1、綜合智能交通電子信息系統(tǒng)綜合智能交通電子信息系統(tǒng)標準化工作總結(jié)標準化工作總結(jié) 在我國智能交通電子系統(tǒng)飛速發(fā)展，國家正在規(guī)劃和逐步建立我國綜合智能運輸體系的今天，綜合分析我國公路、鐵路、航空、水運以及城市交通智能化的共性需求，根據(jù)我國智能交通電子信息系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，以企業(yè)為主體，產(chǎn)、學、研、用緊密結(jié)合，在學習和借鑒國外先進技術(shù)和有關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，以我為主，在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的同時，自主制訂適合我國綜合運輸體系發(fā)展需要的綜合電子信息系統(tǒng)體系技術(shù)規(guī)范和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標準，規(guī)范、引導和推動我國綜合智能運輸電子信息系統(tǒng)和產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展，建立有序的智能交通電子系統(tǒng)和產(chǎn)品市場，有效地保護民族企業(yè)，實現(xiàn)國家利益最

4、準化工作組標準化工作總結(jié)匯報：1、收集整理標準化體系2、制定相關(guān)行業(yè)標準3、推動產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展綜合智能交通電子信息系統(tǒng)標準化工作組遵循以下原則： （1）、積極采用國外先進標準，緊跟ETC國際標準的情況和發(fā)展趨勢，把國際標準和國外先進標準同我國現(xiàn)行標準進行對比，選出符合國情的ETC相關(guān)技術(shù)標準并進行采用。（2）、把國內(nèi)外的科技成果用標準的形式固定下來，按標準組織科研、生產(chǎn)，在生產(chǎn)中推廣應(yīng)用。 （3）、充分考慮我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的水平和承受能力，合理規(guī)劃我國電子車牌和不停車收費系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。 （4）、根據(jù)智能交通系統(tǒng)對DSRC提出的要求，考慮被動式ETC系統(tǒng)向主動式的平穩(wěn)過渡，為智能交通系統(tǒng)提供高速短程通信鏈路

5、。 （5）、考慮開放性和兼容性，制定的標準必須有眾多的廠商支持，而且各廠商之間的卡和讀寫設(shè)備相互兼容。 （6）、為適應(yīng)高速公路聯(lián)網(wǎng)收費的要求，ETC設(shè)備的接口應(yīng)符合高速公路聯(lián)網(wǎng)收費的有關(guān)規(guī)定和標準，并且支持車載單元（OBU）使用雙片式IC卡。（7）、為滿足車籍管理等方面的需要，合理制定電子車牌的存儲格式和通信協(xié)議。（8）、與公安部、交通部、建設(shè)部等有關(guān)部門大力協(xié)作，共同完成本標準的制定工作，確保標準的實用性。 綜合智能交通電子信息系統(tǒng)標準化工作組ETC方面的應(yīng)用標準：國標標準化組織（ISO）標準：ISO/TR 14813運輸信息和控制系統(tǒng)ISO/TR 14904 1997道路運輸和智能交通自動
