This can be seen at the development of most modern quarters such as Wanda Plaza.本設(shè)計(jì)的指導(dǎo)目標(biāo)，在于使整體設(shè)計(jì)活潑化、都市性格具體化，與功能分配理想化。計(jì)劃的最初始意圖，在于合理、清晰地安排整個(gè)空間功能需求，并創(chuàng)造出廣大的戶外空間。The main aim of our plan was to substantiate

5、 the vivid urban character of the project and optimise its functional allocation. The original concepts intention and the complex requirements of the program were to be structured sensibly and concise, so that generous free spaces could be created.以下為設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)，從中可以對本設(shè)計(jì)的建筑造型、結(jié)構(gòu)性組織與空間分配有一個(gè)基本概念：The architec

7、ntexts以抽象的石雕形式將三大建筑圍塑在一起，基座中延伸出高塔造型一樣，形成韻律感；在市景中，可因統(tǒng)一性與棱角分明的外觀而擁有地標(biāo)式的作用。The three parts of the building are taken as abstract stone sculptures. Each tower rises out of a base. In appearance those three towers are one rhythm ; however they are reduced to a unity and make up a landmark in the heteroge

8、neous townscape.酒店與辦公高塔的立面設(shè)計(jì)從內(nèi)部功能出發(fā)，獨(dú)特的外立面賦予整體設(shè)計(jì)個(gè)性化外觀，高塔建筑的注冊標(biāo)記在于建筑頂端的正方體；里頭空間做為高級豪華套房與會議室。The facades of the hotel and office make reference to the buildings function and characterize the overall appearance of the complex. The faades are characterized by cubic-stone heads of the building, which con

9、tain highly exclusive apartments and conference rooms.大尺度切入建筑的單體元素（水平方向?yàn)橘徫镏行呐蚤T的連拱廊，垂直方向則為高塔入口）與立面的退進(jìn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了建筑的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)。The building mass is structured by a setback in the faade as well as large scale slits, which cut horizontally at the arcades side entrances and vertically at the tower entrances.建筑使用天然，散發(fā)溫

10、暖與親切的個(gè)性。淡色的天然石材在陽光下閃閃發(fā)光，可以吸引人們的目光。The natural materials used, are warm and friendly. Light natural stone in the sunlight and direct attention to this particular building complex.建筑體凹凸有致，具有雕塑性造型，經(jīng)由外立面的光影效果，形成生動(dòng)活潑的畫面，并不與整體效果沖突。Deep embrasures as well as the sculptural effect of the building mass creat

12、ng Concept1.1, 綠化設(shè)計(jì) Green Planning建筑體被一外環(huán)綠帶圍繞著，以此做為戶外空間，與城市公共空間相結(jié)合。而且酒店與辦公大樓的高級豪華性質(zhì)，可以經(jīng)由精心的綠化設(shè)計(jì)來表現(xiàn)。Both building masses are surrounded by a green belt, which through thorough planning will be for the exclusive use of the hotel as well as the office towers.1.2, 交通設(shè)計(jì) Transport Planning交通設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)在于，盡可能消化整

13、區(qū)的交通流量，以使日常交通無阻。 The transport concept aims at separating the traffic streams in the whole area, and thus ensuring a smooth traffic flow.為使交通順暢，每個(gè)單元都設(shè)有獨(dú)立的車行入口：酒店與辦公大樓各自擁有一位于基地南方公園里的專用車道；在車道上并設(shè)有呼叫出租車的地方。Every unit has a separate drive-up in order to separate the traffic flow: the hotel and the office

14、 towers each get an exclusive drive-up; both are situated in a park at the southern front of the complex. In the course of these two drive-up it is possible to accommodate taxi stands.各個(gè)購物中心入口處都有專屬車道，有極大的停車量，以使拜訪酒店與購物中心的兩大人潮互不妨礙。Each shopping mall gets a drive-up with a high capacity on the Lag Road

15、, so, the visitor streams of the hotel and the shopping mall do not affect each other.設(shè)計(jì)要求里的自行車停車位被安排于基地北邊外環(huán)綠帶上。The required parking spaces for bicycles are accommodated on the surrounding green belt at the northern front.鑒于建國路上的高交通流量，在此路上不設(shè)置進(jìn)入建筑物的車道。Due to the high volume of traffic on the Jianguo

16、Road there are no direct entries to the building are planned from here.2, 功能分配 Distribution of Use2.1, 餐飲服務(wù)部 Food Mall建筑體的地下連接部分，提供豐富的餐飲服務(wù)。在餐飲服務(wù)部的東西兩邊安排日常用品供應(yīng)店，中間則安排一些小型風(fēng)味餐館與小吃店。This level with its vast offer of food service is equally an underground link between the two building masses. At the east

17、 as well as at the west end of the mall two big food-stores are situated as magnets. In between there are little specialty restaurants and bistros.在東西群房內(nèi)， 通過電梯和自動(dòng)扶梯可以便捷地到達(dá)購物中心。Escalators and lifts make the shopping mall accessible in the eastern and the northern commercial podium.此區(qū)邊緣地帶則安排技術(shù)維修中心、輸送管

18、道空間與其它設(shè)備空間等。The fringe areas contain technical centers, delivery and adjoining rooms.2.2, 購物中心（商務(wù)部） Shopping Malls經(jīng)由郎家園路上的專用車道，可進(jìn)入商務(wù)部。離入口處不遠(yuǎn)，安排了垂直動(dòng)線系統(tǒng)，如電扶梯與訪客專用的玻璃升降梯等。All commercial areas are made accessible by a drive-up in the Langjiayuan Road. Behind the shops faades, there are shop areas and multi-functional adventure roo

The shopping areas of the levels 3 to 6 could optionally be connected with each other by glass-steel-bridges over the Langjiayuan Road, so, manifold access options can be constructed. So, a variety of access options could be created.2.3, 酒店 （索菲特酒店） Hotel (Sofitel Hotel)酒店被安排

21、在西邊商務(wù)部之上。The hotel is positioned above the western commercial podium.由一與建國路平行的分離式巷道而進(jìn)入，訪客可由此巷道直接到達(dá)酒店采光中庭的大廳接待處。The approach is from a parallel street, to Juanguo Road. From there the hotel guests will enter the daylight-flooded atrium, which houses a reception and lobby.經(jīng)由快速升降電梯可以直達(dá)七至八樓的商務(wù)部。這里有一造型獨(dú)特

There, one will find a separate lobby, from where one can access the numerous restaurants, conference rooms as well as the fitness club with a swimming-pool.七樓設(shè)置一些餐館與一座可容納四百人的宴

All services such as hotel laundry, storage areas and technical services are situated on level -1.2.4, 辦公大樓 Office Tower基地中部，東部的辦公大樓，由一與建國路平行的分離式車道進(jìn)入。兩層高的大廳內(nèi)擁有一快速升降電梯，訪客可由此直達(dá)商務(wù)

27、群房之上的辦公樓層。The office tower in the eastern part of the building is accessed via a separated drive-way parallel to Juaguo Road. From the double-storey foyer, express lifts reach the office floors above the commercial podium.帶退臺的七、八層群房和辦公塔樓的結(jié)合使用，提供了100至4000平方米不同大小的辦公空間。樓板切入一部分，形成了流通的空間，加強(qiáng)了豎向的聯(lián)系。至于大型公司總

28、部的設(shè)址，可以安排在大樓的頂部幾層，可設(shè)專用直達(dá)升降電梯。The combination of office tower and set-back floors on levels 7 and 8 enables the unproblematic creation of office spaces ranging from 100 to 4,000 sqm. Openings set into the ceilings create air spaces and vertical connections. Head offices of large companies could be ac

29、commodated in the top floors and accessed by dedicated lifts.t3, 外立面設(shè)計(jì) faade design3.1, 雙層外立面（辦公樓的主動(dòng)式氣候調(diào)節(jié)外立面）double faade (climate active faade for office tower)相對于普通雙層立面由外部通風(fēng)，主動(dòng)式氣候調(diào)節(jié)立面的隔層是通過大樓內(nèi)部的廢氣來通風(fēng)的。北京嚴(yán)重的空氣污染是我們建議采取該種外立面系統(tǒng)的主要原因之一。In contrast to a regular double-skin faade which is ventilated fro

30、m outside the cavity of the climate active faade is ventilated by exhaust air from the inside of the building. That way intake of heavy Beijing air pollution is avoided which is one of the main reasons for the decision concerning the faade system.根據(jù)我們的普遍經(jīng)驗(yàn)，雙層外立面是極為復(fù)雜和昂貴的結(jié)構(gòu)，通常只能由一些出口公司制造。According to
