3、forbytheG040-123.穆格G040-123型伺服閥監(jiān)測(cè)儀是一種能對(duì)穆格閥就近能對(duì)閥的流量控制，比例閥和伺服閥電氣信號(hào)反饋檢測(cè)的儀器。帶機(jī)械反饋的壓力控制閥不能用G040-123®檢測(cè)儀。Thefeaturethatmakesitsoversatileisthewayitcantestavalvewhilethevalveisstillinstalledinitsnormaloperatingplant.Thisisdoneattwolevels,“inline”and“standalone”.這種儀器特點(diǎn)能對(duì)安裝在閥臺(tái)上正常工作的閥門進(jìn)行多方面的檢測(cè)和操作。這里有兩種測(cè)試

4、方式：在線檢測(cè)和獨(dú)立檢測(cè)。Plant(InLine)工廠工作(在線檢測(cè))Asinfiga)theplantandvalveoperatenormally.Infigb)theValveCheckerisconnectedbetweentheplantelectronicsandthevalvesuchthatalltheplantelectronicssignals,toandfromthevalve,areconnectedasnormal.TheValveCheckermonitorstheplantelectronicssignalsandthesignalsbackfromtheval

5、ve,enablingacheckofthevalvesperformance.圖a為電氣線路與控制閥通常連接方式；圖b為伺服閥檢測(cè)儀用聯(lián)在電氣線路和控制閥總電氣線路之間，保證閥輸出輸入線路在正常狀態(tài)。檢測(cè)儀器能檢測(cè)電氣信號(hào)和輸入給閥信號(hào)，來檢測(cè)閥的性能。Checker(StandAlone)檢測(cè)模式(獨(dú)立檢測(cè))InthismodetheplantcommandisswitchedoutwhiletheValveCheckergeneratesthecommandtothevalveandmonitorsthesignalsbackfromit.Thevalveremainsinstalled

6、intheplantbuttheplantcommandsignalsaredisconnected.CheckingwhilestillinstalledintheplantprovidestheaddedbenefitofcheckingthevalvebyobservingthereactionoftheplanttotheValveCheckerscommands.在這個(gè)模式下操作，工廠工作指令被斷開，檢測(cè)儀的控制信號(hào)輸給閥，閥的反饋信號(hào)在回到檢測(cè)儀。盡管檢測(cè)儀還串聯(lián)在電路中，但工作的信號(hào)已經(jīng)被斷開。檢測(cè)的同時(shí)，可以由檢測(cè)員給出指令來監(jiān)測(cè)被測(cè)閥的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。TheValveChecker

8、電子元件所需的24Vft流電源或土15V直流電源。無(wú)須外接其它的電器電源。TwocablesconnecttheValveCheckertotheplantelectronicsandvalve.EachoftheValveCheckermodelsisdedicatedtoapowersupplyvoltageandconnectortype.Itisnecessarytoselectthemodeltypethathasthecorrectconnectorandsupplyvoltage.Thetablebelowshowsthemodelnumbersandtheirsupply/co

9、nnectortypes.連接在檢測(cè)儀的兩條電氣線一條接供給的電線，另一條接被檢測(cè)閥的上。不論檢測(cè)儀那個(gè)模式下都是這樣連接來提供電源電壓和連接方式（接頭一般類型一樣），對(duì)于必須要選擇類型的要糾正連接類型和提供的電源電壓。下表提供的是型號(hào)和電源電壓參數(shù)Modeldashnumbertable:零件模塊參數(shù)表Modeldash型號(hào)-connector接頭、插接件supply供給Therearesixfunctionalblocksonthefrontpanel.在面板上有六個(gè)的功能模塊1. Q Command 電流指令2. Spool滑閥3. Power電源4. Control5. Enable6

Valve Connector控制開啟，允許閥連接接口QCommand電流指令Thisblockisactiveonlywhencheckermodeisselected.TherotarypotadjuststheQcommandlevel.只有在選在“檢測(cè)模式”下這部分模塊才能投入使用，旋轉(zhuǎn)鈕是調(diào)整電流的大小量的。Thegreytestpointgivesa0to10Vsignalproportionaltotheactualvoltageorcurrentbeingdeliveredtothevalve.Therotaryselectorswitchselectsthesignalt

11、ypethatisconnectedtothevalve.這個(gè)灰色的測(cè)電位點(diǎn)提供0V10Vg比例的輸出真是電信號(hào)，信號(hào)主動(dòng)傳遞給被檢測(cè)的閥件，旋轉(zhuǎn)的扶手開關(guān)選著輸給閥信號(hào)的類型The+/-switchconnectsthevalveQcommandSignaltothenon-inverting(+vegivesPA)andinverting(+vegivesPB)inputs.這個(gè)“+/-”開關(guān)是連接閥的Q旨令開關(guān)，開關(guān)在“十”位置(閥給油PA)輸入，在“-”位置(閥給油PB)輸入。Spool滑閥Thespoolpositionsignalfromthevalveisalwaysavaila

19、內(nèi)部電壓15Vtt應(yīng)正常，如果檢測(cè)閥的工作電壓是15V,那么這也能正常提供閥檢測(cè)使用。Whenexternal24Vispresent,thecheckerinternalregulatorsarepoweredfromthatsupply,regardlessofthepresenceoftheplantsupplyandthevalveinturnispoweredformtheinternalregulators.當(dāng)外部提供24Vt壓，檢測(cè)器的內(nèi)部調(diào)節(jié)穩(wěn)壓來自這個(gè)電源，不管工廠提供閥的工作電壓都要通過檢測(cè)儀的內(nèi)部處理器后供給閥。Control控制Thisswitchselectsthet

20、wooperatingmodes:旋轉(zhuǎn)開關(guān)可以選擇兩個(gè)操作模式：-InCheckermodevalveQcommandsandvalveenablearegeneratedbytheChecker,withthevalvegeneratedsignalsofspoolposition,enableOKandvalveOK,availabletobemonitoredontheValveCheckertestpointsandpassedbacktotheplantelectronics.在檢測(cè)模式下，檢測(cè)員可以操作Q旨令和使被檢測(cè)閥動(dòng)作，產(chǎn)生作用閥的電信號(hào)和閥芯位置的檢測(cè)信號(hào)，來判斷使用和閥狀
