10、興趣受阻，班級(jí)中學(xué)生的兩極分化出現(xiàn)。本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任四年級(jí)的英語教學(xué)工作，在教學(xué)中我嚴(yán)格遵從教學(xué)的五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，課前認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，做到既備教材，又備學(xué)生，因材施教，努力施行課堂改革，積極探究小學(xué)英語快樂課堂，小學(xué)階段英語教學(xué)的目的是：激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，使他們樹立學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心，同時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)根底，為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)打下根底。在英語課堂教學(xué)中，怎樣創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛、激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣是搞好小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的重要一環(huán)。下面結(jié)合本學(xué)期教學(xué)理論總結(jié)一下教學(xué)情況如下：一、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、面向全體授課在教學(xué)中，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，認(rèn)真閱讀各種教科參考書，結(jié)合自己的教學(xué)經(jīng)歷與學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情

11、況，認(rèn)真編寫好教案制定好教學(xué)方案，并不斷地加以改善修改，在傳授學(xué)生知識(shí)的同時(shí)，關(guān)心保護(hù)學(xué)生，特別是差生，課堂親密注意他們，教育他們求學(xué)勿半途而廢，在思想教育的同時(shí)，還耐心地輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)遺漏知識(shí)。使他們的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)跟上班里的其他同學(xué)。幫助他們樹立學(xué)好各門知識(shí)的信心。二、在課堂教學(xué)中第一、在課堂上，認(rèn)真授課，運(yùn)用實(shí)物教具、簡(jiǎn)筆畫，情景教學(xué)、手勢(shì)語言等方法來啟發(fā)、教育學(xué)生。教學(xué)生做游戲、唱英語歌等來激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽質(zhì)疑，注重以學(xué)生為主體、教師為導(dǎo)的教學(xué)方法，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。學(xué)生有疑難和不懂讀的地方，我總是不厭其煩地講解、分析p 、帶讀，力爭(zhēng)讓他們學(xué)了就懂，懂了會(huì)用。第二、在修

13、發(fā)現(xiàn)了不少問題，現(xiàn)將近期我所任教年段學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況分析p 如下: 四年級(jí)學(xué)生的年齡在十歲左右，生性活潑好動(dòng)，喜歡直觀形象思維，對(duì)游戲、競(jìng)賽、畫畫特別感興趣。學(xué)生學(xué)英語不久，有可能說的不好，有的還不敢說，課堂下要以表揚(yáng)為主，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，鼓勵(lì)他們大膽說、積極做、努力唱!讓學(xué)生們?cè)谕嫱妗⒆鲎?、說說、 唱唱中學(xué)習(xí)英語。這個(gè)年級(jí)的學(xué)生的學(xué)生認(rèn)真對(duì)待教師布置的預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)，但在學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)策略下還有很大差距，尤其在答題技巧和技能方面還缺少鍛煉。因此本學(xué)期在施行英語教學(xué)的過程中我在教授學(xué)生新知的同時(shí)更重視對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法和答題技巧的培養(yǎng)。一心爭(zhēng)取讓學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)才能和應(yīng)試才能在原有的根底下能大幅度進(jìn)

14、步。激發(fā)和保護(hù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)英語進(jìn)展交際的意識(shí)和勇氣非常重要。學(xué)生處于英語的啟蒙學(xué)習(xí)階段，起點(diǎn)是一樣的，但其對(duì)新知識(shí)的承受才能和理解才能因人而異。所任三個(gè)班級(jí)的學(xué)生大部分來自本鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村，還有很多是外來學(xué)生，他們各自的自覺程度也不盡一樣。一部分學(xué)生缺乏積極發(fā)言的習(xí)慣，部分學(xué)生比較膽小，害怕開口說英語。四年級(jí)學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)決定了他們好動(dòng)，注意力不強(qiáng)等習(xí)慣。同時(shí)，我們還應(yīng)注意到一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題，學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)普遍不太懂英語，且有許多家長(zhǎng)在外工作，對(duì)學(xué)生的監(jiān)視不能到位，導(dǎo)致有些學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣較差，不能及時(shí)穩(wěn)固所學(xué)，不能聽錄音跟讀。這就要求教師在教學(xué)過程中要堅(jiān)持面向全體學(xué)生，加強(qiáng)他們學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的

15、培養(yǎng)，多與家長(zhǎng)溝通，催促學(xué)生課前課后認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)，對(duì)新授內(nèi)容及時(shí)穩(wěn)固。二、 本冊(cè)教材分析p 譯林出版社四年級(jí)下冊(cè)英語 三年級(jí)起點(diǎn)教材分為10個(gè)單元，八個(gè)新授單元和兩個(gè)Project，即復(fù)習(xí)單元。教材強(qiáng)調(diào)語言的運(yùn)用，注重才能的培養(yǎng)，突出了興趣的激發(fā)。本冊(cè)教材主要分以下幾個(gè)板塊：Story time是單元核心板塊。通過生動(dòng)的課文，幫助學(xué)生掌握根本的英語語言知識(shí)，開展根本的英語聽、說、讀、寫技能，初步形成用英語與別人交流的才能，促進(jìn)思維才能的開展，同時(shí)進(jìn)步學(xué)生的綜合人文素養(yǎng)。Fun time是句型操練板塊。通過興趣性、互動(dòng)性較強(qiáng)的語言理論活動(dòng)，幫助學(xué)生純熟掌握Story time中呈現(xiàn)的主要詞語和

16、句型，以進(jìn)步他們用英語進(jìn)展簡(jiǎn)單交流的才能。Cartoon time是拓展性興趣閱讀板塊。通過以小老鼠Bobby和小貓Sam 等卡通人物為中心的興趣小故事，幫助學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)本單元的語言知識(shí)，訓(xùn)練語言技能，進(jìn)步閱讀理解才能;同時(shí)有方案地呈現(xiàn)下一單元即將出現(xiàn)主要句型。Sound time 是總結(jié)輔音在單詞中的發(fā)音。Song time/Rhyme time是歌曲、歌謠學(xué)習(xí)板塊。通過唱歌曲、誦歌謠等活動(dòng)，激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，活潑學(xué)生的身心，幫助學(xué)生潛移默化地穩(wěn)固所學(xué)內(nèi)容，形成良好的語感，進(jìn)步聽說才能和思維才能。Checkout time是檢測(cè)板塊。按照單元詞語和句型等方面的教學(xué)目的，通過形式多樣的綜合性語言應(yīng)用
