2、for the spindle rotationSTART為主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕Work platform lift buttons, UP, DOWN；工作平臺(tái)升降按鈕、UP升、DOWN下降EMERGENC；EMERGENCY緊急停止開關(guān)；Start and stop the machine機(jī)臺(tái)的啟動(dòng)及停上Start and stop the machine: First power off the total electric box at ON. Then turn control switch forward or reverse. Turn control switch to the mid

3、dle of the spindle to stop;機(jī)臺(tái)的啟動(dòng)及停止：先將電箱的總電源關(guān)至ON,然后將主軸控制開關(guān)正轉(zhuǎn)或反轉(zhuǎn)，控制開關(guān)旋至中 間時(shí)主軸停止；Spindle rotation, the steps are as follows主軸頭的旋轉(zhuǎn)，操作步驟如下The spindle head tilt 主軸頭的左右傾斜Loosen the four nuts evenly, not all release.均勻松開四個(gè)螺絲帽，不可全松開Rotating head screw to the required angle. 4、 a hex nut wrench 旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)頭座螺桿至所需要角度，用六角扳手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)右側(cè)微調(diào)螺母Balance locking head Nut.將機(jī)頭螺帽均衡鎖緊。Correct specification of X-Y axis perpendicular主軸的X、丫方向垂直校正規(guī)范：Rotate spindle in the same way, adjusting head nut. 5、ck安裝機(jī)床夾頭Clean the spindle taper with a rag用抹布清潔主軸錐孔。Align the groove on the spindle chuck machine boss將機(jī)床夾頭的凹槽對(duì)準(zhǔn)主軸凸臺(tái)。Rotating Pull screw into screw, locking nut將拉引螺桿旋進(jìn)夾頭螺孔內(nèi)，鎖緊螺帽Remove the machine chuck卸下機(jī)床夾頭Put spindle on the low speed or use the brakes.將主軸轉(zhuǎn)速放調(diào)在低速檔后開始或使用剎車器Locking nut with a wrench

6、to relax用扳手放松鎖緊螺帽With brass rod or a soft hammer tapping Pull end. Separate the machine BOSS head from taper hole.用軟錘或銅棒敲打拉引螺桿頭端部，使機(jī)床夾頭別離錐孔Hand-holding machine chuck, Rotate the top nut, Pull the machine screw, then remove from the chuck用手握持機(jī)床夾頭，旋轉(zhuǎn)頂部螺母，使機(jī)床夾頭脫離拉引螺桿后取下5.
