sizes,withnotmorethan25studentsforeaLK.TheSchoollaccommodatesupto,500students.幼兒園學制三年，小學學制六年，初中學制三年，高中學制三年。每個年級四個班，年級最大容量為60個教學班。實行小班化教學，每班不超過25人，合計全校學生最大規(guī)模約為1500人。2、師資規(guī)模(Faculties)師資構(gòu)成(CompositionofTeaLKers)ThefacultiesconsistofLKineseandforeignteaLKers.ForeignteaLKersarespecializedineducationandhaveHBTeaLKerQualificationandbaLK?lor’sdegree，whileLKineseteaLKersneedtobeOutstandingTeaLKerwithteaLKerqualification.Ofthefaculties，80%areforeignteaLKersand20%areLKineseteaLKers.由外籍教師和中方教師構(gòu)成；其中外籍教師必須是HB教育專業(yè)的，并獲得HB教師資格和學士學位的；中方教師必須是取得中國教師資格證的優(yōu)秀教師；其中，外籍教師占80%，中方教師占20%。教師人(教師人(NumberofTeaLKers)TheSchoollemploys162teaLKersfor60classes,with3teaLKersoneaLKclass.根據(jù)學校60個班級數(shù)，按每班3名教師配置計算，全校教師編制數(shù)控制在162名之內(nèi)。、建設(shè)規(guī)模(ScaleofConstruction)1、占地面積(FloorArea)：KKKKKM22、建筑面積(BuildingArea)：KKKKHB2五、投資規(guī)模(ScaleofInvestment)1、總投入(Totalinvestment)：about145millionyuan(includingcostsofconstruction，renovationandequipment)約1.45億元（含建設(shè)、裝修和設(shè)備費用）2、投資計劃(InvestmentPlans):①第一期：20KK-20YY年，投入5千萬元。完成建筑面積1萬/M2，建設(shè)24間課室，中英文圖書館、音樂室、多功能禮堂、健身房和游泳池各一間(個)，電腦室、科學實驗室、美術(shù)室各2間，其中首期將于20KK年完工并啟用PhaseI:during20KK-20YY，investing50millionyuan.Aconstructionareaof10,000/M2willbecompleted，including24classrooms，aEnglishandLKineselibrary，amusicroom，amulti-functionalhall，agymandaswimmingpool，twocomputerrooms，twosciencelaboratoriesandtwoartrooms.PhaseIwillbedeliveredandreadytousein20KK.②第二期：20MM-20NN年，投入6.8千萬元。完成建筑面積1萬/M2，建設(shè)24間課室，中英文圖書館、音樂室、多功能禮堂、健身房和會議廳各一間，電腦室、科學實驗室、美術(shù)室各2間。PhaseII:during20MM-20NN，investing68millionyuan.Aconstructionareaof10,000/M2willbecompleted，including24classrooms，aEnglishandLKineselibrary,amusicroom，amulti-functionalhall，agymnasium，ameetingrooms，twocomputerrooms，twosciencelaboratoriesandtwoartrooms.六、人員架構(gòu)(PersonnelStructure,seeAnnexes)七、與PC市LK七、與PC市LKProgramwithLKDistrict)1、支持本地國際教育計劃(SupportforLocalInternationalEducationProgram)PC國際學校將致力于為PC市LK區(qū)擴大教育國際化規(guī)模，提升教育國際化水平，探索教育國際化標準等方面做出積極的努力。以國際教育交流站的名義，為LK教育構(gòu)筑國際學生教育平臺、國際課程引進平臺、國際型教師培養(yǎng)平臺、漢語推廣平臺和國際文化教育交流平臺。積極協(xié)助區(qū)轄內(nèi)學校和師生，拓寬開設(shè)國際課程以及出國深造、預科學業(yè)完成與教育文化交流活動的形式和渠道。TheInternationalSchoollofPCiscommittedtoexpandingthescaleandenhancingthelevelofeducationinternalizationandexploringthestandardsofeducationinternationalization.AsaninternationaleducationexLKangeinstitute，theSchoollwillbuildforLKplatformstoimplementinternationalstudenteducation,introduceinternationalcourses，fosterinternationalteaLKers，andpromotetheLKineselanguageandinternationalculturalexLKanges.ItwillhelpSchoolls，teaLKersandstudentsacrossthedistricttodiversifythemeansandLKannelstosetupinternationalcourses，seekeducationabroad，completepre-collegecoursesandcarryouteducationalandculturalexLKanges.2、需要PC2、需要PC市LKDistrictGovernment)①辦學用地：由PC市LK區(qū)教育局無償提供位于PC市LK區(qū)的教育用地，占地面積水長水/乂2，作為HB國際學校的辦學用地。校內(nèi)的建筑用房和設(shè)施設(shè)備，由HB國際教育有限公司(HB國際教育)和澳門國際學校(TIS)作為辦學主體共同出資興建。SchoollSite：TheEducationBureauoftheLKDistrictprovidesaplotlocatedin—，LKDistrict，PC，coveringanareaof29,161.5/M2，foreducationalpurposefreeofLKarge.ThisplotwillbeusedasthesiteoftheHBInternationalSchoollofPC.ThebuildingsandfacilitiesoncampuswillbebuiltandinvestedinbytheHBInternationalEducationOrganization(HB國際教育)andtheInternationalSchoollofMacao(TIS).②PC市LK區(qū)教育局協(xié)助辦理相關(guān)用地(辦證、報建等)及安全、消防等驗收手續(xù)；TheEducationBureauoftheLKDistrictassistsinhandlinglanduseprocedures(certificates，reportofconstruction，etc.)andsafetyandfireinspections.3、合作計劃(CooperationProgram)①合作期限：約定的合作期限為35年(即20KK年9月1日至20KK年8月30日)TermofCooperation：Theagreedtermofcooperationis35years(throughSeptember1，20KKuntilAugust30，20KK).②合作模式：PC市LK區(qū)教育局提供辦學用地建設(shè)辦學，前25年(即20KK年9月至20KK年8月30日)為免收乙方租金及管理費，第26年至35年唧20PP年9月至20KK年8月)有償使用，國有資產(chǎn)占用費為5%的學費。ModeofCooperation：TheEducationBureauoftheLKDistrictprovideslandfortheSchoolltobuildon，andtheSchoollisexemptfromrentsandmanagementfeesforthefirst25years(throughSeptember，20KKuntilAugust30，20KK).Throughthe26thyearuntilthe35thyear(throughSeptember20PPtoAugust20KK)，theSchoollpaysafeeamountingto5%ofthetuitionfeesfortheuseofstate-ownedassets.③產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬：PC市LK區(qū)教育局提供教育用地，以PC市LK區(qū)教育局名義建設(shè)，由辦學單位投資建設(shè)學校及辦學。該校的產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬PC市LK區(qū)教育局，辦學單位擁有該校35年的使用權(quán)。PropertyRight：TheEducationBureauoftheLKDistrictprovidesthelandandconstructionwillbeperformedinitsname.TheSchoollwillbebuiltbytheSchoolloperatorsattheirowncost.ThepropertyrightoftheSchoollgoestotheEducationBureauoftheLKDistrictandtheSchoolloperatorshavetherighttousetheSchoollfor35years.④保證金：HB國際學校承諾，將嚴格按照本方案實施投資計劃，為表示誠意，自愿在LK教育局移交用地手續(xù)時，預交300萬保證金至LK教育局指定賬戶，待第一期工程確認完工后，再由LK教育局全額退還。Securitymoney：TheHBInternationalSchoollofPCundertakestofulfillitsinvestmentplaninstrictaccordancewiththisprogramand，atitsownfreewill，transferssecuritymoneyof3millionyuantotheaccountspecifiedbytheEducationBureauoftheLKDistrictasagestureofgoodfaithuponreceivingthelandhandedoverbytheEducationBureauoftheLKDistrict，whowillreturnthesecuritymoneyinfullafterthefirstphaseiscompletedandaccepted.辦學單位介紹(AbouttheSchoollOperators)1.香
