1、諸城市英語口語教學(xué)研討暨龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校英語節(jié)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)會(huì)匯報(bào)材料創(chuàng)辦英語特色教育 打造龍?jiān)唇逃放浦T城市龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校2004年4月28日創(chuàng)辦英語特色教育 打造龍?jiān)唇逃放讫堅(jiān)磳W(xué)校自成立以來,一直把英語教育作為學(xué)校的辦學(xué)特色。在市教育局的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和親切關(guān)懷下,學(xué)校以“三個(gè)面向”為指導(dǎo)思想,以學(xué)生的發(fā)展為根本宗旨,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力為目標(biāo),根據(jù)外語學(xué)習(xí)的規(guī)律和我校目前外語教學(xué)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,在教學(xué)的目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、實(shí)施策略、實(shí)施手段和評(píng)價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行了重大的改革,取得了顯著的成績,在中考中英語成績特別突出,連續(xù)奪冠,在歷年的中學(xué)生英語能力競(jìng)賽中都有很多學(xué)生獲獎(jiǎng)。學(xué)校多次承擔(dān)全市的英語教改任務(wù)和教師培訓(xùn)任務(wù),走

2、在了教育的最前沿。學(xué)校的英語教學(xué)工作也得到了上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的肯定。 2001英語教研組被團(tuán)市委評(píng)為“青年文明號(hào)”。學(xué)校英語教學(xué)正走出了一條有自己的特色的道路。一. 改革傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué),提高英語教學(xué)效益為突出英語教學(xué)特色,學(xué)校為英語教師創(chuàng)設(shè)了一流的教育教學(xué)環(huán)境。在這里人人都可以使用校園網(wǎng)了解最新的教育教學(xué)信息、查詢最新的教育教學(xué)動(dòng)向,不用出門就可以和專家對(duì)話,提高自己的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)水平。為提高英語教師的口語水平,學(xué)校還專門聘請(qǐng)了外籍教師,能聽到地道的英語口語,極大地提高了教師的口語水平。今年暑假,學(xué)校還將外派首批16名英語教師前往澳大利亞進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),這對(duì)于英語教師又是一次極好的鍛煉。優(yōu)良的教師隊(duì)伍為英語教

3、學(xué)改革奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。1 培養(yǎng)聽說讀寫能力課堂上,我們利用教室內(nèi)現(xiàn)代化的教育教學(xué)設(shè)施為學(xué)生提供良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)條件。我們鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽地說英語,勇敢地用英語表達(dá)自己的想法。每學(xué)期我們都舉行英語口語考試或者口頭作文,學(xué)生口語表達(dá)能力不斷進(jìn)步。我們重視學(xué)生閱讀能力的培養(yǎng),既鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)精讀,認(rèn)真扎實(shí)地學(xué)習(xí)英語基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),又鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生泛讀,具備快速獲取知識(shí)的能力,接受知識(shí)和閱讀理解的能力得到培養(yǎng)。同時(shí),我們也強(qiáng)調(diào)英語的書寫。每個(gè)班級(jí)每個(gè)學(xué)生都有一個(gè)書寫本,堅(jiān)持天天練習(xí)書法,形成了良好的書寫習(xí)慣。學(xué)生的英語手抄報(bào)也辦得有聲有色。不僅是簡單的書寫,我們還強(qiáng)調(diào)協(xié)作能力的提高。我們抓住一切時(shí)機(jī)開拓學(xué)生的英語思維,

4、訓(xùn)練他們使用英語思考,然后寫成幾十字或者一百字的小文章。很多老師還要求學(xué)生把自己最高的寫作水平和最高的書寫記錄在專門的英語寫作本上,以便于日后有時(shí)間或修改或自我鼓勵(lì)。有效的教學(xué)措施促進(jìn)了學(xué)生的聽說讀寫能力的提高。2 注重個(gè)別差異,實(shí)施分層次教學(xué)本學(xué)期學(xué)校在以前積累的分層次教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上又在初一級(jí)部就英語和數(shù)學(xué)兩科實(shí)施了分層次教學(xué)。將初一級(jí)部十個(gè)行政班劃分為兩個(gè)單元,A、B、C三個(gè)層次,A層學(xué)生為英語成績最差的學(xué)生,我們將最好的教師安排在A層上課。實(shí)踐證明,分層次教學(xué)是一種有效的教學(xué)方式。它充分體現(xiàn)了因材施教的原則,有利于優(yōu)生優(yōu)培、后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化,大面積地提高了英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量。3 拿起表揚(yáng)的武器,激勵(lì)

5、學(xué)生克服困難、完成任務(wù)用愛心培育愛心是我們學(xué)校的教育準(zhǔn)則。我們重視賞識(shí)教育和成功教育的實(shí)施。正是因?yàn)槲覀兿嘈琶恳粋€(gè)學(xué)生,鼓勵(lì)每一個(gè)學(xué)生,激勵(lì)他們不斷地進(jìn)步,把復(fù)雜的英語學(xué)習(xí)簡單化,使學(xué)生體驗(yàn)到英語學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣,使我們的英語教學(xué)成績?cè)絹碓胶谩6? 創(chuàng)設(shè)英語環(huán)境,營造良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍除通過主渠道向?qū)W生進(jìn)行英語教育外,我們還積極開展第二課堂活動(dòng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和特長。1 讓墻壁說話,讓草木勸學(xué),讓石頭礪志。龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校的校園文化是豐富多彩的。漫步在學(xué)校的校園內(nèi),無論是處在風(fēng)景怡人的龍?jiān)磿?、鮮花縈繞的甬路,還是歡騰的綠蔭場(chǎng),用中英文兩種語言做成的各種文明提示牌、植物說明、文化介紹,處處可見,坐立

6、行走之間,你就可以輕松地學(xué)習(xí)地道的英語知識(shí),了解英語的精髓, 為學(xué)生的英語發(fā)展?fàn)I造了良好的環(huán)境。我們的校園文化也得到了上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的肯定。2003年12月龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校在山東省普及實(shí)驗(yàn)縣檢查驗(yàn)收中,以974分的優(yōu)異成績,位居諸城市第一名, 在全省也是最高分?jǐn)?shù)之一。 省檢查組領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高文浩同志在山東省對(duì)諸城市普實(shí) 督導(dǎo)評(píng)估反饋會(huì)議上的講話中先后七次提名表揚(yáng)龍?jiān)?,并著重指出諸城市“涌現(xiàn)出了以龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校為代表的一批辦學(xué)有特色學(xué)校,以孫立平為代表的一批事業(yè)心強(qiáng)、有創(chuàng)新精神、有思路的校長,培養(yǎng)了一大批教育教學(xué)成果豐碩的教師龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校的校園文化建設(shè)是我們所見到的省內(nèi)外同類學(xué)校里邊不能說是唯一的,也是極少、極個(gè)別最好的學(xué)校之

7、一 ”2 充分發(fā)揮現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)教育的作用。自從校園網(wǎng)開設(shè)以來,我們學(xué)校的英語教師勤奮學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)頁制作知識(shí),制作了大量的英語學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)頁,形成了資源共享、百花齊放的局面。我們還根據(jù)教學(xué)的需要,建立了自己的網(wǎng)頁,既包括精彩的備課設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)軟件、試題庫等豐富的教學(xué)資源,又包括各種教學(xué)論文、教學(xué)總結(jié)、教學(xué)心得體會(huì)等第一手的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,還著重開發(fā)了適合學(xué)生英語需要的學(xué)習(xí)資源。學(xué)生不僅可以自主使用學(xué)校的英語學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)頁學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的英語知識(shí),還可以制作自己的英語學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)頁,把自己的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴別人,達(dá)到資源共享,互相學(xué)習(xí)的目的。三. 開展豐富的英語活動(dòng),搭建學(xué)生發(fā)展的舞臺(tái)1 育才長廊,師生同講英語。我們學(xué)校一直提倡廣大師生多

8、講英語,尤其是在育才長廊里面。在廣大英語教師的帶動(dòng)下,無論是老師還是學(xué)生都能用英語進(jìn)行簡單的交際活動(dòng),比如簡單的問候、問路等,掀起了學(xué)習(xí)英語的高潮。2.課前英語活動(dòng)。每周背誦一段優(yōu)美的英語短文,學(xué)會(huì)一首英語歌曲。英語教師及時(shí)輔導(dǎo),學(xué)生認(rèn)真練習(xí)、掌握,團(tuán)為定期做好檢查工作,確保活動(dòng)的正常進(jìn)行。3確保學(xué)生每周在語音室上一節(jié)聽力課,聆聽地道的英語口語,錘煉英語聽說能力。4充分利用外教資源,加強(qiáng)英語聽力課和口語課教學(xué)。充分發(fā)揮我校外籍教師的優(yōu)勢(shì)和其他英語教師的群體智慧,平日的英語教學(xué)實(shí)行“聽力”、“口語”并行,中外英語教師合作加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生的英語聽力和口語的訓(xùn)練。即:在中國籍的英語教師每周每班上1節(jié)英語聽

9、力課的的基礎(chǔ)上,外籍教師Nancy(南茜)、Alexander(亞歷山大)、Stephen史蒂芬)按“諸城市龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校2003-2004學(xué)年度英語教研組外籍教師教學(xué)計(jì)劃”分別在初一、初二和初三年級(jí)按照英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的英語話題,每周每班上1節(jié)英語口語課。為了保證由外籍教師所授口語課的正常進(jìn)行,各班的中國籍英語教師課前先做好輔導(dǎo),避免學(xué)生在課堂上無話可說,浪費(fèi)寶貴的時(shí)間。5舉辦英語角。目的在于讓學(xué)生感受真實(shí)的英語口語,并嘗試用英語進(jìn)行思維,逐漸培養(yǎng)學(xué)生開口講英語的信心。本學(xué)期,初一至初三的“英語角”活動(dòng)分別由外籍英語教師Nancy(南茜)、Alexander(亞歷山大)和Stephen(史蒂芬)輔

10、導(dǎo),各年級(jí)分別有專門的英語教師負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系外籍教師,安排初一、初二、初三年級(jí)各班的學(xué)生參加英語角活動(dòng)。學(xué)生人人都有機(jī)會(huì)參加。英語角每日活動(dòng)兩次,每次20分鐘。早晨從7:15開始,7:35結(jié)束;下午從6:25開始,6:45結(jié)束?;顒?dòng)地點(diǎn)安排在龍?jiān)磿贰?開展學(xué)生人人都辦英語手抄報(bào)的活動(dòng)。組織專門的評(píng)委分級(jí)部評(píng)出一、二、三等獎(jiǎng),對(duì)優(yōu)秀的同學(xué)和班級(jí)進(jìn)行大張旗鼓的表揚(yáng)。另外,在考試中,我們對(duì)于書寫美觀、干凈整潔的試卷給予適當(dāng)?shù)木砻娣?。這些都極大激勵(lì)了學(xué)生認(rèn)真書寫的欲望,從而使全校學(xué)生的英語書法水平得到了較大的提高。7舉行英語歌曲合唱比賽。每個(gè)班級(jí)兩首參賽曲目,歌曲健康向上、充滿朝氣和活力,各班英語教師精心

11、指導(dǎo),并組成評(píng)委按級(jí)部評(píng)出一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)。本月26日我們?cè)趯W(xué)校餐廳隆重舉行了龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校英語歌曲大合唱比賽,從初一到初三共30個(gè)教學(xué)班參加了比賽,通過比賽,我們賽出了水平,賽出了風(fēng)格,賽出了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情,賽出了學(xué)生學(xué)好英語的信心。8設(shè)立龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校英語活動(dòng)月。學(xué)校制定了專門實(shí)施方案,具體安排各種英語活動(dòng),如聽力競(jìng)賽、口語競(jìng)賽、書法比賽、英語歌曲合唱比賽等。每年4月28日確定為龍?jiān)磳W(xué)校的英語節(jié),采用演出形式表演師生自編自演、形式活潑、反映學(xué)校日常學(xué)習(xí)生活、展示學(xué)生思想風(fēng)貌的英語節(jié)目。本月26日下午,我們舉行了節(jié)目初評(píng)。我們驚喜地發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的學(xué)生有著巨大的潛力和偉大的智慧,短短的幾天時(shí)間,小品、話劇、

12、歌曲、歌舞、詩朗誦等形式的節(jié)目樣樣俱全;經(jīng)典、流行完美結(jié)合,學(xué)生新思想、新風(fēng)貌盡現(xiàn)其中。我們從中精選了部分優(yōu)秀節(jié)目,向大家做了匯報(bào)演出。 今后,我們將在上級(jí)正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,虛心學(xué)習(xí)兄弟學(xué)校的經(jīng)驗(yàn),銳意進(jìn)取,開拓創(chuàng)新,努力工作,以一流業(yè)績回報(bào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷和同行們的支持。我們堅(jiān)信:經(jīng)過我們的不懈努力,我們的英語特色教育一定會(huì)更加輝煌,我們將堅(jiān)定不移地創(chuàng)辦英語特色教育,打造龍?jiān)唇逃放?!Promote English Characteristic EducationCreate the Education Brand of Longyuan SchoolLongyuan School of Zhuchen

According to the rule of Learning English and on the dependent of the situation and requirement of the current development of English teaching and learning, we have innovated a lot on many aspects of our English teaching and learning like Teaching Objective, T

15、eaching Goal, Teaching Spirit, Teaching Material, Teaching Strategy, Teaching Method and Evaluation of the teaching. We have won the first in the entrance examination to go to senior high school. We have also obtained many prizes in the National English Proficency Contest for school Students during

16、the past years. We have taken an active part in serving for the development of our school and done our best. We have been appointed to do the experience of the English teaching and train the English teacher of our city. At any time, we are standing on the point of the English education. And both our

17、 school and the bureau of education have affirmed our work. In 2001, the department of English in Longyuan was awarded Super Youth by Ministry of Youth League,Zhucheng City. We often tell them to regard the classroom as a site of practicing English. Every school term, we hold English spoken examinations or ora

On one hand, we encourage the students to practice intensive reading and try to form the basement of English knowledge. On the other hand, we

Meanwhile, we also pay full attention to the handwriting. Each student has a workbook to practice writing. And they stick on practic

25、ing and the handwritings are getting better and better. They also write their own hand-written papers. Besides simple handwriting, we also emphasis on cultivating the abilities of finishing compositions. We take any occasion to open up their English thought and make them be used to think in English

26、language. Then we ask them to write a simple composition in about 100 words. Many teachers also suggest they write down the composition in their highest composition level with their best handwriting. So they can correct it or encourage themselves later. Stress individual differences and actualize teaching in different levels Based on the previous experience of teaching in different levels, we put it into practice to teach students in deferent levels on English and math in Grade one. The school has really made good studying atmosphere for the students and let them know and care all the things

34、of the family, country and the world. Our culture has also been affirmed by the Education Department. In December, 2003, Longyuan School won the first in Zhucheng City by Score 974 in the checking and accepting of Practicing the Experiments in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in large scale in the tow

35、n, Shandong Province. It is also one of the highest marks in Shandong Province. Gao Wenhao, Leader of the supervision, spoke high of Longyuan School seven times in the address at supervise-direct-evaluate-feedback meeting. He stressed that there has come out a group of schools, which, like Longyuan

36、School, are good at running. The headmaster, head of the super ones, has brought up a large number of excellent teachers with a lot of performances. To speak the truth, culture of Longyuan School is one of the most unique schools we have ever seen. 2. Let the Internet take effect.Since we have built

37、 the school Internet, the teachers have been working hard at web and opened up broad sources. The boom of English has come into being. Based on the requirement of teaching and learning, we have received the excellent experience and opened up our own profound English studying website. It includes won

38、derful teaching plan, teaching intercourse, test questions reservoir and so on. It also includes all kinds of thesis, conclusion and experience about teaching and learning. Especially, we opened up the source favor to the students. Every student has known another well-educated and never-tired teache

The students can independently learn English from the website and make their own English studying website in order to communicate with others.The third one is to develop abundant English activity and build up the platform for the students development.The time of each class is short and limited. 40、e should make full use of all kinds of activities and make the limited time last long.1. The faculty speaks English together in the corridor. We have always advocated practicing English from the beginning, especially in the corridor. With the lead of the English teachers, all the teachers and studen

41、ts are interested in practicing English. They can make simple communications with each other like greeting and asking the way. The heat of learning English has been stirred up.2. Carry out the preparation activity. Every student should recite a paragraph of beautiful article and learn to sing an Eng

42、lish song. English teacher should help train in time and they should pay their attention. It will be checked each every week to make sure that it can go on.3. Have a listening class each week. Make sure to have a listening class in English sound laboratory, listen to the standard spoken English and

43、cultivate the English listening.4. Make full of the foreign teachers and strengthen the English teaching and speaking. Making full use of predominance of the foreign teachers and the wisdom of the other English teachers, the Chinese teachers of English take emphasis on listening and spoken English a

44、nd both the two teachers work together and strengthen the English listening and spoken English. That is to say, based on the original teaching that each class practices English once a week, each class will add one given by Nancy, Alexander and Stephen. They will give one spoken English class for eac

45、h class according to the Teaching Plan for Foreign Teachers in 2003-2004 School Year of Longyuan School. In order to make sure that each class is well operated, the Chinese teachers of English should make preparation for the students.5. Open up English Corner. It is opened to help the students get t

46、he feeling of touching English and help them have confidence of themselves in studying English. It is an important strategy of making full use of the foreign teachers. The three foreigners are in charge. One Chinese teacher is invited to help make the timetable and organize the students to take part

47、 in. Each student from Grade One to Grade Three has the chance to take part in. The English corner is to take place twice every day except Sunday. Each corner has 20minutes. The first starts from 7:15 till 7:35. And the second starts from 6:25 to 6:45. It is held in the Literature Realm.6. Hold a pe

48、riodical activity of making hand-written papers of our own. We formed the special committee to judge the prizes. And we will speak high of the student and class that is good at writing.
