消防專業(yè)標(biāo)段工程我們依假定開工日期為2013年6月1日，2013年12月15日結(jié)束，共計199個日歷天；驗收時刻：2013.12.1—2013.12.15。Fireproject,weduetostartonJune1st,andfinishonDecember15th,2013,199calendardaysinall.Acceptancetime:2013.12.1—2013.12.15。1.3.3安全目標(biāo)SecurityGoals施工工程中，本專業(yè)將采取切實可行的措施和充足的安全投入，建立完善的安全施工治理機制，確保本項目施工全過程無重大傷亡事故、無火災(zāi)事故和無惡性中毒事件目標(biāo)。Constructionproject,theprofessionalwilltakepracticalmeasuresandadequateinvestmentinsafety,establishandimprovethesafetyofconstructionmanagementmechanismstoensurethatthewholeconstructionprocessofthisprojectwithoutmajorcasualties,nofireaccidents,,andmalignantpoisoningtarget.1.3.4環(huán)境愛護和文明施工目標(biāo)EnvironmentalProtectionandcivilizedconstructiontarget本專業(yè)將嚴(yán)格按照上海市有關(guān)建筑工程施工的各項治理規(guī)定執(zhí)行，加強施工組織和現(xiàn)場安全、文明施工治理。成為既滿足設(shè)計要求又滿足建筑物使用功能的綠色建筑，我們將嚴(yán)格按照環(huán)保體系的重點來實施本專業(yè)項目。ThisprofessionalwillperforminstrictaccordancewiththeregulationsonbuildingconstructioninShanghai,strengthentheconstructionorganizationandon-sitesecurity,civilizedconstructionmanagement.Bothmeetthedesignrequirementsandmeetbuildingusegreenbuilding,wewillbeinstrictaccordancewiththefocusofenvironmentalprotectionsystemtotheimplementationoftheprofessionalproject.1.3.5團結(jié)合作目標(biāo)unityandcooperationgoals積極、主動、高效為業(yè)主服務(wù)，急業(yè)主所急，想業(yè)主所想，處理好與業(yè)主和綜合治理團隊、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計、各標(biāo)段分包及相關(guān)政府部門的關(guān)系，使工程各方面形成一個團結(jié)、高效、和諧、健康的有機整體，努力促進項目綜合目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。Positive,proactive,efficientservicefortheowners,anxiousownersareanxiousownersthatwanttodealwiththeownersandmanagementteam,supervision,design,eachsectionofsub-contractorsandrelevantgovernmentdepartments,sothatallaspectsoftheprojecttoformaorganicwholeunity,harmony,health,effortstopromotethegoalsoftheproject.第二章工程簡介及概況ChapterIIIntroductionandOverviewoftheproject2.1工程簡介ProjectOverview工程名稱：羅氏制藥有限公司研發(fā)支持樓ProjectName:RochePharmaceuticalCo.,Ltd.R&Dsupportfloor建設(shè)單位：上海羅氏制藥有限公司ConstructionUnit:ShanghaiRochePharmaceuticalCo.,Ltd.設(shè)計單位：信息產(chǎn)業(yè)電子第十一設(shè)計研究院科技工程股份有限公司DesignUnit:TheEleventhDesignandResearchInstituteofInformationIndustryTechnologyEngineeringCo.,Ltd.人防設(shè)計單位：上海民防建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司Civilairdefensedesignunits:ShanghaiCivilDefenceInstituteofArchitecturalDesignCo.,Ltd.監(jiān)理單位：上海同濟工程項目治理咨詢有限公司SupervisionUnit:ShanghaiTongjiConstructionProjectManagementConsultingCo.,Ltd.建設(shè)地點：上海市浦東新區(qū)龍東大道1100號ConstructionLocation:LongDongAvenue,PudongNewArea,Shanghai,11002.2工程概況ProjectOverview本工程位于上海市上海張江高科技園區(qū)，大樓北側(cè)為龍東大道，南側(cè)為李時珍路，東側(cè)為日月光廠區(qū)，西側(cè)為勃林格殷格翰廠區(qū)；本大樓為羅氏老廠區(qū)內(nèi)新擴建的一幢技術(shù)研發(fā)支持樓，大樓編號為11#，占地大約在1800多平米，建筑面積為10600平方米，分為地上五層、地下一層。廠區(qū)北側(cè)的入口為進入現(xiàn)場的要緊入口。現(xiàn)場已有的靠近羅氏二期項目的建筑為位于東南的餐廳(B-01)，南側(cè)的辦公樓(B-02)，西側(cè)的生產(chǎn)大樓(B-03)。ThisprojectislocatedatShanghaiZhangjiangHi-techPark,tothenorthofthebuildingisLongdongAvenue,tothesouthLishizhenRoad,totheeastRiyueguangPlant,tothewestBoehringer-IngelheimPlant;thisbuildingisaR&Dbuildinginsidetheformerplantthatistoberebuilt,thebuildingnumberis11#,withantotalareaof2000kilometersand5floorsaboveandoneunderground.Thenorthgateisthemainentranceofthesite.ThebuildingsnexttotheRocheIIProjectincludeonecanteen(B-01)atthesoutheast,andoneofficebuildingatthesouth,andtheproductionbuilding(B-03).2.3系統(tǒng)設(shè)計概況SystemdesignOverview本大樓分為地下一層，地上五層。此大樓的消防工程包含：消防噴淋系統(tǒng)、消火栓系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)以及廣播系統(tǒng)。噴淋及消火栓系統(tǒng)水源直接由原室外環(huán)狀消防管網(wǎng)引出兩路DN150管道接入本大樓，不需另設(shè)水泵房。消防報警系統(tǒng)為獨立系統(tǒng)，單獨增設(shè)消防報警主機于8#門衛(wèi)室。廣播系統(tǒng)主機設(shè)置在11#樓報警室，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)與8#門衛(wèi)室原有系統(tǒng)連接。Thebuildingcontainsonefloorunderground,andfivefloorsabove.Buildingfireprotectionengineeringsystemincludes:firesprinklersystem,firehydrantsystem,firealarmsystem,andthebroadcastingsystem.SprinklerandhydrantsystemwaterleadstotwoDN150pipelinebroughtdirectlyfromtheoutdoorcyclicfirecontrolnetworkaccesstothebuilding,withoutaseparatepumphouse.Thefirealarmsystemasanindependentsystem,separateadditionalfirealarmhost#guardroom.Broadcastingsystemhostsetinthe11#buildingalarmroom,theoriginalsystemconnectedthroughthenetworkwith8#guardroom.第三章施工部署Chapter3Constructiondeployment3．1人力資源分析及工具配備humanresourcesanalysisandequippedtools人員合理配備是項目進度打算和項目質(zhì)量的一大保證。通過多年在項目實施過中所得出的經(jīng)驗，我們通常把項目進行時期劃分，從而達到科學(xué)化治理。關(guān)于那個項目，我們把它劃分為項目預(yù)備時期、管道預(yù)埋時期、套管預(yù)埋時期管道安裝時期、設(shè)備安裝時期、系統(tǒng)調(diào)試時期、竣工驗收時期、后期文檔移交時期、質(zhì)量保證時期。通過劃分我們就更加清晰明了地明白在每個時期所需的人員數(shù)量、工種、容易出現(xiàn)問題環(huán)節(jié)等等，如我們在配管安裝時期，在這時期我們所需要的技術(shù)工種人數(shù)要占總施工人數(shù)的80%以上，20%以下的施工人員用來對一些前期未能完成的工作進行完成和對安裝人員的協(xié)助工作。本專業(yè)負責(zé)人將以工程項目治理為核心，以優(yōu)質(zhì)、高速、安全、環(huán)保、文明為主軸，加強動態(tài)、科學(xué)治理，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)要素，精心施工，大力推廣先進施工技術(shù)，在確保質(zhì)量的同時，力爭提早完成施工任務(wù)，從文件操縱、材料采購到產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識、過程操縱等過程中，切實執(zhí)行ISO9001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和質(zhì)量保證體系文件，達到創(chuàng)優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的目標(biāo)。Reasonablehumanresourcesdistributionisamajorguaranteeofprojectscheduleandprojectquality.Accordingtoourpastexperiencesaccumulatedthroughmanyyearsofpractices,weusuallydividetheprojectintodifferentpartssoastoachievescientificmanagement.Asf
