1、專題七 數(shù)詞【考點展示】掌握基數(shù)詞、序數(shù)詞的基本用法掌握 hundred， thousand， million ，billion 表達確數(shù)和概數(shù)時的用法掌握分數(shù)的表達法【知識梳理】一、基數(shù)詞的用法表數(shù)量的多少表示年份，如 1988 年讀作 nineteen eighty-eight表時刻，如 7:00 讀作 seven oclock表示順序。單數(shù)名詞+基數(shù)詞，名詞的第一個字母要大寫。如 Class Two; Room 12 ; No.3 Middle School 注意：“單數(shù)詞+基數(shù)詞”可以轉換成“the + 序數(shù)詞 +單數(shù)名詞”，此時第一個字母不大寫。如：Lesson Three = th

2、e third lesson“基數(shù)詞+單數(shù)名詞”相當于合成形容詞作定語。 如：a three- year- old girl. 合成形容詞不能作表語，后面必須跟上所修飾的名詞。與表示時間、距離、長度的名詞一起構成“基數(shù)詞+單位名詞+形容詞”，表示事物的形狀、年代及距離。 如 ten years old;3000 meters long“幾十”的基數(shù)詞復數(shù)形式可用來表示某人幾十多歲或表示年代。e.g. : In his sixties, he rode a bike round the world. 3、ore 連用時，表示在已有的基礎上增加一定的數(shù)量。如：another three hourshundred、thousand、million、billion 等詞表示確定數(shù)目時，直接在其前面加基數(shù)詞；表示不確定數(shù)目時， 要在它們后面加-s，其后還要加 of。e.g. : three hundred students ; 三百名學生thousands of students 成千上萬的學生二、序數(shù)詞的用法序數(shù)詞表示順序序數(shù)詞前面須有定冠詞 the,后接單數(shù)名詞序數(shù)詞前若出現(xiàn)形容詞性物主代詞、名詞所有格等限定詞，則不加 thee.g. ： Today is my birthday.序數(shù)詞前面也可以

4、加不定冠詞 a 或 an,表示“又一、再一”，內(nèi)含順序性。e.g. : She had a second child.三、分數(shù)1.分子用基數(shù)，分母用序數(shù)。分子為 1，分母用單數(shù)；分子大于 1，分母用復數(shù)e.g. 五分之一 one fifth ;五分之三 three fifths注意一些習慣用法：1/4 也可以表示為 a quarter ;3/4 可以表示為 three quarter, 1/2 也可以表示為 a half 2.帶分數(shù)的短語作句子的主語時，謂語動詞的單復數(shù)與分數(shù)后的名詞保持一致。e.g. ：Two fifths of the apple is eaten.
