輪班主管KeyAccountabilities

1)EnsuretheshiftteamaremeetingallEnvironmental,SafetyandHealth(ESH)requirementsandobjectives.BeresponsibleforDGchemicalmanagementactivitiestoensureitcomplywithindustrystandardandnationalsafety/security/environmentalregulation.

2)Manageateamofproductionoperatorsandtechnicians

3)Makesuretheproductionlinerunningsmoothly.

4)Coordinatesproductionactivities,materialflowandinventorytoachievecost,qualityandproductionKPIs.

5)Troubleshootproblemofprocessandequipment,Continuouslyimproveproductionproductivityandquality

6)Responsibletosetupguidelinesforallpersonnelintheshiftteamandproviderelevantdevelopmentforcareeradvancementandsuccession.

7)Responsiblefortrainingoperatorandtechnicians.

8)Responsiblefor5Sofproductionarea

9)FollowtheSQEandBQEprinciple,continuesincreaseproductqualityandenvironment,health,safetyawareness.

QualificationsandRequirements

1)Bachelor’sdegree,majorinscienceandengineering(mechanical,mechatronics,chemicalengineeringispreferred),atleast1yearworkingexperienceinproduction,engineeringrelatedfield,relevantworkingexperienceinvarioustypesoftape,protectivefilm,detachedfilmandothersimilarindustriesispreferred.

2)GoodcommandofEnglishspeaking,readingandwriting,abletocommunicatewithforeigncolleaguesinbothoralandwrittenskillsconfidently.

3)Stronginterestandhands-onabilityinmachineandmechanicaloperation/lineandcontrolispreferred,Abilitytoleadtheteamtosolvetechnicalproblemsinfrontlineanddevelopcontinueimprovementplantodrivehigherqualityandproductivity.goodsenseoflogicbehindproblems,goodatusingrelevanttoolstosolveproblemsquicklyandeffectively.
