8、rarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,lodgeagainstTheSelleraclaim.Incaseofaquantity/weightdiscrepancy,TheBuyershall,within15daysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofthedestination,lodgeagainstTheSelleraclaim.Theclaim(s)shouldbesupportedbyInspectionCertificateissuedbyapublicsurveyorapprovedbyTheSeller

9、.ItisunderstoodthatTheSellershallnotbeliableforanydiscrepancyofthegoodsshippedduetonaturalcauses,orcausesfallingwithintheresponsibilitiesoftheinsurancecompany,shippingcompany,othertransportationorganizationorpostoffice.10.2買(mǎi)方有義務(wù)依據(jù)需要獲得入口同意證，并安排開(kāi)立信譽(yù)證并/或按合同要求付款。假如買(mǎi)方不可以在合同規(guī)按限時(shí)內(nèi)將信譽(yù)證開(kāi)到賣(mài)方或按合同規(guī)定付款或開(kāi)來(lái)的信譽(yù)證不符合

15、（Arbitration）:全部因本合同而發(fā)生的或與本合同有關(guān)的爭(zhēng)議均應(yīng)提交北京中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)，并依據(jù)該會(huì)的仲裁規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁，該仲裁的判決為終局判決，對(duì)兩方均有拘束力。本合同全部爭(zhēng)議的解決依據(jù)中國(guó)法”AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommissioninBeijingforarbitrationwhichshallbeconductedinaccordancewiththeCommiss
