2、itionsthatrequiredcourage,clear-thinkingandintellect.Womentookonthenurturing,caringorsupportivejobssuchasnurse,teacher,assistant.However,modernsocietyhasgreatlychallengedtheseperceiveddifferencesbetweenmenandwomen.Thesedaysgenderrolesarebecominglessclear.Womenaremovingintothemale-dominatedoccupation
3、sandprovingthattheycanbeequallysuccessfulinthesefields.Moreover,somemenaretakingonthehomemakerroleandfindingthatitsuitsthem.Insomecultures,forexampletheNaxicultureofsouthwesternChina,thewomenhavealwaysbeentheheadofthehouseholdandresponsibleforbothworkandfinance.So,aremenandwomenreallyallthatdifferen
4、t?Fromthechangingperspectivestowardsthisquestion,itwouldseemthatsocializationplaysalargeroleindefiningmasculinityandfemininityinanygiventimeperiodandinanygivenculture.Inotherwords,perhapsmenandwomenarenotthatdifferentafterall.Cultureplaysanimportantroleinbusiness.Cultureplaysanimportantroleinbusines
