7、轉(zhuǎn)交一份提貨單復(fù)印件給買方。SHIPPING ADVICE: The seller to forward a copy of the bill of Lading within 4 working days of receival.12.質(zhì)量保證：商品的制作質(zhì)量問題由買方承擔(dān)責(zé)任。GUARANTEE: The Buyer should take the responsibility for quality issues due to the manufacturing process.13.人力不可抗拒：凡在制造或裝船運(yùn)輸過程中，因人力不可抗拒的事故，致使賣方推遲交貨或不能交貨時(shí)，賣方可不負(fù)責(zé)

8、任，但發(fā)生上述事故時(shí)，賣方應(yīng)立即通知買方，并在十四日內(nèi)，給買方航寄一份由主管政府當(dāng)局頒發(fā)的事故證明書。在此情況下，賣方仍有責(zé)任采取一切必要措施加速交貨。如事故延續(xù)四周以上，買方有權(quán)撤銷合同。FORCE MAJEURE: The Sellers shall not be responsible for the delay in shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to Force Majeure, which might occur during the process of manufacturing or in the course of lo

The Sellers shall advise the Buyers immediately of the occurrence mentioned above and within fourteen days thereafter the Sellers shall send by airmail to the Buyers for their acceptance a certificate of the accident issued by the competent Government Authorities where the acciden

10、t occurs as evidence thereof.Under such circumstances the Sellers, however, are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the accident creates a delay of more than four weeks, the Buyer shall have the right to cancel the contract.14.仲裁：凡因執(zhí)

11、行本合同所發(fā)生的或與本合同有關(guān)的一切爭議，雙方應(yīng)通過友好協(xié)商解決，如果協(xié)商不能解決，應(yīng)提交中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)根據(jù)該會(huì)仲裁程序暫行規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對(duì)雙方都有約束力。仲裁費(fèi)用由敗訴方承擔(dān)。ARBITRATION: All disputes arising form the execution of or in connection with this Contract shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation.
