1、精選優(yōu)質(zhì)文檔-傾情為你奉上一、教育背景(一)教師只注重教學(xué)成績?cè)诮鼛啄甑慕虒W(xué)和教研工作中,我看到了一種普遍的現(xiàn)象:教師為了能在期末考試中讓學(xué)生有一個(gè)良好的考試成績,就在平時(shí)工作中狠抓教學(xué)成績,忽略了對(duì)學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)和開發(fā)。學(xué)生每天接觸到的就是學(xué)習(xí),教師帶進(jìn)課堂的就是試卷和作業(yè),這樣的教學(xué)很難取得良好的效果,即使學(xué)生的成績“上去了”,也會(huì)產(chǎn)生一系列相關(guān)的后果,如學(xué)生的衛(wèi)生、紀(jì)律、思想、同學(xué)關(guān)系等出現(xiàn)各種各樣的問題。如此得不償失的教學(xué)必定會(huì)被淘汰。(二)家長對(duì)學(xué)生過分溺愛每個(gè)家庭都對(duì)孩子很重視,擔(dān)心孩子被落下,總是給孩子最好的呵護(hù)和最多的愛,孩子想要什么就買什么,這樣的溺愛并不在少數(shù)。尤其是實(shí)行計(jì)
2、劃生育以來,家庭中一個(gè)孩子的比率大大提高,他們享受著多種呵護(hù),一旦在學(xué)校稍受委屈就會(huì)叫苦不迭,甚至有家長會(huì)到學(xué)校找教師評(píng)理,產(chǎn)生不和諧的現(xiàn)象。事實(shí)上,家長對(duì)孩子過分的溺愛并不是好事,孩子只有在學(xué)校里接受鍛煉和熏陶,才會(huì)成長為有用的人才。(三)學(xué)生缺乏良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)很大程度上需要教師和家長的監(jiān)督管理,如果放任自流會(huì)使學(xué)生墮落下去。如今的學(xué)生被電子產(chǎn)品和信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)所迷惑的現(xiàn)象不在少數(shù),不能否認(rèn)新時(shí)代的高科技對(duì)學(xué)生的幫助,但是在一定程度上也對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生了影響。有的學(xué)生不會(huì)做的題根本不去思考,直接在網(wǎng)上搜索答案,等到教師檢查作業(yè)的時(shí)候發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生做得很好,但是實(shí)際考試中就會(huì)出現(xiàn)問題,以前抄答案
3、的題目還是不會(huì)做。這樣做只能是害了自己,耽誤自己的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間。二、背景中的原因分析通過觀察研究,造成以上情況的原因是多種多樣的,其中學(xué)生缺乏良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是教學(xué)過程中的一大難題。很多學(xué)生沒有自己獨(dú)特的學(xué)習(xí)方法,都是別人怎么做,自己就跟著怎么做,別人的學(xué)習(xí)方法不一定適合自己。試想假如我們的孩子他們從小就養(yǎng)成了良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,與人相處寬容大方,做事前思后想,考慮周全,那么教師和家長還會(huì)這么絞盡腦汁、想方設(shè)法地去教育他們嗎?究其原因,主要是教師在講課時(shí)缺乏一種培養(yǎng)學(xué)生“習(xí)慣成自然”的思想,只是想著怎么提高學(xué)生成績,根本沒有體會(huì)到學(xué)生的感受,學(xué)生因此對(duì)課堂失去興趣,對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)失去興趣。另外,現(xiàn)在很多家庭都是
4、獨(dú)生子女,這些孩子已經(jīng)養(yǎng)成了我行我素的壞習(xí)慣,這對(duì)于他們的成長是沒有好處的。加之傳統(tǒng)的教育理念突出的是教師的權(quán)威性,常常出現(xiàn)課堂枯燥乏味的局面,學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性受到遏制,結(jié)果師生關(guān)系變的緊張,根本達(dá)不到理想的學(xué)習(xí)效果和教學(xué)效果。三、實(shí)際教學(xué)中的心得體會(huì)(一)你賞識(shí)學(xué)生,學(xué)生才會(huì)賞識(shí)你從事教育事業(yè)以來,最大的感觸就是發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生最大的特點(diǎn)是容易接觸,他們的心里并沒有太多的勾心斗角、爾虞我詐,在他們眼里世界都是和平的。因此,教師要在最大程度上尊重學(xué)生、包容學(xué)生,互相理解,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的閃光,經(jīng)常鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生,貼近學(xué)生的實(shí)際需求,給予學(xué)生最多的關(guān)心和愛護(hù),才能增強(qiáng)教學(xué)的有效性。舉個(gè)簡單的例子,我們上課的時(shí)候
5、要不要考慮學(xué)生的感受?我想回答都是肯定的,可是怎么考慮呢?這就要求教師組織好語言,想好自己的表達(dá)方式和思維方式,調(diào)整好教學(xué)思路,用簡潔的話語吸引學(xué)生的注意力,讓學(xué)生能夠接受和理解。只有教師賞識(shí)學(xué)生了,學(xué)生才會(huì)反過來賞識(shí)你。(二)激勵(lì)式自主學(xué)習(xí)教師在教學(xué)中不能忽略激勵(lì)的作用,適當(dāng)運(yùn)用激勵(lì)手段,可以提升學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。應(yīng)試教學(xué)課堂圍繞知識(shí)目標(biāo)而展開,雖然繼承了前人積累下來的經(jīng)驗(yàn),但忽視了學(xué)生創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)機(jī)和興趣。那么,如何激活學(xué)生的求知欲望呢?新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求我們建立以自主、合作、探究為主的教學(xué)模式,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)思考、質(zhì)疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把這種能力的培養(yǎng)定為課堂教學(xué)的終極目的。為此,積
6、極探索有利于激發(fā)興趣、激活思維、激勵(lì)探討的課堂教學(xué)方法十分必要。只有這樣,才能鍛煉學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。(三)帶著一顆平等的心走進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)生需要的是平等、和諧的交流空間,歡樂、愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,教師的授課必須尊重學(xué)生的心理,不能扼殺學(xué)生的思維。這就要求教師在教學(xué)過程中要平等地對(duì)待每一個(gè)學(xué)生,不能因?yàn)槟硞€(gè)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)好就特別對(duì)待,也不能因?yàn)槟硞€(gè)學(xué)生比較調(diào)皮就把他放在角落里不管不問,這樣都是不對(duì)的。學(xué)生是祖國的未來,每個(gè)學(xué)生在走出校園以后的發(fā)展都是不可預(yù)見的,并不是平時(shí)不愛學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生以后就沒有發(fā)展,現(xiàn)實(shí)的例子比比皆是。教師要保證學(xué)生個(gè)性的發(fā)揮,潛移默化地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的能力,使課堂教學(xué)真正煥發(fā)活力。如采用“整體感
7、知合作探究反思質(zhì)疑拓展延伸”的教學(xué)模式,根據(jù)不同內(nèi)容精心設(shè)計(jì)問題,組織課堂教學(xué),這樣的教學(xué),課堂上感受到的是一種親切、和諧、活躍的氣氛,教師是學(xué)生的親密朋友,學(xué)生也再不是僵化呆板、默默無聞的模范聽眾。(四)備好課是提高課堂質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵教師的授課既源于教材,又不能困于教材。要通過授課讓學(xué)生真正學(xué)到知識(shí),學(xué)到文化。因此備課就成了教師的重點(diǎn)。在辦公室里教師應(yīng)積極與其他教師探討教學(xué)中存在的問題,在進(jìn)行教研時(shí)多注意聽取別人的意見和建議,平時(shí)多組織一些聽課活動(dòng),提高教學(xué)熱情。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上選取一些當(dāng)下比較熱點(diǎn)的話題和有意義的新聞事件,與學(xué)生分享,聽取學(xué)生的意見和心得體會(huì),活躍課堂氣氛。只有教師備課充分,教學(xué)時(shí)才能
