真總附件1技術(shù)規(guī)范附件2供貨范附件3技術(shù)文件交付附件6分包與外附件9EPC同相關(guān)技術(shù)附錄1電動(dòng)機(jī)、電纜、配電箱技術(shù)附錄2控技術(shù)要求附錄3KKS附錄4設(shè)備色標(biāo)附錄5技術(shù)文件資料格式附錄6電氣圖紙技1技術(shù)規(guī)1總則書適用于赫維利1230MW燃?xì)饴?lián)合循環(huán)電站項(xiàng)目空氣壓縮機(jī)設(shè)備合同相時(shí),以EPC合同為準(zhǔn)(EPC合同相關(guān)技術(shù)要求見附件9。術(shù)規(guī)范書依據(jù)項(xiàng)目EPC合同提出補(bǔ)充要求和修改的權(quán)力,供方應(yīng)積極予以配合。用400V低壓廠用電系統(tǒng)供電。Allcablesshallhavephaseidentificationcoloursoninsulationofeachcore.Thecolourcodeforthreephasecircuitsshallbe:-Red,YellowandBlueforphase-Blackforneutral-GreenforearthconductorwherePVCinsulatedcableisinstalled.Singlephasecircuitsshallhaveinsulationof;-Redcolourfor-Blackcolourfor-GreencolourforearthAllDCcircuitsshallhaveinsulation-Redcolourforpositive-Blackcolourfornegative-Greencolourforearth靠。同時(shí),根據(jù)EPC合同要求:Thersmusthaveatleastfifteen(15)yearsofbusinessoninternationalProjectsoutsidetheirhomecountrieswithsimilarequipmentdesignedaccordingtointernationalstandards.TheequipmentofferedforthisProjectmusthavebeenincommercialoperationforatleast3years.經(jīng)確認(rèn)的澄清文件內(nèi)容的理解異議,解釋權(quán)歸需方正文具有同等效力。不一致時(shí),以較高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行并需由需方確認(rèn)。設(shè)計(jì)條件和運(yùn)行條件工程概況和配置無補(bǔ)燃自然循環(huán)帶SCR的余熱鍋爐、1臺(tái)蒸汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組和相關(guān)輔助設(shè)備。廠址條件本項(xiàng)目位于旁遮普省Jhang地區(qū)的HaveliBahadurShah鎮(zhèn),靠近特里姆穆-錫德奈運(yùn)河(Trimmu-sidhnaiLinkC廠址距離拉合爾市約280公里。性能保證條件下的大氣壓:0.9954bar,設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境溫度范圍:4°C50°C設(shè)計(jì)相對(duì)濕度范圍:5%100%運(yùn)河最高水溫:35℃(暫定廠址區(qū)域:2A~31℃(性能保證條件下~42℃(最高供水壓力:0.5~0.7設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行條件供廠用和儀表用壓縮空氣。正常運(yùn)行時(shí),1臺(tái)運(yùn)行,1臺(tái)備用。統(tǒng)一布置在空壓機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)??諌?0.8~31℃(性能保證條件下~42℃(最高供水壓力:0.5~0.7技術(shù)要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范新版的國(guó)家強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)程(規(guī)定)的要求。本工程不接受中國(guó)“GB”。Material 50每套設(shè)備處理氣量:50.8Nm3/min(暫定)出口壓力: 出口空氣含油量:0出口空氣固體顆粒尺寸:< 再生耗氣量: 工用圖”等;所有圖紙資料上均應(yīng)標(biāo)明“赫維利1230MW燃?xì)饴?lián)合循環(huán)電站項(xiàng)目”字樣與“正式資料”字樣。該項(xiàng)目電站英文名稱:1230MWPHaveliBahadurShah,Pakistan;中文名稱:巴基斯坦赫維利1230MW燃?xì)饴?lián)合循環(huán)電站。運(yùn)行手冊(cè)等應(yīng)對(duì)設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)、原理及采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的描述,并對(duì)操作步驟及細(xì)節(jié)細(xì)的樣板請(qǐng)見附件3所附的相關(guān))所有資料中的設(shè)備及部件名稱、KKS編碼應(yīng)與訂貨協(xié)議中設(shè)備名稱相同,如:所有資料中必須注明本工程項(xiàng)目的名稱(項(xiàng)目名稱必需有英文表示ISOAA4A31.13.7圖紙采用80g/m2圖紙右下標(biāo)題欄應(yīng)按照需方提供的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖框格式繪制;編簽名應(yīng)齊全,如文字性資料(報(bào)告,其它文檔和安裝、調(diào)試、運(yùn)行、手冊(cè)等)的要求 的;文檔的各個(gè),應(yīng)適當(dāng)分成若干章節(jié);列表;附件等。模板參見附錄外購設(shè)備的相關(guān)資料,均應(yīng)采用中英文對(duì)照印刷字體。并按照本附件2.3的要求提供正式紙版及資料。技術(shù)文件和圖紙正式資料(隨機(jī)資料的隨機(jī)資料,需方收到圖紙后10個(gè)工作日內(nèi)回復(fù)供方。供方在隨機(jī)資料文件中提供備品備件零件手冊(cè)(須帶有設(shè)備圖及CPN編碼)供方提供的零件手冊(cè)包含一系列圖紙,可以作為備件采購的設(shè)備零件。以下是如何(ITEM)-項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目號(hào)將圖紙里編號(hào)的零件與索引的信息掛鉤CPN(CataloguePartNumber)、數(shù)量、部件nded230310202011……供方應(yīng)提供推薦的備件、名稱、數(shù)量、部件號(hào),采用如上表格的形式予以設(shè)備運(yùn)行手冊(cè)按照以下內(nèi)容完ContentofO&MManual cycleshallbepreferablyogueones.LimitvaluesandalarmsshallbegeneratedintheDCS.The valueshallbecontinuouslyregisteredandstoredinthedatabase.Incaseoffailures,whereswitchinginstrumentswouldjustchangetheirstatus,the ogueonescanprovideadditionalinformatione.g. oguevalueanditshistory,whichsupportserrortracingincaseofTheinstrumentsshallquicklyrespondtoanychangeofthemeasuredvariables.Measuringerrorsshallbeaslowaspossible.Theoutputofelectronicdevicesshallbeshort-circuitproof.Incaseofshortcircuitthecomponentshallnotbedamagedandnointeractionstotheinputsshalloccur.Themeasurements,wherevernecessary,shallbeprovidedwithautomaticpressureortemperaturecorrection.Incaseofambienttemperatureeffectontheaccuracy,thermalcompensationshallbeprovidedtominimizetheeffectofambienttemperaturevariation.Allmechanismsforadjustmentsshallbeinsensitivetovibrationsandshocks.Electronictransmittersshallbeoftheindicatingtype.Transmitterswhichhavenoindicationshallbesupplementedwithprocessconnecteddirectgaugestofacilitatelocalmeasurementorcontrolintheeventoftransmitterfailure.Non-redundantdevicesusedcommonlyforinterlockingorprotectionandatthesametimeforsupervisionoralarmpurposeswillgenerallynotbeaccepted.Foreachprotectioncriteriaaseparatedeviceshallbeprovidedfollowingtherequiredredundancycriteria.Wheneverredundantmeasuringdevicesarerequired,theredundancyrequirementshallalsoincludethecompleteassociatedprocessconnectionandpi.ForPlantprotectionfunctionslikeboilerprotectionaswellasfortheprotectionimportantassembliesanddrivesaffectingtheavailabilityofthegeneration,thecorrespondingogueandbinaryvariablesshallbemeasuredbythreeindependentdevices.Flowthrottlingelementslikeorifices,however,neednotbedoubled,ortripled.Themeasurementsforclosed-loopcontrolshallbeprovidedwithtwoseparatetransmitters,whosesignalsshallbeprocessedina1-out-of-2module.However,itshallbeallowedtousetripleredundanttransmitterswith2-out-of-3selectionforcombinedclosed-loopcontrol,alarming,protection,andinterlockpurposes.Measurementsservingascorrectionvariablesforothermeasurementsequippedwithredundanttransmittersshallalsobeprovidedwithredundanttransmitters.Thedegreeofredundancyofthecorrectedvariablesdefinesthedegreeofredundancyofthecorrectionvariable.Thesignalscomingfromdoubleortripleredundantmeasuringdevicesshallbeconnectedtodifferentdataacquisitionmodulesindifferentframesoftheprocessstationoroftheplantprotectionsystem,sothatthesensorredundancyistrulyreflectedinthestructureofthesestations.ThedevicesusedshallmeettheSafetyIntegrityLevel(SIL)categoriesaccordingtotheapplicablestandards.Localgauges,instrumentsandtestpointsshallbeprovidedforlocalsupervisionandcalibrationpurposes.Provisionoflocalgaugesmaybeomitted,ifatransmittermeasuringthesamevariableatalocationinitsdirectvicinityisprovidedwithalocalscalewithphysicalreading.Measuringrangesoflocalindicators,transmitters,etc.shallbeselectedinsuchawaythattheratedvalueofthemeasuringvariablesappearsatapprox.75%ofthespan.FortransmissionofmeasuringsignalsotherthanT/CorRTDstothecontrolroom2-wiretransmittersshallbeused.Theoutputsignalsoftransmittersshallbeadirectcurrentof4-20mAandbelinear,andoverawiderange,independentoftheburdenintheoutputcircuit.Thevoltagelevelshallbebetween22and50V.Theoutputofelectronicinstrumentsshallbeshort-circuitproof.Incaseofashortthecomponentshallnotbedamagedandthereshallbenointeractionstotheinputs.Allmeasuringequipmentshallhavehighaccuracyof0.25%orbetterthroughtheentirerangeof0-100%witharepeatabilityof0.1%ofspanandalinearityof0.1%ofspanandshallconformtotheIECpublication688-1.Incaseofambienttemperatureeffectontheaccuracy,thermalcompensationshallbeprovidedtolimitandminimisetheeffectofambienttemperaturevariation.Measuringelementsandchambersoftransmitters,pressureinternalswitches,etc.,shallbeofstainlesssteelorbettermaterial.Alltransmittersandswitchesforliquidservicemusthaveventingplugsonthemeasuringchamber.Allmechanismsofregulationandsettingshallbeinsensitivetovibrationsandshocks.Thecasingofallfieldinstrumentsshallbeweather-proof,andofprotectionclassIP65.TransmittersshallbeprovidedwithHARTcommunicationprotocol.Thetransmittersofmaininstrumentsandactuatorsinthewatercycle,whichareessentialfortheavailabilityandperformanceoftheplant,andwhichcanbeconfiguredviaparametersorprovidefeedbackandadditionalinformatione.g.onthehealthoftheequipmentshallbeprovidedwithsmartcommunicationprotocole.g.HART.Thefollowingaccuracy(equalorlessthan)shallbeconsideredforfieldequipment(full-scaledeviation): Themeasurementsservingforclosedloopcontrolshallbeprovidedwithtwoseparatetransmitters.Additionally,measurementsservingascorrectionvariablesforothermeasurementsequippedwithdoubletransmittersshallalsobeprovidedwithdoubleFordrumlevel,forlifeandotherimportantapplications,asspecifiedlater,atleasttripleredundancyshallbeconsidered.Themeasurementsservingforprotectionsignalsinprotectionsystemsshallbetripleredundantwith2outof3selections(2oo3).Exemptionse.g.incaseofshaftvibrationduetophysicallimitationofproximityofsensorsarepossible,ifcomprehensible.Incaseoftripleredundantmeasurementswithoguetransmitterstheprotectionsignalmayalsobetakenfromtheoguesignalsasaresultof2outof3selectionsofthethreelimit-monitoringfunctions.Themeasurementsservingforimportantinterlockprotectionsignalsofequipmentshallbegenerallydoubleredundantwith1outof2selections.InstallationofFieldAllinstrumentsshallbeinstalledinsuchamannerastoprotectallequipmentfrommoisture,excessivetemperature,andvariation,andtoprovideeasyaccesstotheinstrumentsforre-pair,calibration,removal,andremounting.Mountingofinstrumentsonpumpbases,foundations,whereequipmentisliabletoexperienceshocksandvibrationsisstrictlyforbidden.Fieldinstrumentsshallnotbemountedclosetolocationswherevibrationsorshocksmayoccur.However,vibrationandshockproofequipmentofappropriategradeshallbeapplied,wherenecessary.Indicatinginstrumentsshallbelocatedsothattheirdialsareeasilyreadablefromtheirapplicableoperatinglevels.Wherepossible,instrumentsshallbelocatedinilluminatedSensinginstrumentsandtheirassociatedvalvemanifoldsaretobelocatedrelativetotheprocessconnectionsothatgaspocketsinafluid-sensinglineorliquidpocketsinagasorvapoursensinglinewillbeavoided.Gauges,meters,instruments,etc.shallbeofstandardsize,tobeselectedtoensuregoodreadabilityanduniqueappearanceoflocalpanels.Thefrontglassesshallbeoftheanti-glaretype.ImpulselinesshallbeinstalledaccordingtotherulesandguidelinesinthemechanicalAllinstrumentblow-downlinesshallberoutedtoexhaustatasafeplaceofdisposal.Blow-downexhaustsshallnotexhaustontoequipmentorinareaswhichwillcreateanunsafecondition.Allinstrumentairpishallbeslopedsodrainagetowarddriplegsormoisturetrapswillbefacilitated.Ashutoffvalveshallbeinstalledateachtake-offfromthebranchheaderforairsupplylinestotheequipmentrequiringinstrumentair.InstrumentTheprimaryisolatingvalveshallbelocatedatthetappointandbeoftheparallelslideorglobetypeandcapableofbeingsubjectedtothetemperatureofthemainline.Doubleisolatingvalvesshallbeprovidedforhighpressure,ifnecessary.ThevalvemayformpartofavalvemanifoldormaybeanindividualEqualisingvalvesshallbeprovidedforalldifferentialpressuremeasuringdevices.Withtheexceptionofthoseserviceswhichuselpotswithoutpartitions,theequalisingvalveshallbepositionedasclosetothemeasuringdeviceaspossibleandmayformpartofaninstrumentvalvemanifold.Blow-downpipeworkandvalvesshallbeprovidedintheconnectinglinestoalltransmittersusedonwater, ,andcompressedairservices.Theblow-downpipeworkconnectionshallbemadeatapointasclosetothedeviceaspracticalandpreferablyatthelowestpointinthesystem.ThevalvesshallbecapableofbeingsubjectedtothepressureandtemperatureofmainPressurePressuremeasuringinstrumentsshallhavelinearscales.Allpressureinstrumentsshallhaveasuitableoverrangeprotection.Pressuregaugesshallbeshockandvibration-proof(preferablybyfillingwithglycerine)andshallbeequippedwithtoothedwheelsandtoothedsegmentsofthemachinedtype.Theyshallbemadeofrust-proofmaterial,e.g.stainlesssteel.Pressureinstrumentsforviscousliquidsorwithsuspendedsolidsshallbefilledsystemswithappropriatediaphragmseals.Pressuredevicesonpulsatingservicesshallbeequippedwithpulsationdampers.Eachgauge,pressureswitchandtransmittersforpressureordifferentialpressureshallbeequippedwithamanifoldwhichallowsin-sitetesting/calibrationandremovaloftheinstrumentswithoutanydisturbanceoftheplantoperation.ThetestconnectionsshallbeofthescrewedtypeM20x1,5mm.Pressuregaugesforpressuresover10bar,aswellaspressuretransmittersshallnotbemountedonthepressuretappointbutapartfromthetappointongaugeholdersorgaugeboards.Wheneverpossible,pressuregaugesandtransmittersshallgroup-wisebecombinedonracksorconsole.Pressuregaugesforhighpressuresshallbeequippedwithareliefvalveforsafetyreasonsincaseofleaks(witharubberreverseflowcheck).2-or5-valvemanifoldsshallpreferablybeusedforpressureanddifferentialpressureForremotepressureanddifferentialpressuremeasurementstransmittersshallbePressuretransmittersforoilandnaturalgasshallfollowthedefinitionsoftheHAZOPstudy.Ifnecessarythetransmittersshallbeeitherexplosi
