1、軟件授權(quán)許可協(xié)議中文之星軟件授權(quán)使用許可證1、定義中文之星軟件產(chǎn)品包括該軟件的程序（包括但不限于為程序所調(diào)用的聲音、圖片、文本資料文件、詞庫、字庫等數(shù)據(jù)庫）、使用手冊（用戶手冊）、維護手冊等印刷材料、電子文檔、產(chǎn)品包裝等。使用是指最終用戶依照使用手冊和本許可證的規(guī)定，將軟件裝入內(nèi)存、硬盤或其他存儲設(shè)備進行運行。2、著作權(quán)中文之星軟件的著作權(quán)屬于xx中文之星數(shù)碼科技有限公司（以下簡稱“中文之星公司”），受中華人民共和國著作權(quán)法和計算機軟件保護條例以及國際版權(quán)公約和其它知識所有權(quán)條約的保護。3、授權(quán)中文之星公司授權(quán)您：（1）備份：為了備份的需要，您可以復(fù)制一份拷貝。但如您已經(jīng)將軟件裝入硬盤，您應(yīng)將

2、原盤作為備份而未能再復(fù)制。（2）授權(quán)使用: 中文之星公司授權(quán)您只能在一臺計算機上使用本軟件，您可以將本軟件從一臺計算機上轉(zhuǎn)移至另一臺計算機中，但不可以將軟件同時裝在兩臺以上的計算機，也不可以在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中由多臺工作站同時使用一套軟件（不包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)版和政府企業(yè)版）。（3）授權(quán)用戶證明：授權(quán)用戶在軟件使用期間內(nèi)應(yīng)該持有中文之星公司的軟件授權(quán)使用協(xié)議、原版軟盤、使用手冊等,這是您獲得售后服務(wù)、技術(shù)支持以及升級服務(wù)的必要的資格/資質(zhì)證明。4、授權(quán)限制（1）本軟件作為一個整體，最終用戶不得將本軟件分解在不同的計算機上使用或嵌入其它軟件系統(tǒng)。（2）最終用戶不得銷售、出租、轉(zhuǎn)讓、再授權(quán)中文之星的全部或部分,不得將本

3、軟件的復(fù)制品分發(fā)給第三方。（3）最終用戶不得對本軟件進行反向工程、反編譯或者反匯編工作。（4）除非為了備份或安裝到硬盤的需要，最終用戶不得以任何方式（如拷貝、打印、復(fù)印等）復(fù)制本軟件，最終用戶只能保留一份程序的備份復(fù)制品。（5）如您未遵守本許可證的條款，在不作任何通知的情況下，中文之星公司有權(quán)終止授權(quán)。一旦發(fā)生此情況，您必須立即終止使用本軟件并銷毀所有副本。5、有限擔(dān)保在中文之星交貨后90天內(nèi),如您發(fā)現(xiàn)軟件載體或資料文件有任何形式上之損毀,請在此期間內(nèi)憑購貨證明和本許可證與中文之星公司或代理商聯(lián)系,可取得修理或更換。但由于意外事故、操作不當(dāng)或使用錯誤所引起的故障,中文之星公司及其代理商不承擔(dān)任

4、何責(zé)任。6、對用戶的賠償在適用法律所允許的最大范圍內(nèi),中文之星公司在任何情況下不就因使用或未能使用中文之星所發(fā)生的任何特殊的、意外的、直接的或間接的損失（包括但不不限于營業(yè)利潤的損失、營業(yè)中斷、商業(yè)信息的遺失或其它金錢上的損失）承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任,即使中文之星公司事先被告知該損害發(fā)生的可能性。7、賠償責(zé)任的限制:根據(jù)本許可證中文之星公司所承擔(dān)的賠償責(zé)任以及對您的唯一補償將不超過壹美元（US1.00）8、中文之星公司保留對本許可證的說明權(quán);本許可證受中國法律保護和管轄，發(fā)生法律糾紛選擇xx地區(qū)的法院作為管轄法院。對本許可證如有疑問請與xx中文之星數(shù)碼科技有限公司法律部聯(lián)系：辦公地址： 電話：EMAIL

7、orage device)COPYRIGHTThe ChineseStar is protected by applicable copyright lawsand international copyright treaties provisions. All titleand copyrights in and to the ChineseStar are owned byCHINESESTAR or its suppliers. Therefore, you must treat theChineseStar like any other copyrighted material.GRA

8、NT OF LICENSEThis EULA grants you the following rights:* you may either amake one copy of the ChineseStar solelyfor backup or archival purposes, or b install theChineseStar on a single computer provided you keep theoriginal solely for backup or archival purposes.* You may install and use one copy of

9、 the ChineseStar on asingle computer excepting the Version of Network and theVersion for Goverment & Enterprise. You can transfer theChineseStar from a computer to another computer, but youmay not keep two copies on two computers at the same time.* Certificate of authorized user. As an authorized us

11、n more than one computer.* You may not rent, lease or otherwise transfer theChineseStar without the express written consent ofChineseStar.* Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, anddisassembly, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, ordisassemble the ChineseStar, except and only to th

12、e extentthat such activity is expressly permitted by applicablelaw not with standing this limitation.* You may not copy the printed materials accompanying theChineseStar. This software and the manual provided withall rights reserved, No part of this publication may bereproduced or transmitted in any

13、 form or by any means,electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recordingor by any information storage and retrieval system ortranslated into any language in any form, without thewritten permission of CHINESESTAR.* Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights,CHINESESTAR may terminate

15、0) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT, CHINESESTAR ANDITS SUPPLIERS ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDYSHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE CHINESESTAR OR HARDWARETHAT DOES NOT MEET CHINESESTARS LIMITED WARRANTY AND WHICHIS RETURNED TO CHINESESTAR WITH A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT.NEITHER CHINESESTAR N

16、OR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANYBUG, ERROR, OMISSION, DEFECT, DEFICIENCY OR NONCONFORMITY INANY SOFTWARE. AS A RESULT, THE CHINESESTAR IS SOLID AS IS,AND THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO ITS QUALITYAND PERFORMANCE.CUSTOMER REMEDIESTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,

17、CHINESESTARAND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT,INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT OR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE CHINESESTAR OR ITSDOCUMENTATION INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF DATA, DOWNTIME,LOSS OF GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT
