85、局提出并歸口。本文件起草單位:長沙興嘉生物工程股份有限公司。本文件主要起草人:黃逸強(qiáng)、彭紅星、洪雙勝、鐘芳、羅丹。1飼料添加劑 蘇氨酸鋅螯合物1 范圍本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了飼料添加劑蘇氨酸鋅螯合物的術(shù)語和定義、要求、試驗方法、檢驗規(guī)則及標(biāo)簽、包裝、運(yùn)輸、貯存和保質(zhì)期。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于飼料添加劑蘇氨酸鋅螯合物的生產(chǎn)、銷售和使用。2 規(guī)范性引用文件下列文件對于本文件的應(yīng)用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,僅所注日期的版本適用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用于本文件。GB/T 5917 飼料粒度測定方法GB/T 6435 飼料水分的測定方法GB/T 6682 分析實驗室用水規(guī)

87、于水,溶于酸,無刺激性氣味。5.2 技術(shù)指標(biāo)表 1項 目指 標(biāo)鋅(以Zn計) %18.5總蘇氨酸 %67.0砷(As) %0.0005鉛(Pb) %0.001鎘(Cd) %0.0005水分 %10.00粒度(孔徑0.84mm試驗篩通過率%)95.06 采樣按GB/T 14699.1的規(guī)定進(jìn)行采樣。7 試驗方法除非另有規(guī)定,本文件所用試劑和水,均指分析純試劑和GB/T 6682中規(guī)定的三級水,所用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液、制劑及制品,均按GB/T 601、GB/T 602、GB/T 603規(guī)定的方法制備。7.1 感官檢驗取約20g的試樣置于清潔、干燥的白瓷盤內(nèi),在自然光下目視觀察其色澤和狀態(tài)。7.2 鑒別實驗7
88、.2.1 試劑或材料7.2.1.1 鹽酸溶液(1+10,v/v):取100mL濃鹽酸緩緩加入到1000mL水中,即得。7.2.1.2 氨水溶液(1+1,v/v):取水100mL加入到100mL濃氨水中,即得。7.2.1.3 硫酸鈉溶液:250g/L。7.2.1.4 10g/L雙硫腙四氯化碳溶液:取雙硫腙1g加四氯化碳使其溶解至100mL,即得,使用期為兩周。7.2.1.5 三氯甲烷 AR。7.2.1.6 茚三酮溶液:1g/L水溶液。7.2.2 儀器設(shè)備7.2.2.1 分析天平:感量0.0001g。7.2.3 鋅離子的鑒別稱取0.2g試樣,加(1+10)10mL(7.2.1.1)鹽酸溶液,加熱至
89、試樣全部溶解,加5mL水,用氨水(7.2.1.2)調(diào)節(jié)試驗溶液PH值為45,加兩滴硫酸鈉溶液(7.2.1.3),再加數(shù)滴雙硫腙四氯化碳溶液(7.2.1.4),和1mL三氯甲烷(7.2.1.5),振搖后,有機(jī)層顯紫紅色。7.2.4 蘇氨酸的鑒別7.2.4.1 茚三酮試驗稱取試樣0.1g,溶于100mL水中,取該溶液5mL,加1mL茚三酮溶液(7.2.1.6),加熱,溶液呈藍(lán)紫色,隨溫度升高顏色加重。7.3 鋅含量的測定7.3.1 試劑或材料7.3.1.1 鹽酸溶液(1+3,v/v):移取25 mL鹽酸(優(yōu)級純或更高純度)加入至75 mL水中,混勻。7.3.1.2 20%六次甲基四胺溶液:稱取20
90、0g六次甲基四胺試劑溶解于700mL水中,然后定容至1000mL容量瓶中,搖勻備用。7.3.1.3 0.2%二甲酚橙指示劑:稱取0.2g二甲酚橙指示劑于燒杯中,加適量水溶解,然后定容至100mL容量瓶中,搖勻,使用期限兩周。7.3.1.4 0.05mol/L EDTA-2Na標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液。7.3.2 儀器設(shè)備7.3.2.1 分析天平:感量0.0001g。7.3.2.2 酸式滴定管:50mL。7.3.3 方法原理將樣品處理后,用酸溶解,加適量水,以六次甲基四胺調(diào)節(jié)溶液的pH值至56,以二甲酚橙為指示劑,用EDTA-2Na標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液滴定至顏色由紫紅色變?yōu)榱咙S色即為終點。7.3.4 測定步驟準(zhǔn)確稱
91、取樣品0.2-0.5g(精確至0.0002g),加5mL(1+3)的鹽酸(7.3.1.1),加入適量水加熱溶解,加2滴二甲酚橙指示劑(7.3.1.3),然后滴加六次甲基四胺溶液(7.3.1.2)至溶液呈穩(wěn)定的紫紅色后再過量5mL,用0.05mol/L EDTA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液(7.3.1.4)滴定至溶液由紫紅色突躍為亮黃色或橙黃色即為終點。7.3.5 結(jié)果計算:試樣中鋅含量以計,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)用(%)表示,按以下式(1)計算:=c×V×0.06539m×100 (1)式中: c乙二胺四乙酸二鈉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)滴定溶液的濃度,mol/L;V滴定樣品消耗乙二胺四乙酸二鈉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液的體積,mL;m稱樣試樣的質(zhì)量,g;0.06539與1.00mL乙二胺四乙酸二鈉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液(cEDTA-2Na=1.000mol/L)相當(dāng)?shù)匿\的質(zhì)量,g。測定結(jié)果以兩次平形測定的算術(shù)平均值表示,結(jié)果保留兩位有效數(shù)字。7.3.6 精密度在重復(fù)性條件下,兩次獨(dú)立測定結(jié)果絕對差值不得超過0.3%。
