1、安全生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)工作對于企業(yè)的安全具有重要的作用與意義, 加強(qiáng)企業(yè)對安全生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)工 作的管理力度, 提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的綜合素質(zhì), 有利于控制企業(yè)過程中的安全事故, 提高企 業(yè)的效率及質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的安全和飛速發(fā)展。、我國企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)工作存在的問題1、培訓(xùn)時(shí)間投入不夠有些企業(yè)為了讓員工盡快投入到工作中, 大大縮短了必要的培訓(xùn)時(shí)間, 安全生產(chǎn)時(shí)間也 隨之大幅減少。 這樣員工在工作中技能掌握不夠, 安全知識掌握也不全面, 不僅培訓(xùn)的效果 體現(xiàn)不出來,效率上不去,更重要的是, 由此引起的和設(shè)備操作事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,甚至出現(xiàn)人 身傷害。2、職工受訓(xùn)沒有動力企業(yè)組織職工安全培訓(xùn), 一般有兩種情況。 一種是企業(yè)

2、為了應(yīng)付上級有關(guān)部門的檢查而 開展的“三項(xiàng)崗位” 人員( 指公司及各單位主要負(fù)責(zé)人、 安全管理人員和特種作業(yè)人員) 辦 證培訓(xùn), 一種是根據(jù)計(jì)劃或上級安排開展的職工崗位培訓(xùn)和安全培訓(xùn)。 其中新工人上崗前及 轉(zhuǎn)崗人員崗前的辦證培訓(xùn)只注重結(jié)果, 不注重過程。 新工人經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)考試, 基本都能拿到證。 甚至由于用人急需的原因, 一些應(yīng)培訓(xùn)的課程未學(xué)完, 證沒發(fā)下來就上崗了。 對于受訓(xùn)職工, 他們發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)不學(xué)都能過關(guān)。即使偶爾出現(xiàn)考核不及格的,交幾十元錢,走個形式,補(bǔ)個考 也就過關(guān)了。另外,在崗職工操作證到期換證,企業(yè)組織一次培訓(xùn),職工參加一次考試,具 不具備崗位技能一律過關(guān),不存在真實(shí)的技能考核。崗位

3、培訓(xùn)也和辦證培訓(xùn)一樣,辦個班, 走走形式,過過場面,交差了事。至于培訓(xùn)的效果如何,卻無人去進(jìn)行真實(shí)考核。以致職工 對參加此類培訓(xùn),毫無動力可言,更別說提高職工的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。3、教師培訓(xùn)沒有壓力由于企業(yè)組織對職工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)的教師大多是兼職。 他們都有自己的主要工作, 很難全身 心地投入到職工培訓(xùn)的教學(xué)當(dāng)中。負(fù)責(zé)任的,根據(jù)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,備備課。不負(fù)責(zé)任的,連課也 不備。 僅僅列幾個題綱, 或者照著教材念。 根本談不上在課上把安全知識有機(jī)結(jié)合到課程中 更多精品文檔演講, 從而加深學(xué)員對安全意識的影響。 安全事故發(fā)生后的分析往往是什么措施不落實(shí)、什么操作不附合要求, 考核了事, 而不深層次挖掘原因, 難道與操

4、作工的操作習(xí)慣無關(guān)嗎?與上崗位培訓(xùn)無關(guān)嗎? 這也培訓(xùn)效果的一個重要組成部分。我認(rèn)為有必要挖掘。4、培訓(xùn)過程中重視安全知識的培訓(xùn),輕視安全意識的培訓(xùn)這是一種本末倒置的培訓(xùn)。 職工了解了一些安全知識, 而不用心去操作, 還是會出大事 的,輕則導(dǎo)致財(cái)產(chǎn)的損失,重則影響人身安全。我們在事故發(fā)生后問當(dāng)事人,這樣操作會出 事的! 職工大多回答: 我知道,再問為什么還要這樣去做呢? 回答往往是不當(dāng)心、沒注 意。這樣的事例很多,不再一一列舉,這都是安全意識談薄的體現(xiàn)。、提高我國企業(yè)安全培訓(xùn)工作的對策1、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)師資建設(shè)培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量的好壞與師資的質(zhì)量息息相關(guān), 企業(yè)應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況加強(qiáng)師資建設(shè)。 企業(yè)的培 訓(xùn)師資

5、一般來說有外聘教師和企業(yè)內(nèi)部人員兩種。 對外聘教師來說, 由于他們對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn) 情況了解不深, 授課內(nèi)容通常是理論性和專業(yè)性較強(qiáng), 一般適合對企業(yè)中高層管理人員的培 訓(xùn)。而企業(yè)內(nèi)部則可以選拔一些在專業(yè)技術(shù)方面較突出的、 理論功底相對較深、 傳授能力又 比較強(qiáng)的職工, 將他們充實(shí)到師資隊(duì)伍中, 由于他們來自基層, 對生產(chǎn)情況和職工的技能水 平都十分了解,更適合對生產(chǎn)一線的職工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。2、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)教材建設(shè),把安全知識融入到各類專業(yè)知識中縱觀許許多多的專業(yè)知識教材幾乎沒有針對專業(yè)知識提到安全的片斷或相關(guān)安全要點(diǎn) 等注意事項(xiàng), 往往講專業(yè)而專業(yè), 與安全完全割裂開來。 我認(rèn)為每一次培訓(xùn)都是有針對性的

7、 授課時(shí)間、 培訓(xùn) 效果等情況,規(guī)范教學(xué)行為,切實(shí)落實(shí)各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)制度。在培訓(xùn)過程中,要嚴(yán)明紀(jì)律、嚴(yán)格管 理,認(rèn)識到安全生產(chǎn)教育培訓(xùn)工作的重要性, 認(rèn)清每個人肩負(fù)的責(zé)任, 強(qiáng)化憂患意識, 增強(qiáng) 大家做好安全生產(chǎn)教育培訓(xùn)工作的緊迫感、危機(jī)感和責(zé)任感。5、全面提升安全生產(chǎn)教育培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量積極制訂教材編寫規(guī)劃, 統(tǒng)籌教材編寫。 在編寫教材的過程中, 要突出應(yīng)用案例的特色, 開發(fā)適用于不同層次人員的培訓(xùn)教材, 以適應(yīng)分級、 分類培訓(xùn)的需要。 改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)班次的設(shè)置 方式,推廣專題研究、短期培訓(xùn)、小班教學(xué),將不同層次、不同類別人員分開培訓(xùn)。加強(qiáng)培 訓(xùn)調(diào)研,完善培訓(xùn)課程設(shè)計(jì),切實(shí)增強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)的針對性和實(shí)效性。改進(jìn)講授式教
