6、 con tract ing, financing, performa nee,bra nds, etc. B of Party B is mainly en gaged in inv estme nt and manageme ntof en ergy, real estate and resource operat ing assets in Nigeria.3. The. hydropower pla nt project compa ny registered in Zamfarastate by Party B pays Party A $100 thousa nd USD of. hydropowerpla nt asset use fee and man ageme ntfee (here in after: man ageme ntfee)each year. The project company pays preceding years .hydropower pla nt man ageme ntfee to

After project company pays the man agementfee to the age ncy appo in ted by Party A, project compa ny fini shes theprecedi ng years payme nt obligati on. The operati on period and themanagement fee amount will be started calculating af

After the sig ning of this con tract, A of Party B will send experts to thesite of . hydropower pla nt to con duct pla nning and desig n for therepair and technical renovation, and they will try to finish the repair and techni cal reno vati on in about 15 mon ths for power gen erati on.4.
