二年級體育上冊教學計劃一、學情分析二年級的學生年齡在7歲左右,對一切東西的概念還不是很清晰,身體素質較差,意志力比較薄弱,針對這些特點,著重對學生進行入門教育和紀律性教育。小學二年級的學生處于生長發(fā)育的初期,運動系統(tǒng)發(fā)育還不成熟,處于發(fā)展期,運動能力較低,身體各部分肌肉發(fā)展不平衡,上下肢協(xié)調性差;好動喜玩,想象創(chuàng)造力豐富;學習興趣易激發(fā)。四個班級各有千秋,因此在教學中根據(jù)班級的特點進行因材施教。二、教學目標及重難點(一)教學目標:1、掌握基本的體育基礎知識,明確體育鍛煉的作用,在鍛煉中運用學到的知識,并不斷鞏固和提高。2、每節(jié)課進行一定時間的隊列練習,對其進行組織紀律性的教育。3、進一步增強體質,特別是柔韌素質和力量素質。4、通過體育鍛煉培養(yǎng)集體主義精神,進行愛國主義教育,增強自信心,為終身體育打下堅實的基礎。(二)教學重點:1、結合教學常規(guī),進行隊列隊形教學。2、二年級的體育教學重點側重于短跑、投擲、跳遠等項目,因此在教學中要有意識地進行這些方面的練習。(三)教學難點:二年級的學生理解老師要求相對較慢,在進行一些協(xié)調性方面的練習時,學生可能不容易接受。三、教材分析本學期學習主要內容走和跑:①能知道自然快速跑的動作方法;②會做出兩臂曲肘前后擺動的自然快跑及前腳掌著地沿直線進行快速跑動作。跳躍:①能了解在踏跳區(qū)內起跳的重要意義②能做出快速助跑、起跳迅速有力、起跳后向前上方躍起、兩腿屈膝上提的跳遠基本動作;做到在踏跳區(qū)內準確起跳。投擲:①能知道投擲的正確動作方法。②能掌握鞏固肩上屈肘、自然揮臂的投擲動作。技巧:①知道前滾翻的動作方法和要求②能做出連續(xù)前滾翻的動作,幾個前滾翻之間的連接緊密,方向正,翻滾動作正確。韻律活動:①知道節(jié)奏操的名稱和動作方法。②能隨音樂節(jié)拍將全套操連貫起來練習。體質測試:①身高、體重、視力②坐位體前屈、50米跑、1分鐘跳繩四、二年級學生的生理、心理特點(一)生理發(fā)育特點1、二年級學生一般為7---8歲,在生理上有所發(fā)展。骨骼肌肉茁壯成長,特別是下肢骨骼的增長,比身體增長還要快。2、二年級學生肌肉發(fā)育尚不完全,含水份多,肌肉纖維較細,肌腱寬而短,關節(jié)的軟骨較厚,關節(jié)囊韌帶薄而松弛,關節(jié)周圍肌肉較細長,關節(jié)的伸展性活動范圍較大,牢固性較差,容易發(fā)生脫臼。因此在體育活動和鍛煉時不易進行劇烈運動。3、二年級學生神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)調節(jié)心臟活動的功能已發(fā)展完成,血液循環(huán)比較快,心跳較快,應防止心臟負擔過重和體力活動過度。(二)心理發(fā)展特點1、二年級學生心理水平還停留在不隨意性和具體形象階段;心理活動的隨意性和目的性雖有所發(fā)展,但仍以不隨意性為主。2、二年級學生參加集體活動時的集體意識比較模糊,還不能清楚地意識到自己和集體的關系;意識到班級是一個集體,意識到班級的榮譽。3、二年級學生還不具備自我評價能力,對活動的成功與失敗不會放到心上,但喜歡聽表揚的話,對批評的話語不放在心理,一會就恢復到原始狀態(tài)。五、德育滲透德育是教育的靈魂,育人是教育的本質。把德育改革與課程改革緊密結合起來,以新課程改革為契機,激活教學,優(yōu)化課堂,使每一堂課都成為德育的有機組成部分,使每一個老師都成為德育工作者。因此,作為一名體育教師,在課堂中滲透德育是我們義不容辭的責任。體育課教學應從增強體質出發(fā),加強課堂教學,經(jīng)常對學生進行思想品德教育,有意識地培養(yǎng)學生愛國主義、集體主義精神及社會公德、家庭美德、誠實守信等各種優(yōu)良品質。六、體育課教學常規(guī)為了充分發(fā)揮教師和學生兩個方面的積極性,不斷提高教學質量。我將做到以下幾個方面:(一)教師方面:1、認真?zhèn)湔n,精心寫好教案。2、認真學習和貫徹教學大綱,鉆研教材,明確教材目的與任務,掌握教材重點、難點,明確本課的教學任務及為教學方法,組織措施等。3、根據(jù)教學任務,提前準備和布置好場地、器材及教學用具。4、在教學中注意對學生能力的培養(yǎng)。5、教學原則、教學方法的運用,要從增強學生體質出發(fā),根據(jù)青少年的心理生理特點及學生的實際情況,科學地安排好密度和運動量。6、教師要注意儀表整潔,舉止大方,教態(tài)自然。7、認真做好學生的學期、學年體育成績的考核和評定,重視資料的積累和保管,并不斷改進教學工作,不斷提高教學質量。8、教學中要充分發(fā)揮體育委員,小組長及積極分子的作用,并且經(jīng)常做好對他們的培養(yǎng)和訓練工作,使他們真正起到教師助手作用。9、教學中要有嚴密的組織紀律,嚴格的安全保護措施與要求,嚴防傷害事故的發(fā)生,一旦發(fā)生傷害事故要及時向領導匯報并作好妥善處理。(二)學生方面:1、學習目的明確,積極自覺的上好體育課。注意聽講,積極學習,掌握必要的體育基本知識技能與科學鍛煉身體的方法,逐步養(yǎng)成自覺鍛煉的習慣。2、上體育課,著裝要輕便,整齊,做到穿輕便運動鞋上課,不帶鋼筆,小刀等危險物品,提前按教師要求,在指定地點等候上課。站隊時要做到快、靜、齊。3、有事有病要請假,不得無故缺課,不遲到、不早退。4、在課堂上要注意安全,嚴格執(zhí)行教師的各項要求,不經(jīng)允許不得隨意移動器材教具,嚴格執(zhí)行教師規(guī)定的各項保護措施。5、同學之間友好相處、團結協(xié)作,創(chuàng)造性地完成老師布置的任務。6、要愛護體育器材,不得有意損害各種體育設備和用品,課后要按教師的要求如數(shù)送還各種器材。七、教學措施及注意事項:(一)教學措施:在教學過程中教師積極引導學生,充分發(fā)揮學生的主體作用。讓學生在玩的過程中主動學習、主動探索,培養(yǎng)學生的自學、自練、自評的能力。多采用情景法主題法進行教學,讓學生樂于其中。(二)注意事項:1、學生年齡較小,在教學中應多采用游戲教學。2、學生年齡小,好勝心比較強,可以利用這個機會進行一些教學比賽,增強學生鍛煉的效果。3、因材施教,增強學生的自信心。
