9、onstruction Arrangement施工步驟 1.Construction Arrangement主要施工內(nèi)容有:施工準(zhǔn)備、錨桿孔定位及鉆孔(含不良地質(zhì)段固結(jié)灌漿處理)、錨桿加工編制、清孔下錨、錨固段注漿(含二次劈裂注漿)、錨桿腰梁及錨斜托澆筑、錨桿張拉、補(bǔ)充注漿及封錨等工作。The main construction contents include: construction preparation,anchor hole positioning and drilling (including consolidation grouting treatment for poor g

20、on Apparatus電 動electric type18其它儀器Other Instrument根據(jù)需要配置Prepared as per needs第三節(jié) 錨桿主要施工方法 = 3 * ROMAN * MERGEFORMAT III.Main Construction Method of Anchor 、總體方案 1.Overall Scheme錨桿施工與邊坡開挖施工同步進(jìn)行,上層邊坡支護(hù)施工完成,開挖至預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿施工位置后,及時(shí)組織進(jìn)行腰梁及預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿施工,完成邊坡防護(hù),減少邊坡暴露時(shí)間。The anchor construction shall be performed simult

21、aneously with the slope excavation.After the completion of supporting construction of upper slope,excavating to the construction location of prestressed anchor,then carrying out the construction of intermediate beam and prestressed anchor and finishing supporting work for slope in order to reduce ex

22、posure time of slope. 、準(zhǔn)備工作:機(jī)具配備質(zhì)量和數(shù)量,人員配置數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu)等必須與預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿施工相適應(yīng),滿足施工需要;完成原材料進(jìn)場及試驗(yàn)檢測;完成施工技術(shù)方案、開工報(bào)告等技術(shù)資料的編寫、上報(bào)和審批,技術(shù)交底資料的下發(fā)學(xué)習(xí),原材料送檢、報(bào)批手續(xù)及資料收集。 1).Preparation Work:The quality and quantity of equipment preparation together with the quantity and structure of human resource arrangement must be compatible w

23、ith the construction of prestressed anchor to meet the construction needs;Completing the approach and test of raw materials ;Completing the preparation,submitting and approval of related technical documents including construction program and construction starting report,etc;Issuing technical informa

24、tion to staff for study;Conducting raw materials inspection, approval procedures and data collection.、錨桿施工順序:錨桿施工按從上到下(可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況適當(dāng)調(diào)整)分序加密的原則進(jìn)行施工。錨桿施工平面布置詳見附圖(一)(以從上至下為例)所示,然后及時(shí)進(jìn)行后續(xù)各工序的施工。 2).Construction Sequence of Anchor: The anchor construction shall be conducted from the top to the bottom(some pro

25、per adjustment can be made according to the actual situation) under the principle of sequence and denseness.Grout leaking between anchor holes shall be avoided in order to prevent the serious impact on construction effect. See Attachment 1 for detailed Plan of Anchor Arrangement(take the constructio

26、n order from the top to the bottom as example). The following various construction work shall be carried out timely.、施工準(zhǔn)備2. Construction Preparation2.1、錨桿的簡述2.1 Brief Introduction of Anchor2.1.1、錨桿長度:15.020.0m,錨桿錨固長度58m,以進(jìn)入原混凝土基礎(chǔ)頂向下不少于1.0m控制。2.1.1. Length of anchor:its length shall be 15.020.0m and

27、the anchorage length shall be 58m.The depth that the anchor hacked into the original concrete foundation shall be not less than 1m. 2.1.2、錨桿入射角度:25度2.1.2 Injection Degree:25 degree2.1.3、錨桿直徑:150mm2.1.3 Diameter of anchor:150mm2.1.4、錨桿:采用鋼絞線s17.8-1860 執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T HYPERLINK mailto:5224-2014,錨桿規(guī)格采用絞線3s17.

28、8-1860、絞線2s17.8-1860;沿錨桿長度2000mm,采用48*3.5mm鋼管制作定位隔離支架; 5224-2014,錨桿規(guī)格采用絞線3s17.8-1860、絞線2s17.8-1860;沿錨桿長度每隔2000mm,采用48*3.5mm鋼管制作定位隔離支架;2.1.4 Anchor:The steel strand with the specification and model of s17.8-1860 shall be selected in line with the operative norm of GB/T 5224-2014.The specification of

29、anchor has two types including 3s17.8-1860 and 2s17.8-1860. The steel pipe with48*3.5mm shall be used to make positioning isolation stent along the length of anchor every2000mm.2.1.5、錨具:錨具(M17-2,2孔)設(shè)計(jì)值340KN,與鋼絞線2s17.8-1860配套,錨具(M17-3,3孔)設(shè)計(jì)值380KN,與鋼絞線3s17.8-1860配套, 執(zhí)行規(guī)范GB50086-2015。2.1.5 Anchorage:Th

30、e designed strength of M17-2 anchorage with 2 holes shall be equal or more than 340KN which match with that steel strand with 2s17.8-1860; The designed strength of M17-3 anchorage with 3 holes shall be equal or more than 380KN which match with that steel strand with 3s17.8-1860. Two types anchorages

31、 shallconform to the operative norm of GB50086-20、錨板:錨板尺寸300*300*25(mm),錨板中間圓孔尺寸根據(jù)錨具圓孔確定(錨具3孔),墊板的圓孔外徑等于錨具圓孔外邊距;錨板尺寸300*300*25(mm),錨板中間圓孔尺寸根據(jù)錨具圓孔確定(錨具2孔),墊板的圓孔外徑等于錨具圓孔外邊距。執(zhí)行規(guī)范GB50086-20152.1.6 Anchor plate:The size of anchor plate shall be 300*300*25(mm). The size of round hole located at the center

32、 of anchor plate shall be determined according to the round hole of anchorage(with 3 holes). The external diameter of round hole for inserted plate shall be equal to dimension of the margin of anchorage. The size of anchor plate shall be 300*300*25(mm). The size of round hole located at the center o

The external diameter of round hole for inserted plate shall be equal to dimension of the margin of anchorage.The standard of GB50086-2015shall be complied with. 2.1.7、錨桿抗拔:待腰梁施工完畢立即進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù),且腰梁、錨桿混凝土強(qiáng)度達(dá)到80%后才能進(jìn)行錨

34、桿抗拔實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測;2.1.7 Tensile testing of anchor:The curing work shall be carried out at once after the completion of intermediate beam construction and the tensile testing of anchor could be conducted after the concrete strength of intermediate beam as well as anchor up to 80%.錨桿檢測實(shí)驗(yàn)按下列規(guī)范進(jìn)行:The anchor test

35、shall be performed conforming to the following standards:、錨桿成孔工藝3.Bore-forming Process of Anchor錨桿施工工藝流程圖:Anchoring Construction Process Flow Chart3.1、技術(shù)參數(shù):3.1 Technical Parameters:在土方開挖或回填施工的同時(shí),留設(shè)錨桿工作面(錨位以下500mm)。預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿采用風(fēng)動潛孔錘施工工藝,錨桿長度1520m,錨桿錨固長度約5-8m。Reserve anchor working area(500mm below anchori

36、ng point) while excavating or backfilling of earthwork. Air-driven down-hole hammer construction technology shall be adopted for prestressed anchor whose length is 15-20m and anchorage length is about 5-8m.3.2、風(fēng)動潛孔錘施工方法3.2. Air-driven Down-holeHammer Construction Method 3.2.1、根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求,測量人員測定錨桿孔的孔位,打

37、入標(biāo)樁,注明錨孔編號(詳見附圖一、二、三)。鉆機(jī)安裝好后,進(jìn)行全面質(zhì)量檢查,檢查鉆機(jī)方位、傾角、水平度和開孔鉆頭落點(diǎn)差。檢查合格后再進(jìn)行施工。3.2.1 According to requirement of drawing,surveyors measure and determine the location of anchorage hole, hammered it into the relevant pile and indicate serial number of the anchor hole(see Attachment 1,2,3). After completingthe

38、 drill machine installation,overall quality inspection shall be performed for position, inclination and levelness of the drill and placement difference of opening bit. Construction shall be continued after the inspection is passed.3.2.2、錨孔采用風(fēng)動潛孔錘鉆孔施工,能有效地避免沖刷坡體,施工速度快。錨桿孔施工選用優(yōu)博林868型錨固鉆機(jī),錨孔直徑約150mm,設(shè)計(jì)

39、錨孔深度為5-8m,與水平夾角25度成孔。3.2.2 Adopt air-driven down-hole hammer for anchor hole construction to effectively avoid the erosion of the slope.Fasten the construction speed.Adopttype 868 Youbolin anchorage drilling rig for anchor hole construction.The diameter of the anchor hole is about 150mm, the designe

40、d depth of the anchor hole is 5-8m, 25 degree bore-forming with horizontal angle.3.2.3、錨孔鉆孔技術(shù)參數(shù)根據(jù)所鉆部位孔內(nèi)地層情況確定。3.2.3 The technical parameter of anchor hole is based on the geological condition of the drilled location.3.2.4、鉆壓:鉆孔過程中,鉆壓保持平穩(wěn),不得隨意增減壓力。 3.2.4 Drilling pressure: keep stable pressure during

41、 drilling and dont change the pressure randomly.3.2.5、轉(zhuǎn)數(shù):正常鉆孔中,保持中等轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。松散土層及破碎巖石中采用低轉(zhuǎn)數(shù),完整基巖中鉆孔中適當(dāng)提高轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。3.2.5 Revolving speed: keep medium speed in normal drilling proceed. Keep low speed for the loose soil and broken rock. Appropriately improve the speed for unbroken bedrock.3.2.6、鉆孔過程中,隨時(shí)保證孔內(nèi)排渣暢通,及時(shí)排

42、出孔內(nèi)巖渣。3.2.6 During the drilling proceed, remove the residue timely and keep the inside hole smooth.3.3、主要施工方法:3.3 Main Construction Methods 3.3.1、坡面修整3.3.1 Clean Surface of Slope錨桿施工前,首先用人工及時(shí)按照從上而下分層修坡。開挖至灌注樁樁身邊緣時(shí),每層開挖高度為錨桿上下橫梁間距大小,嚴(yán)格控制超挖,直至開挖至下級平臺,然后再開挖腰梁基礎(chǔ)并施作錨桿。完成每層坡面開挖后,若為土質(zhì)坡,及時(shí)用彩條布覆蓋,防止雨水沖刷邊坡。Be

43、fore anchor construction, arrange manpower tomodify the slope surface timely from top to bottom layer by layer. When excavated to edge of the filling pile body, excavation height of each layer is equal to the spacingbetween intermediate beams. Over excavation is strictly controlled. Intermediate bea

44、m foundation can be excavated until excavating to the next terrace, andcarry out the anchor working. After each slope excavationcompleted, if occurred soil slope, it shall be covered by tarpaulin to avoid erosion by rain.3.3.2、施作錨孔3.3.2 Anchor Hole Drilling錨孔在腰梁基礎(chǔ)開挖完成,并經(jīng)坡面地質(zhì)條件確定能滿足錨桿施工要求后進(jìn)行。Anchor h

45、ole shall be drilled after completing foundation excavation of intermediate beam and ensuring that geological condition of slope can meet the requirement of anchor construction.3.3.3、錨孔測放3.3.3 Anchor Hole Measure and Setting out根據(jù)實(shí)際坡面,先按設(shè)計(jì)布置要求,將錨孔位置準(zhǔn)確測放在坡面上,并用紅油漆在現(xiàn)場施工部位標(biāo)明錨桿開孔位置(詳見附圖一)。如遇坡面不平順或特殊困難場地

46、時(shí),須經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)單位認(rèn)可,在確保坡體穩(wěn)定和結(jié)構(gòu)安全的前提下,適當(dāng)調(diào)整錨孔定位。對測放并驗(yàn)收合格的錨孔位置進(jìn)行編號,并用油漆標(biāo)示在現(xiàn)場坡面上,該編號作為錨桿制作編號的依據(jù)。Based on existing slope surface, position of anchor hole shall be measured and set out exactly and marked by red paint at the construction point according to designed arrangement(see Attachment 1 for details). If unev

47、en slope surface or special geological condition occurred, adjust position of anchor appropriately on premise ofgetting approval from design unit and ensuring stability of the slope and safety of the structure. Position of anchor holes which have been measured,set out and verified shall be numbered

48、and marked on the slope surface with paint. The serial number shall be regarded as anchorage makingevidence . 3.3.4、鉆孔設(shè)備3.3.4 Drilling Equipment 為提高鉆孔效率和保證鉆孔質(zhì)量,鉆孔機(jī)具采用優(yōu)博林868型錨固鉆機(jī),潛孔沖擊成孔。In order to improve drilling efficiency and guarantee drilling quality, type 868 Youbolin anchorage drilling rigsha

49、ll be adopted to drill.3.3.5鉆機(jī)就位3.3.5 Position of Drilling Machine根據(jù)坡面準(zhǔn)確測放錨桿孔位,準(zhǔn)確安裝固定鉆機(jī),并嚴(yán)格認(rèn)真進(jìn)行機(jī)位調(diào)整,確保錨孔開鉆就位縱橫誤差、高程誤差、鉆孔傾角和方向、方位符合中國規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Exactly measure and set out the anchorage position according to slope, accurately fix drilling machine and strictly adjust the machines position to ensure the devi

50、ation in vertical and horizontal direction and elevation conform to Chinese standard. Ensure the drilling angle and direction in accordance with Chinese standard. = 1 * GB3 、鉆孔方式 = 1 * GB3 Drilling Methods錨孔鉆孔采用干鉆,以確保錨固工程施工不至于惡化邊坡巖土工程地質(zhì)條件和保證孔壁的粘結(jié)性能,難以鉆孔時(shí)方可采用水鉆。Adopt dry drilling method to ensure tha

51、t anchorage construction will not deteriorate the geological condition of the slope and guarantee the adhesive property of the hole wall. Water drilling method shall be adopted only when it is hard to drill. = 2 * GB3 、鉆孔工藝 = 2 * GB3 Drilling Process 錨桿鉆孔施工要加強(qiáng)鉆機(jī)的導(dǎo)向作用,及時(shí)檢測孔斜誤差,合理采用糾偏措施,確保錨桿鉆孔滿足設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要

Treatment for Hole Collapsing and Drill Sticking當(dāng)鉆孔穿越強(qiáng)風(fēng)化巖層或巖體破碎帶時(shí),往往發(fā)生塌孔。出現(xiàn)此類現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行固壁注漿,注漿壓力采用0.5Mpa,漿液為水泥砂漿,24h后重新鉆孔。雨天施工時(shí),常常順巖體破碎帶向孔內(nèi)滲流泥漿,固壁注漿前,必須用水和風(fēng)把泥漿洗出(塌入鉆孔內(nèi)的石塊不必清除)。When drilled weathered rock and fracture rock zone, hole colla
