s,materialsandequipmentintothecompaniesfiledwiththeMinistry.EquipmentUsingandequipmentpreparationandtrainingAcidfracturingequipmentandauxiliaryequipmentoperatingfororganizingsandequipment,theprojectgroupandtheequipmentlevelteamwiththeimplementationof,andregularlyorganizehands-ontraining.Theequipmentoperatorshouldbe“fourthreewillunderstand”:tounderstandtheperformance,understandtheprinciple,understandthestructure,understandpurposes;willoperate,willbemaintained,willtroubleshooting.Newstaffpostsandreassignemployeesshallappointanexperiencedoperatorasamaster,operatingskillstransfer,tohelpwith,andbythecompany’smaterialsandequipmentExamination,qualifiedbehindthequasi-independentoperationofthedevice,a“deviceoperationCertificationofthenelrecord“(Annex4).Theequipmentshouldbesetattheman-machineoperatortoreplacethecaptainissubjecttotheapprovalofthetransferofgoodequipment,filloutthe“EIRrecord”(Annex5),thecompanyreportedmaterialsandequipmentfortherecord.EquipmentEquipmentoperatormaintenanceproceduresshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewithmaintenanceequipment,followthe“Crossjob”requirements:clean,lubricate,tighten,adjust,corrosion.Equipmentmustbelubricatedchart,sothat“five”(fixed,regular,qualitative,tative,people).Strictlyinaccordancewithproceduresmanualoftheequipmentordevicesprescribedperiodandinspectionandmaintenanceprogramsfordevicemaintenance:routinemaintenanceaftereachjob,accordingtotheregulationsandtheactualneedsoftheequipmentonaregularbasisasecurity,maintenanceofthecontentsandrequirementssee“Vehiclemaintenanceleveljobcontent”(Annex6),includingallcontentleveltwosecuritymaintenance,tocheckandadjustthefocus,keepthemachineryofeachassembly,organization,partswithgoodperformance.Secondarycareoverhaulplanshouldbeincludedintheequipment,theequipmentforpartialdisintegrationofinspectionandrepair,replacementorrepairofwornparts,cleaning,oilchanges,checkingrepairelectricalparts,thetechnicalconditionoftheequipmentsothatfullcompliance.EquipmentTechnicianlevelteamphotographedsummaryreportprojectdepartmentequipmentgroup,equipmentgroupunifiedbytheprojectdepartmentreportedtothecompanyarchivematerialsandequipment.Equipmentmaintenancetoachievethe“threeno’slanding”:Maintenancetooldoesnotfalltothegroundwithoutlandingpartsaftercleaning,oildoesnotfall.Amonthonthe25th,theprojectdepartmentorindependentteams,equipmentoperationwillbereportedmonthlyunifiedcompanymaterialsandequipment,(equipmentoperationmonthlymodel,Annex16).StorageandEnableofThedevicecontinuouslydisabledforthreemonthsormore,bereportedtothecompanymaterialsandequipment,theuseofunitsforstorageofequipmentafteramaintenancegroundsequestration.Localstorageofequipmentmaintenanceandperiodicinspectionsshouldbecarriedout,norustdamaged,accessoriescompleteintact.Inventoryequipmentmaintenancecompanybasematerialsandequipmentbythecompanyresponsibleformaintenanceoftheprojectdepartmentinventoryequipmentunitequipmentgroupresponsiblefortheproject,responsibleforlocalstoragedevicelevelStoragedevicebytheuseofunitsquarterlychecks,checksonceamonth,totaketimelymeasurestoresolvetheexistingproblems.Toenablestorageofequipmentintheprojectdepartment,upongroup;mothballedequipmentatthecompanybase,thegrassrootsteamreportedtheapprovalenabledthecompanymaterialsandthedeviceAEquipmentOrganizedbytheMinistryofmaterialsandequipment,accordingtoaquarterly“acidfracturingequipmentinspectioncompanyrules”fordeviceinspection,appraisalscoringforinspectionresults.ProjectDepartmentequipment(2)Ministrydevicegroupresponsiblefortheproject,andtheprojectdepartmentmonthlysecuritychecksmerger.B.primaryequipmentinspectionCheckbeforeBeforemovingtheoperatorisresponsibleforcheckingequipmentoilavarietyofs,whetherthelackofater,drain,checkthatitiscomplete,check(headlights,smalllights,turnsignals,showingthewidelights,domelight,rearlight,foglight,reversinglamp)lights,steering,hornandbrakesarecompleteintact,fixednorms.Whilesparepartsarecompleteinspectionequipment.inspectionbeforeBeforethedevicestarts,theoperatorofeaodelaccordingtopatrolinspectionrouteswerecheckedandfoundtheproblemimmediayrectification,rectificationnotimmediayreportedledthecaptain.CheckObservethemeterdisplayisnormal,thepipelinewithorwithoutwashout,themachinerunninganyabnormalsoundlike.Equipmentoperatorshouldbecheckedastourinspectionrouteeachmodel,foundthatconstructionproblemsshouldbereportedimmediayclosedcarafterAfterconstructioncameback,theoperatorshouldcheckallpartsCab(windshield,doorglasswithoutcracking,wipercompleteandintact,doorsopenandclosefreely,lockinggoodcushionandseatbeltcomplete)eachmemberingoodcondition,cleanandtidy.Areconsumablecomponentsinspectionequipmentneedstobereplaced,tocheckwhetherthemissingoil,andcheckwhetherthedeviceisE,amonthonthe25th,eachteamwillbecheckedmonthlyequipmentunifiedcompanyreportedmaterialsandequipment.F,eachquarter,thecompanyortheprojectdepartmentofeachteamequipmentcheckontheproblementrymusthavephotographicCTheissueofrectificationpinInspectorsshouldfilloutthe“Checklistproblems”(Annex7),clearlydescribedproblemswithadevice,clearrectificationcompletiontime,theinchargeforinspectionbytheauthorizedsignatory.Inspectedunitshallberesponsiblefortheimplementationofcorrective everyissue,thetimelysubmissionof“ProblemRectificationReport”(Appendix8),theinspectorsverifythesalesmaintenanceof1,equipmentfailure,thebasicunitsshouldbepromptlyreportedtotheprojectdepartmentequipmentgroupandthematerialsandequipment,thedamagedonetoequipmentFailureysis,andsubmitprojectdepartmentequipmentgrouprecord.Filloutthe“equipmenttosendoutsidethemaintenanceofasingle”(Annex9),afterapprovalbytheprogrammaintenance.2,equipmentmaintenancelevelteamshouldbe“threeinspectionsacross”(self-inspection,mutualinspection,inspectionandoncethetransferofqualifiedfull-time).GrassrootsEquipmentTechnicianshouldfilloutthe“equipmentmaintenancerecords”(Annex10),submittedtotheprojectdepartmentequipmentgroup,equipmentgroupunifiedbytheprojectdepartmentreportedtothecompanymaterialsandequipment.3,afterthecompletionofequipmentmaintenance,equipment inchargeofthepreparationprocessofysistointernalcompanyshared,sandequipmentmaintenancedepartmentisresponsibleforfinishingthecompilationprocessysisand1,thedeviceduetochronicwearandtear,agingdeterioration,precisionperformanceoflessthanproductionrequirementsandotherreasons,andbecausenorepairvaluebylevelteammadeanapplicationscrapped,aftertheprojectdepartmentequipmentgrouporganizationidentified,reportedtheprojectmanagerandintheprojectdeputygeneralmanagerreviewandapproval,andreportedtothecompanymaterialsandequipmentaudits,bythematerialsandequipmentaccordingtotheproceduretoapplyforretirement.(Annex2,forscrappedequipment,theunitsshouldbeproperlysafeguarded,notdisassembleparts,needtocompletetherelevantformalitiesrefunding,andfilloutthe“equipmentscrapRecordForm”(Annex12).(Viii)equipmenttechnicalinformation,archivemanagement1,equipmentoperatorsEquipmentoperatorstofill“equipmentoperatingrecord”;“Comeonrecordthis‘;’equipmentinspectionrecordsofthe”;“EIRrecord”;“equipmentmaintenancerecords.”SynthesisofaThevehicleoperatortofillin“Vehicleoperationrecord”;“drivingrecordofthis”;“Comeonrecordthis”;“VehicleInspectionrecordofthis”;“vehiclehandoverrecord”;“Vehiclemaintenancerecords.”2,grass-
