1、上海世博展覽館施工安全承諾書Letter of Commitment for Construction Safety of Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center為確保上海世博展覽館公共設(shè)施安全及施工安全，切實(shí)防范和杜絕布撤展施工過程中的各種不安全因素，結(jié)合上海世博展覽館實(shí)際情況，本施工單位在展館內(nèi)進(jìn)行裝修或搭、撤建工作時(shí)，承諾嚴(yán)格遵守下列規(guī)定：In order to ensure safety of public facilities and construction project in Shanghai World Exp

2、o Exhibition and Convention Center, and to eliminate any potential danger during exhibition setup and dismantling, our company promise to strictly comply with the following stipulations during decoration, setup or dismantling in exhibition center:1. 認(rèn)真貫徹國(guó)家、上海市和上級(jí)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)、安全生產(chǎn)主管部門頒發(fā)的有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)、消防工作的方針、政策，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)

3、行有關(guān)勞動(dòng)保護(hù)法規(guī)、條例、規(guī)定。Duly implement the policies and guidelines with regard to safety of work and fire protection issued by state and municipal authorities of Shanghai for labor protection and safety, and strictly follow relevant laws, regulations and codes.2. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)施工人員進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)教育，確保施工人員持證上崗。督促施工人員遵守安全操作規(guī)程，

4、按照規(guī)定采取必要的安全防護(hù)和消防措施。指派現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全負(fù)責(zé)人，負(fù)責(zé)日常的安全檢查、監(jiān)督工作，并佩戴明顯的標(biāo)識(shí)。Conduct safety training for construction workers and ensure that all construction workers hold corresponding certificates. Procure that construction workers comply with regulations for safety of operation, and take necessary measures for safety an

Assign on-site safety director in charge of routine safety inspection and supervision, who shall wear prominent badge.3. 嚴(yán)格按照展館關(guān)于展廳內(nèi)外的各項(xiàng)操作及使用規(guī)定作業(yè)，自覺服從展館有關(guān)工作人員對(duì)裝修過程的檢查和監(jiān)督。Ensure strict compliance with operation regulations of exhibition center, and duly follow the inspe

6、ction and supervision on decoration project conducted by staffs of exhibition center.4. 施工期間嚴(yán)格遵守展館的各項(xiàng)安全、防火管理制度，如有違反，本單位愿意承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任以及因此產(chǎn)生的一切后果。Strictly comply with regulations on safety and fire protection of exhibition center during construction. 7、ities and consequences arising therefrom.5. 高空作業(yè)時(shí)，施工人員需具備登高作業(yè)許可證或相應(yīng)的資格證書，并做好安全措施。如發(fā)生問題，施工單位將承擔(dān)一切責(zé)任和由此產(chǎn)生的一切后果。High-elevation Operation Certificate or corresponding certificate of qualification is required for high-elevation operation, and relevant safety measures are mandatory. 9、egulations shall not be used. 我司確認(rèn)收悉且承諾將仔細(xì)閱讀201108版展館手冊(cè)和201108版簡(jiǎn)明安全規(guī)定。我司承諾將嚴(yán)格遵守并督促相關(guān)人員切實(shí)遵守上述規(guī)定以及展館其他相關(guān)規(guī)定。我司承諾：因任何違規(guī)事件而導(dǎo)致的安全事故和一切損失由我司自行承擔(dān)。此外，我司同意上海世博展覽館出于安全考慮而保留對(duì)相關(guān)安全隱患行為采取任何必要措施的權(quán)力，并承諾賠償由此給上海世博展覽館所造成的一些直接或間接損失。 Our company hereby confirms the receipt of “Exhibition Center Instruction Manual (201108

10、)” and “Concise Safety Regulation (201108)” and promises to duly read the above documents. Our company promises to ensure strict compliance of relevant staffs with the above regulations as well as other associated rules of exhibition center. Our company also agrees and understands that Shanghai Worl

11、d Expo Exhibition and Convention Center reserves the right to take any necessary measures against potential danger for the sake of safety, and promises to compensate for any direct or indirect loss incurred on Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.如有違反本規(guī)定的行為，本單位愿意接受展館、主辦單位、展館安保的處理，并承擔(dān)

Procure that transport workers comply with regulations for safety of operation, and take necessary measures for safety and fire p

Assign on-site safety director in charge of routine safety inspection and supervision, who shall wear prominent badge.3. 運(yùn)輸車輛到達(dá)展館后，按照展館安排的進(jìn)場(chǎng)順序及指定的運(yùn)輸通道進(jìn)入指定的卸貨位置卸載，并停放至指定專用停車位置。展期內(nèi)停車及堆放貨物位置必須提前向展館做書面報(bào)告，并負(fù)責(zé)采取必要措施，保證貨箱堆放的安全、整齊、美觀。Upon arrival at exhibition center, freight vehicles

18、 shall enter designated unloading station for discharge of goods in accordance with the sequence pre-arranged by authority of exhibition center, and subsequently park in dedicated parking stall. A written report indicating positions for parking and unloading shall be submitted to authority of exhibi

19、tion center in advance, and necessary measures shall be taken to stack cargo boxes in a secure and tidy manner.4. 裝卸期間司機(jī)必須自覺服從展館安保人員指揮，不得離開駕駛室。裝卸完畢立即離開，不得滯留。展館安保人員有權(quán)阻止未遵守現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的車輛進(jìn)入卸貨區(qū)。Driver shall duly comply with instruction of security staffs of exhibition center and stay in driving cab during unlo

20、ading. Freight vehicles shall immediately leave after unloading. Security staffs of exhibition center have the right to stop vehicles that do not comply with on-site instructions from entering unloading zone.5. 運(yùn)輸及裝、卸載期間必須保持展廳內(nèi)地面、建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)施設(shè)備、配件不受影響。如有損壞或污染，本單位愿意承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任以及因此產(chǎn)生的一切后果。Transport, loading an
