2、進(jìn)行登記，主動匯報(bào)員工動向。2、員工信息報(bào)備，全體員工必須配合HR進(jìn)行信息報(bào)備，以便公司及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確掌握員工健康及活動相關(guān)信息，實(shí)現(xiàn)疫情監(jiān)測的數(shù)據(jù)化管理，更好地防控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。報(bào)備時(shí)間每日早、中、晚,包括雙彳日，HR規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成報(bào)備，報(bào)備要求確保填報(bào)信息真實(shí)完整。3、外地員工暫緩返崗，未回國外籍員工暫?；貒?，并做好解釋工作，維護(hù)國家形象。4、員工個(gè)人防護(hù)需要佩戴口罩的情況有哪些？? 上班途中? 下班途中? 進(jìn)入辦公樓的整個(gè)期間5、工作時(shí)間內(nèi)的其他一切外出場合需要洗手的情況有哪些？? 摘口罩手套前后傳遞文件前后? 在咳嗽或打噴嚏后吃飯前上廁所后? 在接觸他人后? 接觸過動物后? 外出回來后牢記使命教育

3、為本 同舟共濟(jì)共抗疫情只為未來? 未洗手時(shí)不摸口鼻6、上下班盡量不乘坐公共交通工具，建議步行騎行或坐私家車班車上班，如必須乘坐公共交通工具時(shí)居全程佩戴口罩， 途中盡量避免用手觸摸車上物品， 洗手后佩戴口罩，外出回到 家中摘掉口罩后，首先洗手消毒手機(jī)和鑰匙， 使用消毒濕巾或75%酒精擦拭，居室保持通風(fēng) 和衛(wèi)生清潔，嚴(yán)禁過多人員聚會。7、每日上班后在前臺進(jìn)行消毒方可進(jìn)入辦公區(qū)域，且做好溫度登記。8、打噴嚏或者咳嗽時(shí)如何做咳嗽或打噴嚏時(shí)需用手肘衣服遮住口鼻，或用紙巾將口鼻完全 遮住，并扔進(jìn)封閉式垃圾桶。9、進(jìn)入辦公室人與人之間保持一米以上距離配合監(jiān)測體溫，接待外來人員雙方佩戴口罩， 能進(jìn)行線上溝通的

4、優(yōu)先線上溝通。10、員工辦公區(qū)域人與人之間相隔一米以上，所有外教直播課堂，一人一教室。11、做好工作區(qū)域的通風(fēng)，每日最少兩次。12、員工辦公區(qū)域防護(hù)辦公設(shè)備如何消毒？桌面，電腦，鍵盤，鼠標(biāo)，文具，電話，手機(jī)等每日用75%酒精消毒至少兩次，傳閱文件如何做傳遞紙質(zhì)文件后均需洗手傳閱文件時(shí)配戴口罩，盡量實(shí)現(xiàn)無紙化辦公。13、線上教學(xué)要求? 線上課程均為公益課堂，避免疫情期間孩子成績下滑，保證教育質(zhì)量? 線上課程前后需進(jìn)行疫情防護(hù)宣傳? 設(shè)置疫情防護(hù)主題課，在學(xué)習(xí)英語的同時(shí)貫徹疫情防護(hù)知識14、避免聚集性會議非必須不舉辦的原則必須開會，召開視頻或電話會議。15、工作期間一旦有發(fā)熱、咳嗽、乏力、鼻塞、流
