4、工程施工安全技術規(guī)程（JTJ 076-95 ）。.龍青十一標段橋涵施工設計圖。.現(xiàn)有機械設備條件、現(xiàn)場施工條件及施工準備情況。二、工程概況及地質簡介K142+367.5下開河分離立交橋位于即墨市龍山鎮(zhèn)下開河村，為跨縣鄉(xiāng)道的主線上跨 式分離式立交，凈高5ml交角85度，跨徑20+25+25+20m橋梁全長97.06米。本橋上 部結構采用一聯(lián)預應力混凝土連續(xù)箱梁；下部構造為柱式墩、肋板臺，基礎均為鉆孔灌 注端承樁（沖擊鉆）基礎。本橋共42根樁，其中橋墩樁基18根，樁徑為1.5m,總樁長432m橋臺樁基24根, 樁徑1.2m,總樁長528m根據設計S11-5I-2-02工程地質縱斷面圖可知，本橋樁基

9、交底、原材料送檢和混凝土配比申請。準備施工用的各種報表、規(guī)范?，F(xiàn)場準備 對樁位進行測量定位自檢，監(jiān)理復核；護筒埋設檢查、測量復核； 泥漿池、沉淀池的檢查；檢查水泥、骨料、水質及其它添加劑數(shù)量，其質量是否滿足設計與規(guī)范要求，是否與批準的混凝土配合比設計試驗報告的材料相一致；檢查制作鋼筋籠的鋼筋型號、種類、數(shù)量是否滿足設計要求，鋼筋加工各部位 尺寸、焊接質量是否滿足設計與規(guī)范要求，有無埋聲測管等。備足成孔用粘土、片石、碎石等必備材料，確保意外情況出現(xiàn)時，不致發(fā)生停 工待料及其它嚴重事故。主要機具設備配備根據本橋樁基實際情況，擬配備 3臺CF20型沖擊鉆鉆機進行鉆孔，鋼筋籠采用鋼 筋加工場集中加工，

19、底內容包括：施工工藝及方法、質量控制要點、安全及環(huán)保等。物資準備：原材料的取樣試驗工作已經按規(guī)范要求完成，駐地辦對材料進行抽檢試 驗并批準使用，配合比已審批。備足施工用水、粘土等必備材料，確保樁基鉆孔施工正 常進行。設備準備：拌合站、沖擊鉆機、碎運輸車、發(fā)電機等機械設備性能良好，現(xiàn)場施工 用電配備到位。護筒埋設護筒采用整體式鋼制護筒，壁厚4mm內徑大于樁徑20cm護筒的埋設采用挖埋法， 埋置深度2m,坑挖好后，將坑底整平，然后放入護筒，經檢查位置正確，筒身豎直后， 四周即用黏土回填，分層夯實，并隨填隨觀察護筒，防止填土時護筒位置偏移。護筒埋 設時，具頂面高出施工地面0.3m,護筒頂面中心與設計

20、樁位偏差不大于 5cm,傾斜度不 大于1%采用護筒頂拉十字線吊垂球與樁位對比進行復核。在護筒埋設好后，在頂部焊加強筋和吊耳且開出水口。泥漿制備泥漿采用高粘度粘土或膨潤土制備，采用自然造漿方式進行護壁，泥漿的配合比和 配制方法通過試驗確定，制備泥漿的性能指標為：相對密度1.11.2 ,粘度1824s,膠體率方95% 失水量0 20mL/30min,泥皮厚0 3mm/30min 靜切力 12.5Pa, PHO 811。 當鉆孔過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)地質與設計不符出現(xiàn)易坍地層時，除需及時與設計、監(jiān)理、業(yè)主報告 處理外，泥漿相對密度等需按規(guī)范相關規(guī)定進行調整。泥漿池設置在兩個橋墩之間，同 時起泥漿池和沉淀池的作用

39、筋籠是否中心偏位，使之滿足規(guī)范要求，并用4根16鋼筋將其與鋼護筒焊接，以防止鋼筋籠在混凝土灌注過程中下沉 或上浮。安裝導管導管采用直徑6300mm壁厚6mm勺無縫鋼管。導管的連接采用法蘭盤連接。并在兩法蘭盤之間墊有45mmi的橡膠止水墊圈。 在下導管前，采用水密承壓和接頭抗拉試驗，檢查其是否損壞，密封圈、 卡口是否完好，內壁是否光滑圓順，接頭是否嚴密。進行水密試驗的水壓以不小于孔內水深1.3 倍的壓力，且不小于導管壁和焊縫可能承受灌注砼時最大壓力的1.3 倍。 以實際孔底標高和孔口架之間的距離來配置需要導管長度，并預留40cm的懸空高度。拼裝時要嚴格檢查導管內壁和法蘭盤表面，確保干凈無雜物，變

40、形和磨損嚴重的導管嚴禁使用，導管的吊放用吊車，要確保其居于孔的中心位置，下放速度要慢，防止卡掛鋼筋籠骨架。第二次清孔在第一次清孔達到要求后，由于要安放鋼筋籠及導管，至澆注砼的時間間隙較長，孔底又會產生沉碴，所以待安放鋼筋籠及導管就緒后，再利用導管進行第二次清孔。清孔的方法是用泵將泥漿壓入導管內，再從孔底沿著導管外置換沉碴。清孔標準是泥漿相對密度控制在 1.031.10 ,黏度1720Pa-s,含砂率 2% 膠體率98%復測沉石S厚度在2cm以內，此時清孔完成，清孔完成后報監(jiān)理工 程師檢驗完成后立即澆注水下砼?；炷恋墓嘧㈨殴嘧⑶埃紫雀鶕犊字睆?、導管內徑等要素計算首批砼的需要量，確保首批碎灌
