5、 procedures shown as fig.(1)(3) 10917、 附圖 Attached Drawing Five 內(nèi)爬前獨(dú)立固定基礎(chǔ)圖 foundation for inner climbing forward stationary 111概述(Preface)QTZ125G(FS6016)塔式起重機(jī)是根據(jù)JG/T5037塔式起重機(jī)分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)的新型建筑用塔式起重機(jī)。該機(jī)為水平臂架,小車變幅,上回轉(zhuǎn)自升式多用途塔機(jī),其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)臂長為50米,加長臂可達(dá)55米、60米,最大起重量為10噸,起重力矩為125噸米,該機(jī)主要特點(diǎn)如下:Model QTZ125G(FS6016) tower cr

6、ane is designed according to the Chinese standard of JG/T5037(Classification Of Tower Crean).The QTZ125G(FS6016) tower crane is a self-climbing multi-purpose machine with a horizontal jib,a trolleying mechanism and an upper slewing mechanism.And it has the standard 50m Jibs Radius,and if we lengthen

7、 it. Then we can reach 55m to 60m. Jibs Radius.And its the Max hoisting capacity is 10T, and its hoisting moment is 125T/M. Its characteristics as follows: 1、上部采用液壓頂升,來實(shí)現(xiàn)增加或減少塔身標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié),使塔機(jī)能隨著建筑物高度而升高或降低。 Its upper adopts the hydraulic jacking system, as to increase or reduce the tower body section, that

8、 can hoist or debase varies with the building height.2、工作速度高,調(diào)速性能好,工作平穩(wěn),效率高。 It has hight working speed and good regulated speed performance, and crane works more smoothly and has much high working efficiency.起升機(jī)構(gòu)采用帶渦流制動(dòng)器的電動(dòng)機(jī),電磁離合器換檔的三速變速箱,能實(shí)現(xiàn)重載低速、輕載高速,最高速度可達(dá)100m/min。The hoisting mechanism adupted t

12、directly anchored to the building and inner climbing on the building, it is satisfied different construction needs.軌道行走式起升高度為50米。 The track mobile hoisting height is 50m.直接固定附著式的最大起升高度可達(dá)180米。附著式起重機(jī)的底架可直接安裝在建筑物上或建筑物旁的混凝土基礎(chǔ)上。The max hoisting height can reach 180m of directly anchored to the building s

The classis of the anchored tower crane can be directly installed on the building or the concrete foundation beside of the building. 內(nèi)爬式時(shí),最大起升高度可達(dá)140米。塔機(jī)安裝在電梯井或其它適宜的結(jié)構(gòu)部位上,隨著施工進(jìn)程的需要而向上爬升。When it takes inner climbing, its max hoisting height can reach 140m. 29、機(jī)由金屬結(jié)構(gòu)、驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓頂升、電氣控制以及安全保護(hù)裝置等組成,現(xiàn)按各部分的不同特點(diǎn)簡介如下:The tower crane is made up of metal mechanism, drive mechanism, hydraulic jack, electrical control and safety protecting devices, and every part of it with different characteristics as follows:31金屬結(jié)構(gòu):(metal mechanism)金屬結(jié)構(gòu)主要包括:底架、塔身標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)、起重臂、平衡臂、爬升架、塔頂、上下

30、支座、回轉(zhuǎn)塔身以及附著裝置等。Metal mechanism mainly included:classis,tower section,jib, counter jib,climbing frame,tower head,upper support& slewing ring support,slewing tower body and attachment and so on.311底架(見圖3-1)底架由基礎(chǔ)節(jié)、整梁、半梁、撐桿以及拉桿等組成。整梁、半梁由銷軸連接成十字架,與基礎(chǔ)節(jié)相連。在整梁與半梁之間用拉桿連接,基礎(chǔ)節(jié)上端與塔身基節(jié)相連,在下部安裝電纜卷筒及行走機(jī)構(gòu)用配電箱,十字架兩端

31、有主、被動(dòng)臺(tái)車。由于各部分均用銷軸或螺栓連接,拆裝運(yùn)輸都較方便。3.1.1 classis (shown as fig.3-1) The classis is made up of base section, total Beam, semi-beam, tower strut and tid rod and so on.The total beam and semi-beam are connected into cross beam with pin, and connect with base section.Between total beam and semi-beam they a

32、re connected with tie rod, upper base section are connected with tower base section, cable drum are installed in the lower end of it and mobile mechanism be installed with *, both sides of the cross beam has driving bogie and driven bogie. Section-to-section is connected by pins or bolt for the purp

33、ose of convenient installing and dismantling.312塔身標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)(見圖3-2)tower section showe as fig.3-2塔身中心截面為1.7m1.7m,每節(jié)長3m,每節(jié)之間用8個(gè)M39高強(qiáng)度螺栓聯(lián)接。主弦桿采用角鋼加不同的加強(qiáng)板拼焊成方管,腹桿采用20#無縫鋼管。The size of towen centre section is 1.7m*1.7m, every section is 3m length, section-to-section is connected by 8 M39 high-strength bolt. 34、e master pulley adopts that jointed angle iron and some different fortified board into square-tube, ventro-rod adopts 20# without-sew steel tube.313爬升架(見圖3-3)climbing frame shown as fig.3-3爬升架主要由套架、平臺(tái)、液壓頂升裝置及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)引進(jìn)裝置組成。套架是套在塔身標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)外部,上端用螺栓與下支座相連,高6.88米,截面2.3m2.3m。是由型鋼和鋼板組焊成的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。為了使一套爬升架能為多臺(tái)同型號(hào)塔機(jī)使用,套架可

35、拆為平面桁架和一個(gè)U型空間桁架。為了便于頂升安裝的安全需要,特設(shè)有工作平臺(tái)。爬升架內(nèi)側(cè)沿塔身主弦桿安裝有16只可調(diào)節(jié)的滾輪,支撐在塔身主弦桿的外側(cè)。在爬升架的橫梁上,焊上兩塊耳板與液壓系統(tǒng)油缸鉸接,承受油缸的頂升載荷。爬升架下部有兩個(gè)杠桿原理操縱的擺動(dòng)爬爪,在液壓油缸回收活塞以及引進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)等過程中,作為爬升架承托重量之用。 Consists of frame, platform, climbing stairs, hydraulic jack system and let-in device for mast section. 37、nto the plane frame and a U-cross-section spatial frame.For the purpose of safety jack,platforms are provided at the top of and in the middle of the climbing frame.Climbing frames have 16 rollers on the inner side,these rollers are supported on the outer side of the main chord rod of the tower body.

38、On the beam at rear side of climbing frame,jointed with two ear-plates and hydraulic system oil cylinder,acting as guide and bearing from the jocking oil cylinder.The lower end of the climbing frame has two pendular latches, in the course of hydraulic cylinder reclaim pistonand and bring in the towe

Work as supporting the weight of the climbing frame.314塔頂(見圖3-4)tower head shown as fig.3-4塔頂是由角鋼、無縫鋼管、鋼板等組焊成的斜錐體,上端通過拉桿使起重臂與平衡臂保持水平,下端用4個(gè)銷軸與回轉(zhuǎn)塔身連接,為了安裝吊臂拉桿和平衡臂拉桿,在塔頂上部設(shè)有工作平臺(tái)和滑輪組。The tower head is made up of the angle steel, without-sew steel tube, armor plate and after welded then made i

41、ovided with a Working platform and pulley block. 315起重臂(見圖3-5)jib shown as fig.3-5起重臂上、下弦桿都是用兩個(gè)角鋼拼焊成的方管,整個(gè)臂架為三角形截面,高1.2米,寬1.4 米,臂總長為60.5米,共分為十節(jié),節(jié)與節(jié)之間用銷軸連接,拆裝方便。為了提高起重性能,減輕吊臂的重量,吊臂采用雙吊點(diǎn),變截面空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。在起重臂第一節(jié)放置小車牽引機(jī)構(gòu)和懸掛吊籃,便于安裝與維修。臂架根部第一節(jié)與回轉(zhuǎn)塔身用銷軸連接。The upper and lower chord rods on the jib are square tubes

44、節(jié),起重機(jī)的幅度可變?yōu)?5m, 50m使用(參見圖4-9)。In turn dismantling the fourth section and the eighth section,the jib length of 55m,50m and then be used(shown as fig.4-9)316平衡臂(見圖3-6)counter-jib 平衡臂是由Q235 36a槽鋼及角鋼拼焊而成,全長13.5米,寬1.4米,上有扶欄和走道,為了便于運(yùn)輸,分兩節(jié)制做,兩節(jié)間用銷軸連接,起升機(jī)構(gòu)和平衡重均安裝在平衡臂尾部,根據(jù)不同的臂長,配備不同的平衡重。為了保持平衡臂水平,在它尾部一節(jié)有兩吊點(diǎn),

45、用銷軸通過平衡臂拉桿與塔頂連接,平衡臂前節(jié)根部用銷軸與回轉(zhuǎn)塔身相聯(lián)。 The counter-jib is welded structure of Q235 36a channel-section stell and angle stell,its length is 13.5m,its width is 1.4m,the counter-jib is provided with railings and walkingway,in order to ship them easily,it will be disparted into 2 section,which are connected

46、 by pins,hoisting mechanism and counter-weight are both installed in the end of the counter-jib,the different weight of counter-weight has different jib length.In order to maintain the counter-jib at a horizontal position, provided with two hook lugs on the last section, through which jib pull rods

47、are connected to the tower head,the root of the first jib section is connected to the slewing tower body by pins.317上支座(見圖3-7)upper support上支座上部用16個(gè)螺栓與回轉(zhuǎn)塔身相連,下部用高強(qiáng)度螺栓與回轉(zhuǎn)支承相連。在支承座兩側(cè)對(duì)稱地安裝兩套回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),而在它下面的小齒輪準(zhǔn)確地與回轉(zhuǎn)支承外齒圈嚙合。上支座三面平臺(tái),方便工作,另一面設(shè)有回轉(zhuǎn)限位器。司機(jī)室側(cè)置在上支座的回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)旁邊,出入容易,工作安全。注意:司機(jī)室、電控箱內(nèi)的出廠資料(電器原理圖、接線圖等)嚴(yán)禁挪作它用

There are symmetrically installed the two set of slewing mechanism on two side of the support, and pinion of its lower is joggled with outer circle of slewing su

49、pport correctly. There are three planes on the upper support, easy to operate it, on another hand installed the slewing limiter. The operator cab is stalled on the side of the slewing mechanism, easy to in and out, working safely. Notice: No move the operator cab and some manufacturer information (e
