5、rket,summarizestheruleofmarketdevelopment,predictsthedevelop- menttrendofthemarketandprovidesreferenceforcomprehendingthedevelopmentofwarehousingmarketand making rational investment into this market.WarehouseinCloud (WIC) haslaunchedTheDynamicReportofChinasGeneralWarehouseMarketinOcto-ber2019afterex

6、tendingtheresultsofpreviousreports,expandingthescopeofselectedstatisticsanddeepeningtheanalysisofwarehousingmarket.InOctober2019,thetotalavailablewarehouseareaofWarehouseinCloud(WIC) increasedby2.31millionsquaremeters,withatotalareaofover336millionsquaremeters,anincreaseof0.69%comparedwithSeptember2

7、019;therentableareaexceeded47.55millionsquaremeters,anincreaseof 0.01% from September, and warehouse resources has covered 32 provinces, 217 cities, and 7,074 parks.Rental level of Warehousing Facilities in China in October 2019Theaverage rentofwarehouses in32citiesacrossthecountry wasRMB27.28/uperm

8、onth,andecreaseof 1.27%fromthepreviousmonth.Amongthem,theaveragerentofwarehousesintheeasternregion(RMB31.05/ upermonth)washigherthanthatinthewesternregion(RMB23.85/upermonth),thenortheast(RMB24.15/n per month) and the central region (RMB23.24/ u per month). Compared with September, the average ware-

9、 houserentinthecentralregiondecreasedby3.09%;theaveragerentofwarehousesintheeastern,northeast and western regions remained stable, with an increase (decrease) of less than 2%.TheaveragerentofwarehousesinBeijing,ShanghaiandShenzhenwasstillhigherthanRMB40/npermonth. ComparedwithSeptember, thegeneralwa

10、rehousing marketinBeijingandShanghaiwasstable,theaverage rent fluctuated little. Due to the approach of the 11.11 Global Shopping Festival promotional peak season, enterprises in Shenzhen increased the demand for temporary transitional warehouse, which drove the ware- house rent up 9.53%.Affectedbyw

11、arehouseconditionsandthegeographicallocation,thewarehouserentlevelofShijiazhuangand Taiyuanwasstilllow,alllessthanRMB20/npermonth.ComparedwithSeptember,warehouserentinTaiyuan remainedstable.Asaresultofthegovernmentsin-depthpromotionoftheconstructionofthehealthcity,some outmodedandillegallyconstructe
