1、工程與組織培訓(xùn)教材 當(dāng)我們接到上級(jí)安排的工程項(xiàng)目或解決艱苦的消費(fèi)問(wèn)題時(shí), 應(yīng)采用 P&O 的任務(wù)方法去處理及解決, 以下為 P&O 的重點(diǎn)程序.When receive a task from management about engineering project or solving an important production issue , we shall complete or solve it by P&O method. Below are the main program of P&O . 一. 簡(jiǎn)介 Introduction(a) 了解需求處理及解決的工程項(xiàng)目或消費(fèi)問(wèn)題

2、Understand the engineering project or production issue. 二. 重點(diǎn)程序 Main Points (b) 成立項(xiàng)目籌備組, 確定統(tǒng)籌人和各區(qū)域或功能組別負(fù)責(zé)人. Found an organization for the project / issue , determine the coordinator and the responsible person for each area or function team.(d) 各組長(zhǎng)根據(jù)確定的方案和目標(biāo)制定本組的任務(wù)計(jì)劃. Each monitors ought to according

3、 to the confirmed project and target to make their work plan (c) 討論并確定完成工程項(xiàng)目或解決消費(fèi)問(wèn)題的方案和目標(biāo) Discuss and confirm the finished engineering item or the corresponding project and target solved the manufactures issue. 二. 重點(diǎn)程序 Main Points (e) 統(tǒng)籌人根據(jù)各組的計(jì)劃綜合為完成項(xiàng)目的詳細(xì)計(jì)劃. The coordinator ought to according to the

(f) 各組長(zhǎng)應(yīng)召集各部門相關(guān)人員召開會(huì)議以對(duì)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行 良好的溝通、分工與協(xié)作 To do good communication ; divide the work and cooperation each monitors ought to call up all related member and have a meeting . 二. 重點(diǎn)程序 Main Points (h) 計(jì)劃中需求進(jìn)行工程試驗(yàn)或設(shè)備評(píng)估的項(xiàng)目應(yīng)按時(shí)完成 It is necessary for the plan to finish th

5、e related item on time for the engineering experiment and equipments assessment. (g) 統(tǒng)籌人對(duì)制定的計(jì)劃進(jìn)行跟進(jìn), 了解計(jì)劃進(jìn)度并督促各 組按時(shí)完成計(jì)劃 The coordinator ought to follow the confirmed plan, understand the plans progression and urge the divided team to finish the plan on time. 二. 重點(diǎn)程序 Main Points (i) 各組長(zhǎng)應(yīng)跟進(jìn)本組計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行情況, 定

6、期召開會(huì)議并及 時(shí)將信息返饋給統(tǒng)籌人. The divided monitors ought to follow the plan implemented cause , And chair the meeting on time and feedback the corresponding information to the coordinator . 二. 重點(diǎn)程序 Main Points (k) 完成計(jì)劃后召開總結(jié)會(huì)議并對(duì)相關(guān)事項(xiàng)作后續(xù)跟進(jìn) Have a close meeting once the project/issue is completed . And keep on fo

7、llowing up for related items. (j) 統(tǒng)籌人根據(jù)各組的計(jì)劃及時(shí)更新項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃內(nèi)容或根據(jù)實(shí) 際情況對(duì)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃作出適當(dāng)調(diào)整并及時(shí)知會(huì)相關(guān)人員. The coordinator ought to according to the divided teams plan to update the items content , Or according to the actual cause to adjust the items plan and inform the related member in time . 二. 重點(diǎn)程序 Main Points 運(yùn)用如下工具表
