7、ations talent pipleline for Operations mgmt. positions e.g. PDG Lead, Engineering lead, Production mgmt positions etc. The trainee will have job rotation from Operator, Shift Leader and PDG Engineer positions, at same time, will do some improvement project, RE/CI coordination etc. In 2 years later,

14、good sanitation on the spot, keep operations run smoothly.Supervise the opertors and performance review with them, motivate them to build a high performance team.Assist Production Supervisor for daily operation planning, lead Opertaor to excute and complete the operation planningCoorindate and commu
15、nicate with maintainence, Safety and Quality dept.(6-8 months)PDG Engineer:Review the SOP and technical parameter for operations, supervise the implementation.Improve the Production process, environment to meet business requirement.Monitor the quality index, investigate the problem. Proactively make
