第/r/nPAGE/r/n5/r/n頁共/r/nNUMPAGES/r/n5/r/n頁/r/n2021年/r/n?/r/n3月培訓(xùn)工/r/n?/r/n作總結(jié)范文/r/n?/r/n時(shí)間一晃/r/n?/r/n而過,如白/r/n?/r/n隙之間,回/r/n?/r/n顧自己在剛/r/n?/r/n升為副主管/r/n?/r/n的這一年來/r/n?/r/n的工作,在/r/n?/r/n領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的悉心/r/n?/r/n關(guān)懷和指導(dǎo)/r/n?/r/n下,在同事/r/n?/r/n的幫助和鼓/r/n?/r/n勵(lì)下,通過/r/n?/r/n自身的不懈/r/n?/r/n努力,在工/r/n?/r/n作上取得了/r/n?/r/n一定的成果/r/n?/r/n,但也存在/r/n?/r/n了諸多不足/r/n?/r/n?,F(xiàn)就分管/r/n?/r/n的培訓(xùn)工作/r/n?/r/n,向上級(jí)領(lǐng)/r/n?/r/n導(dǎo)匯報(bào)如下/r/n?/r/n:/r/n一、培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)工作情況/r/n?/r/n:/r/n___/r/n?/r/n年我部與培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)部協(xié)作共/r/n?/r/n舉辦了新入/r/n?/r/n職員工消防/r/n?/r/n培訓(xùn)___/r/n?/r/n期,共__/r/n?/r/n_人,每屆/r/n?/r/n培訓(xùn)合格率/r/n?/r/n達(dá)___%/r/n?/r/n以上,基本/r/n?/r/n達(dá)到了目標(biāo)/r/n?/r/n要求;內(nèi)部/r/n?/r/n員工培訓(xùn)_/r/n?/r/n__次(其/r/n?/r/n中包括全公/r/n?/r/n司處置__/r/n?/r/n_培訓(xùn)__/r/n?/r/n_次,員工/r/n?/r/n消防知識(shí)_/r/n?/r/n__次,消/r/n?/r/n防實(shí)戰(zhàn)練習(xí)/r/n?/r/n___次,/r/n?/r/n參訓(xùn)人員達(dá)/r/n?/r/n_/r/n__人次/r/n?/r/n。/r/n二、培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)工作分析/r/n?/r/n:/r/n1、_/r/n?/r/n__年的培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)工作比起/r/n?/r/n___年相/r/n?/r/n比有了較大/r/n?/r/n的進(jìn)步,無/r/n?/r/n論是在培訓(xùn)/r/n?/r/n課程還是培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)質(zhì)量上都/r/n?/r/n有了一定的/r/n?/r/n增長幅度。/r/n?/r/n2、完整/r/n?/r/n了培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃/r/n?/r/n:建立了制/r/n?/r/n度性培訓(xùn)體/r/n?/r/n系,比起以/r/n?/r/n往的培訓(xùn)工/r/n?/r/n作缺乏制度/r/n?/r/n完善和系統(tǒng)/r/n?/r/n化,培訓(xùn)管/r/n?/r/n理幅度和力/r/n?/r/n度較弱,員/r/n?/r/n工培訓(xùn)意識(shí)/r/n?/r/n差,培訓(xùn)工/r/n?/r/n作開展起來/r/n?/r/n較為困難的/r/n?/r/n情形。我部/r/n?/r/n與培訓(xùn)部經(jīng)/r/n?/r/n過多次溝通/r/n?/r/n,改變了原/r/n?/r/n有的培訓(xùn)模/r/n?/r/n式,將“/r/n_/r/n?/r/n__培訓(xùn)和/r/n?/r/n培訓(xùn)什么”/r/n?/r/n融入到整個(gè)/r/n?/r/n公司培訓(xùn)工/r/n?/r/n作中來,在/r/n?/r/n總結(jié)了以往/r/n?/r/n的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)/r/n?/r/n基礎(chǔ)上,優(yōu)/r/n?/r/n化了培訓(xùn)的/r/n?/r/n重要性,重/r/n?/r/n點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)了培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)內(nèi)容全面/r/n?/r/n性,提升了/r/n?/r/n培訓(xùn)工作的/r/n?/r/n制度化管理/r/n?/r/n。/r/n3、不/r/n?/r/n斷改/r/n進(jìn)培訓(xùn)/r/n?/r/n方式,積極/r/n?/r/n探索新的培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)模式:_/r/n?/r/n__年的培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)工作,我/r/n?/r/n們主要采取/r/n?/r/n幻燈片、實(shí)/r/n?/r/n踐訓(xùn)練和理/r/n?/r/n論與實(shí)踐相/r/n?/r/n結(jié)合的方式/r/n?/r/n來提高培訓(xùn)/r/n?/r/n工作,讓新/r/n?/r/n入職員工盡/r/n?/r/n快掌握相關(guān)/r/n?/r/n知識(shí),在投/r/n?/r/n入工作。/r/n?/r/n三、培訓(xùn)工/r/n?/r/n作存在的問/r/n?/r/n題與不足:/r/n?/r/n1、培訓(xùn)/r/n?/r/n工作考核少/r/n?/r/n,造成培訓(xùn)/r/n?/r/n“參加與不/r/n?/r/n參加一個(gè)樣/r/n?/r/n,學(xué)好與學(xué)/r/n?/r/n孬一個(gè)樣”/r/n?/r/n的消極局面/r/n?/r/n,導(dǎo)致培訓(xùn)/r/n?/r/n工作的被動(dòng)/r/n?/r/n性。/r/n2、/r/n?/r/n雖改變了培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)制度但是/r/n?/r/n培訓(xùn)形式缺/r/n?/r/n乏創(chuàng)新,只/r/n?/r/n是一味的采/r/n?/r/n取“上面講/r/n?/r/n,下面聽‘/r/n?/r/n形式,呆板/r/n?/r/n、枯燥,提/r/n?/r/n不起員工的/r/n?/r/n興趣,導(dǎo)致/r/n?/r/n員工注意力/r/n?/r/n不集中,影/r/n?/r/n響了培訓(xùn)的/r/n?/r/n效果。/r/n3/r/n?/r/n、培訓(xùn)過于/r/n?/r/n形式化:培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn)時(shí)間與課/r/n?/r/n時(shí)的不長是/r/n?/r/n導(dǎo)致形式化/r/n?/r/n的主要/r/n體現(xiàn)/r/n?/r/n,短短的半/r/n?/r/n個(gè)小時(shí)不能/r/n?/r/n完全將所要/r/n?/r/n講的課程融/r/n?/r/n入到培訓(xùn)工/r/n?/r/n作中來。/r/n?/r/n4、作為部/r/n?/r/n門的培訓(xùn)副/r/n?/r/n主管,個(gè)人/r/n?/r/n的授課技巧/r/n?/r/n不高、制作/r/n?/r/n課件水平不/r/n?/r/n足、知識(shí)面/r/n?/r/n也需要亟待/r/n?/r/n提高。/r/n四/r/n?/r/n、除了分管/r/n?/r/n的培訓(xùn)工作/r/n?/r/n外,還協(xié)助/r/n?/r/n部門主管或/r/n?/r/n其它副主管/r/n?/r/n處理好消防/r/n?/r/n及治安等日/r/n?/r/n常工作,還/r/n?/r/n完成了__/r/n?/r/n_年度部門/r/n?/r/n職場約定,/r/n?/r/n并進(jìn)入到全/r/n?/r/n公司前五名/r/n?/r/n之列。/r/n五/r/n?/r/n、由于本身/r/n?/r/n經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚淺,/r/n?/r/n對于一些_/r/n?/r/n__的處理/r/n?/r/n和應(yīng)對顯得/r/n?/r/n有點(diǎn)舍本逐/r/n?/r/n末。在處理/r/n?/r/n事件時(shí)有時(shí)/r/n?/r/n忽略了公司/r/n?/r/n的利益和宗/r/n?/r/n旨,使公司/r/n?/r/n蒙受了不好/r/n?/r/n的影響。/r/n?/r/n六、要檢討/r/n?/r/n的是部門各/r/n?/r/n種規(guī)章制度/r/n?/r/n那都是”聾/r/n?/r/n子的耳朵-/r/n?/r/n擺設(shè)“,我/r/n?/r/n們的工作應(yīng)/r/n?/r/n該做到一切/r/n?/r/n從實(shí)際出/r/n發(fā)/r/n?/r/n而不是拘于/r/n?/r/n___的表/r/n?/r/n面工作,制/r/n?/r/n度是有了但/r/n?/r/n是都沒能很/r/n?/r/n好的貫徹和/r/n?/r/n執(zhí)行下去,/r/n?/r/n上至管理層/r/n?/r/n下至一般/r/n員/r/n?/r/n工都是抱著/r/n?/r/n當(dāng)一天和尚/r/n?/r/n撞一天鐘的/r/n?/r/n思想,這對/r/n?/r/n部門的建設(shè)/r/n?/r/n和發(fā)展起到/r/n?/r/n了阻礙,更/r/n?/r/n不敢談規(guī)范/r/n?/r/n、更不能說/r/n?/r/n正規(guī)/r/n對來/r/n?/r/n年的展望:/r/n?/r/n1、希望/r/n?/r/n能有更多學(xué)/r/n?/r/n習(xí)和培訓(xùn)的/r/n?/r/n機(jī)會(huì),來加/r/n?/r/n強(qiáng)自身的學(xué)/r/n?/r/n習(xí):不斷的/r/n?/r/n增強(qiáng)自己處/r/n?/r/n理___的/r/n?/r/n能力和學(xué)習(xí)/r/n?/r/n、管理能力/r/n?/r/n。在工作中/r/n?/r/n學(xué)習(xí),在學(xué)/r/n?/r/n習(xí)中進(jìn)步,/r/n?/r/n從而來提高/r/n?/r/n自己。/r/n2/r/n?/r/n、配合部門/r/n?/r/n主管和其它/r/n?/r/n副主管共同/r/n?/r/n做好部門工/r/n?/r/n作,完善和/r/n?/r/n實(shí)施部門制/r/n?/r/n度,真抓實(shí)/r/n?/r/n干,樹立整/r/n?/r/n個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的形/r/n?/r/n象和凝聚力/r/n?/r/n,加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍/r/n?/r/n建設(shè)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)/r/n?/r/n班子的優(yōu)化/r/n?/r/n工作,堅(jiān)決/r/n?/r/n完成公司所/r/n?/r/n交付的任務(wù)/r/n?/r/n。/r/n3、加/r/n?/r/n強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍思想/r/n?/r/n建設(shè):由于/r/n?/r/n隊(duì)員來自不/r/n?/r/n同的地方不/r/n?/r/n同的崗位,/r/n?/r/n各個(gè)的綜合/r/n?/r/n素質(zhì)、興趣/r/n?/r/n、愛好均不/r/n?/r/n相同,更重/r/n?/r/n要的是年青/r/n?/r/n人可塑性大/r/n?/r/n但是可變性/r/n?/r/n也很大,因/r/n?/r/n此我們在團(tuán)/r/n?/r/n隊(duì)建設(shè)中要/r/n?/r/n把思想建設(shè)/r/n?/r/n貫穿始,常/r/n?/r/n抓不懈。/r/n?/r/n4、改變安/r/n?/r/n全管理部的/r/n?/r/n培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,/r/n?/r/n按照每月計(jì)/r/n?/r/n劃對保安員/r/n?/r/n進(jìn)行崗位培/r/n?/r/n訓(xùn),對保安/r/n?/r/n一線崗位做/r/n?/r/n好培訓(xùn)工作/r/n?/r/n。做到實(shí)際/r/n?/r/n工作培訓(xùn),/r/n?/r/n分階段、分/r/n?/r/n內(nèi)容進(jìn)行考/r/n?/r/
