Requests shall include nature and extent of the substitution, effect on Contract amount, full specifications and physical properties of proposed substitute, and any other pertinent information requested

This approval shall be contingent upon a review of the details concerning the type and amount of REM additions, how and at what point in the melting - ladle degassing process ar
