，準(zhǔn)確畫出面0板

3、外緣線。在確定的外緣線上定點(diǎn)，然后進(jìn)行水平測量。安裝時用干硬性砂漿砌筑調(diào)平，砂漿厚度1cm左右，面板布置如下圖所示。同層相鄰面板水平誤差不大于10mm；軸線偏差每20延米不大于10mm。按要求的垂度掛線安裝，安裝縫宜小于10mm。安裝時應(yīng)防止角隅碰壞。面板采用人工安裝就位。安裝時單塊面板傾斜度，一般可內(nèi)傾1/1001/200，作為填料壓實(shí)時面板外傾的預(yù)留度。AABBAABB（2）、以后各層面板的安裝沿面板縱向每5m間距設(shè)標(biāo)樁，每層安裝時用垂球核對，每三層面板安裝完畢測量標(biāo)高和軸線，其允許偏移量與第一層相同。為防止相鄰面板錯位，用夾木螺栓或斜撐固定。在曲線部位注意安裝順適。水平誤差用低強(qiáng)度砂漿找

4、平。水平及傾斜的誤差應(yīng)逐層調(diào)整，不得將誤差累積后再進(jìn)行總調(diào)整。安裝縫應(yīng)均勻、平順、美觀。不得在未完成填土作業(yè)的面板上安裝上一層面板。嚴(yán)禁采用堅硬石子及鐵片支墊，以免造成應(yīng)力集中損壞面板。5、筋帶鋪設(shè)筋帶與面板的連接，將筋帶從面板的預(yù)留孔中穿過，并綁扎以防止抽動，避免筋帶在孔上繞成死結(jié)。筋帶鋪設(shè)在壓實(shí)平整的填料上，不宜重疊，不得卷曲或折曲。筋帶不得與硬質(zhì)棱角填料直接接觸。筋帶在鋪設(shè)時，用鋼筋將筋帶拉緊，再用少量填料壓住筋帶，使之固定并保持正確位置。6、填料的攤鋪、壓實(shí)面板后按1：1放坡回填砂礫，砂礫根據(jù)筋帶豎向間距進(jìn)行分層攤鋪和壓實(shí)，砂礫外回填炮渣石。卸料時自卸汽車與面板距離不應(yīng)小于1.5m，汽

5、車不得在未覆蓋填料的筋帶上行駛，并不得擾動下層筋帶。攤鋪采用人工配合機(jī)械的方式進(jìn)行，攤鋪厚度均勻一致，表面平整，橫坡度不小于3%。每層厚度不得大于20cm。推土機(jī)距面板不小于1.5m。推土機(jī)運(yùn)行方向與筋帶垂直，并不得在未覆蓋填料的筋帶上行駛或停車。距面板1.5m范圍內(nèi)采用人工攤鋪。填料填筑時，隨時檢查含水量是否滿足壓實(shí)要求，每層填料填筑完畢及時碾壓。填料應(yīng)嚴(yán)格分層碾壓。碾壓時先輕后重，不得使用羊足碾。壓路機(jī)不得在未經(jīng)壓實(shí)的填料上急劇改變運(yùn)行方向和急剎車。壓實(shí)作業(yè)先從筋帶中部開始，逐步碾壓至筋帶尾部，再碾壓靠近面板部位。碾壓前應(yīng)進(jìn)行壓實(shí)試驗(yàn)，以確定最經(jīng)濟(jì)的碾壓遍數(shù)壓實(shí)機(jī)具距面板不應(yīng)小于1.0m。
