速至設(shè)定頻率工作。9.3Alongwiththeburnerworks,thetemperaturerises;whenthecurrentcrucibletemperatureishigherthanthesettingtemperature,thefeedingfrequencyandfanfrequencywillautomaticallyslowtotheheatpreservationcondition;whenthetemperatureislowerthanthesettingvalue,thefeedingfrequencyandfanfrequencywillautomaticallyacceleratetothesettingfrequency.9.4熔煉爐投入使用后，燃燒室與熔爐火口必須每天扒灰保養(yǎng)一次，保持燃燒火口、燃燒室內(nèi)爐排下灰口及爐膛火口內(nèi)不能有過(guò)多的積灰，如果幾天不清灰會(huì)結(jié)成氧化物堵塞火槍口，很難清除。9.4Afterthesmeltingfurnaceisputintouse,thecombustionchamberandstokeholemustscoopuptheashesonceadayformaintenance,soastoavoidexcessiveashdepositsinthecombustionblowhole,theash-dischargingholeofgrateinthecombustionchamberandthefurnaceblowhole;iftheashdepositsfailtobecleared,theincurredoxideswillblockthefireholeanddifficulttoremove.9.5該爐所用生物顆粒里面不能有金屬物及石塊等雜物，以免卡住送料輪。9.5Thebio-masspelletsusedinthefurnacecan’tcontainthedebris,suchasmetalsandstones,soastoavoidgettingthefeedingliquidimpellerstuck.9.6正常工作時(shí)燃燒室與熔煉爐的觀(guān)察門(mén)、扒灰門(mén)、加料蓋保持鎖緊狀態(tài)。9.6Duringthenormaloperation,thecombustionchamber,observationgate,ash-scoopingholeandfeedingcoverofthesmeltingfurnaceshallbetightened.9.7溫度控制器最高設(shè)定溫度一般為8500C7/169.7Generally,themaximumsettingtemperatureofthetemperaturecontrolledis8500C9.8每天清理坩堝內(nèi)壁的殘?jiān)?，保持爐蓋、坩堝的清潔，以防氧化物積累而無(wú)法清理，影響熔化速度，損壞坩堝。9.8Cleanuptheresiduesontheinnerwallofthecrucibleeveryday;keepthefurnacecoverandcrucibleclean,soastoavoidtheinabilitytobeclearedduetotheaccumulatedoxides,affectthemeltingrateanddestroythecrucibleaccordingly.9.9料液不可加得過(guò)滿(mǎn)，料液高度低于坩堝邊沿30～50mm，以防料液溢出到火槍口造成堵塞，損壞爐膛及坩堝。9.8Thefeedingliquidcan’tbeoverfilled;theheightofthefeedingliquidshallbe30~50mmlowerthantheedgeofthecrucible,soastoavoidthejammingduetotheoverflowedfeedingliquidatthefirehole,anddestroyingthehearthandcrucible.9.10在加料前請(qǐng)將料錠或料頭先預(yù)熱，不能一次性投放過(guò)多，在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中均勻加料。9.10Pleasepreheatthematerialingotsoringotheadsbeforecharging;excessivefeedingisnotallowedinalumpsum;theuniformfeedingshallbedoneintheproductionprocess.9.11將熔化的料液轉(zhuǎn)入坩堝前，必須先將坩堝加熱至金屬熔點(diǎn)溫度附近后再加入，如低于上述溫度時(shí)加入料液，會(huì)引起坩堝破裂。9.11Beforethemeltfeedingliquidisdeliveredintothecrucible,itisessentialtoheatthecrucibletothemeltingpointtemperaturefirstly;ifthetemperatureislowerthantheabovementionedtemperature,thefeedingmaterialswillbringabouttheruptureofcrucible.9.12停爐若不超過(guò)24小時(shí)，建議不停爐，可將料液溫度設(shè)定在金屬熔點(diǎn)溫度以上保溫，再次使用前2小時(shí)左右將料液溫度重新設(shè)定到使用溫度即可。9.12Ifthefurnaceshutdowntimeislessthan24hours,thenitisrecommendednottoshutdownthefurnace;itisfeasibletosetthefeedingliquidtemperatetothemetalmetingpointtemperatureforheatpreservation;in2hoursbeforethenextoperation,resetthefeedingliquidtemperaturetotheoperatingtemperature.9.13每班次需不定時(shí)的檢查測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)及熱電偶是否正常，如溫度顯示閃爍不定，需檢查熱電偶接線(xiàn)是否燒損或松動(dòng)。9.13Ineachshift,itisessential7/16measurementsystemandthethermocouplesarenormal;ifthetemperaturedisplayflickers,itisessentialtocheckwhetherthethermocouplewiringisburntorloose.9.14每班次需不定時(shí)的查看電控箱及電壓、電流狀況，檢查接線(xiàn)部位是否有松動(dòng)，要定期清理控制箱及電動(dòng)機(jī)上的灰塵防止散熱不良導(dǎo)致溫度過(guò)高燒壞機(jī)器，以保證能正常生產(chǎn)。9.14Ineachshift,itisessentialtoirregularlychecktheelectriccabinet,thevoltageandcurrentsituation,checkwhetherthewiringpartsarelooseornot;itisessentialtoremovethedustonthecontrolcabinetandmotorregularlyandpreventburningoutthemachineduetothehightemperaturefromthebadheatdissipation,soastoensurethe9.15若擬停爐不用側(cè)須將坩堝內(nèi)料液全部清理干凈；將“運(yùn)行開(kāi)關(guān)”和“電源開(kāi)關(guān)”全部置于“OFF”位置，斷開(kāi)電控箱內(nèi)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)；打開(kāi)所有清灰口清理積灰，鎖緊好清灰口蓋，蓋好堝蓋，斷開(kāi)電源。9.15Ifthefurnaceisplannedtobeshutdown,thenallthefeedingliquidinthecrucibleshallbecleanedup;adjustthe“runswitch”and“powerswitch”to“OFF”,disconnecttheairswitchintheelectricalcabinet;openallash-dischargingholesfordedusting,tightenuptheash-dischargingholecover,closetheash-dischargingcoveranddisconnectthepowersupply.10碳化硅石墨坩堝使用注意事項(xiàng)Precautionsforusingsiliconcarbidegraphitecrucible10.1坩堝是脆性物品，注意輕搬輕放，不要與機(jī)械性外力撞擊，更不可從高處跌落。10.1Crucibleisfragile,andshallbehandledwithcare;neithercollideitwiththemechanicalforce,normakeitfallfromtheheight.10.2坩堝放置區(qū)絕對(duì)要避免潮濕及防淋水，不可直接放于地面上，需放置在棧板上并密封。10.2Thecrucibleshallabsolutelykeepdryandavoidmoisture,shallnotbeputonthegrounddirectly;thecrucibleshallbeplacedonthepalletandsealedoff.10.3搬運(yùn)時(shí)不可在地面上橫向滾動(dòng)，需用運(yùn)輸工具來(lái)搬運(yùn)，并在運(yùn)輸工具上墊上紙皮或碎布來(lái)防震。10.3Whencarryingthecrucible,thehorizontalrollingonthegroundisnotallowed;itisessentialtocarrythecruciblebyvehicles,andplacethepapersorragcuttingsonthevehicleforavoidshocking.8/1610.4投料時(shí)料定要沿坩堝壁垂直緩慢加入，防止料錠用力過(guò)大撞擊或擠壓坩堝。10.4Whenfeedingthematerials,itisessentialtoaddthefeedingingotslowlyandverticallyalongthecruciblewall,soastopreventthefeedingingotfromhittingorsqueezingthecrucibleduetooverexertion.10.5酸化物（除渣劑）使用需適量，以免侵蝕坩堝，過(guò)量使用會(huì)損壞坩堝。10.5Acidifiedmatters(thedeslaggingagent)shallbeusedmoderately,soastoavoidtheerosionofthecrucible;theexcessiveusecandamagethecrucible.10.6停電或停爐坩堝內(nèi)剩余料液要及時(shí)取出，坩堝內(nèi)盡量不要留有殘液，以免下次開(kāi)爐時(shí)熱膨脹造成坩堝損壞，停爐后要蓋好爐蓋保持余溫，防止坩堝受潮。10.6Whenpoweringofforshuttingdownthefurnace,theremainingfeedingliquidinthecrucibleshallberemovedtimely;avoidtheresidueoffeedingliquidinthecrucibleasmuchaspossible,soastoavoidthedamageofcrucibleduetothethermalexpansioninthenextblow-in.Aftertheshutdownofthefurnace,itisessentialtocoverthefurnacelidandkeepthewarm,soastopreventthecruciblefrommoisture.10.7每日工作完成后請(qǐng)?jiān)趫弩w通紅時(shí)及時(shí)清理堝內(nèi)壁附著的殘?jiān)悦鈿堅(jiān)^(guò)多影響傳熱效率及降低熔解率，甚至由于熱膨脹而造成坩堝的損壞。10.7Afterthecompletionofdailywork,pleasecleanuptheattachedresiduesontheinnerwallofthecruciblewhenthecruciblebodyisred,soasnottoaffecttheheattransferefficiencyanddecreasethemeltingrateduetotheexcessiveresidues,eventhedamageofthecruciblecausedbythethermalexpansion.10.8停用后需使用前將坩堝預(yù)熱4～5小時(shí)除濕，對(duì)坩堝使用壽命有幫助。10.8Aftershutdown,thecrucibleshallbepreheatedin4-5hoursfordehumidificationbeforenextuse;suchoperationishelpfultotheserviceofthecrucible.10.9更換坩堝時(shí)，需在堝臺(tái)上墊上耐火棉材料，避免坩堝與堝臺(tái)粘連。10.9Whenreplacingthecrucible,itisessentialtopadthefireproofcottonmaterialsonthecruciblebench,soastoavoidtheadhesionbetweenthecrucibleandbench.10/1610.10為了提高坩堝使用壽命，請(qǐng)客戶(hù)務(wù)必做到：坩堝每使用30天轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一次，以便調(diào)整火槍口與坩堝的接觸面。10.10Forincreasingtheservicelifeofcrucible,pleasemakesurethatthecrucibleisrotatedonceevery30daysinuse,soastoadjustthecontactsurfacebetweenthefiregunholeandthecrucible.11常見(jiàn)故障與排除Commonfaultsandtroubleshooting故障現(xiàn)象Faults故障原因Causesoffaults排除方法Troubleshooting輸料輪卡死Thefeedingimpellersgetstruck,生物顆粒內(nèi)有金屬塊或石子Therearemetalblocksorsmallstonesinthebio-masspellets.按住電控箱蓋上投料反轉(zhuǎn)按鈕片刻，待順暢后松開(kāi)即可。Pressthefeedingreservebuttonontheelectriccabinetforamoment,andlooseafterthefeedingwheelsbecomesmooth.若上述方法仍不能解決，則將料斗的料放完后把料斗拆下，再將卡在送料葉輪的金屬塊或石塊取出。Iftheabove-mentionedmethodisnoteffective,unloadthefeedingmaterialsinthehopperanddismantlethehopper,andthentakeoutthemetalblocksorsmallstonesstuckinthefeedingimpeller.減速機(jī)電機(jī)損壞或輸料輪軸承損壞Themotorofthespeedreducerisdamagedorthebearingofthefeedingimpellerisdamaged;更換電機(jī)或軸承即可。Replacethemotororbearing.料斗回火Thehoppertempers,加料斗加料口蓋沒(méi)有蓋好Thechargingholecoverofthehopperisnotcoveredproperly.運(yùn)行時(shí)加料口蓋與放料口蓋必須蓋好鎖緊，防止回火。Duringoperation,thechargingholecoverandthefeedingholecovermustbetightened,soasto10/16avoidtempering.風(fēng)機(jī)無(wú)送風(fēng)Noairsupplyfromthefan.檢查風(fēng)機(jī)電源是否有電、或電機(jī)是否損壞。Checkthepowersupplyofthefanispoweredon,orwhetherthemotorisdamagedornot.火焰不通暢Theflameisnotsmooth火槍口及熔爐火口結(jié)焦物或灰塵太多Thereareexcessivecokingmaterialsordustatthefiregunholeandstokehole.生物顆粒燃燒槍口會(huì)結(jié)焦及積灰，如不及時(shí)清理會(huì)結(jié)成氧化物，無(wú)法清除，所以要求每天清除火槍及熔爐火口的結(jié)焦物及積灰。Therearecokingmaterialsandashdepositsatthemuzzleofthebio-masspelletcombustiongun;iftheyarenotcleaneduptimely,theoxideswillbeformedandunabletobeeliminated;therefore,itisessentialtocleanupthecokingmaterialsandashdepositsatthemuzzleofthefiregunandstokehole.煙囪冒黑煙Theblacksmokeburstsoutofthechimney加料過(guò)快或送風(fēng)不足Thetoofastfeedingmaterialsorinsufficientairsupply調(diào)節(jié)送料或風(fēng)機(jī)的工作頻率，以煙囪無(wú)黑煙為準(zhǔn)。（設(shè)備出廠(chǎng)前參數(shù)已設(shè)定好）Adjustthefeedingfrequencyorthefanworkingfre
