13、nductthestructuralmeasurement,noanyseriousdamageswerefoundoutduringthesurvey.Butwecouldnotpointoutifthepropertyisrotten,eatenbyworms,oranyotherstructuraldamages.Wedidnotconductanytestfortheequipmentofthehouse.Wedidnotconducttheconcretesitemeasurement,soastoverifytheareaofthehousefloor,thesize,measur
14、ementandareaindicatedintheappraisalreportisallsubjecttothepropertyrightdocumentssupplytous.Ourreportdidnotconsideranypropertyownedmortgage,paymentininstallmentorliabilitiesorcouldbearanypaymentortaxeswhensoleortraded.Otherwisespecified,weassumethispropertyhasnoanyheavyload,limitedconditionsandexpenditurethatwouldaffectitsvalue.Finallyaccordingtoourprofessionaldirection,wehavetodeclarethatthereportcouldonlybeusedbytheabovementionedcustomer,allorpartofitscontentswillnotberesponsibleforanythirdparties.RealEstateAppraisalOfficeCo.,
