提高廢棄電子電器產(chǎn)品全部生命周期中所涉及到的所有操作者的環(huán)保執(zhí)行情況Objective目的Objective目的Resource資源Product產(chǎn)品Resource資源Today今天Future將來Product產(chǎn)品Landfill填埋Burning焚燒Throwawayfreely隨意丟棄Dispose,Burning,Landfilldesignedlyandcollectionorganically有計劃地處置/焚燒和填埋,以及有組織地收集Recovery再生Reuse再利用Recycling循環(huán)使用Scope–General范圍-一般CoversdiscardedEEE包括:Designedtooperateatamaximumvoltageof1,000Va.c.or1,500Vd.c;最大工作電壓不超過1000Va.c或1500Vd.c,通過電流、電磁場、發(fā)電機、變壓器工作的設備或測量這種電流的設備;和Fallingwithin10categoriesofWEEE(AnnexesIA&IB);適用于10類產(chǎn)品Includesallcomponents,sub-assembliesandconsumablesformingpartoftheEEEwhendiscarded—94products.包括產(chǎn)品的所有元件、配件及消耗材料—94個產(chǎn)品品目(有豁免類).ExcludesEEEthatis不包括:PartofequipmentnotcoveredbytheWEEEDirective;

生產(chǎn)者設立對最終使用者免費的回收體系-Individualorcollectivepossible

可以是個別的,也可以是集體的-Producerstakeovercostofreuse,recycling,disposal

生產(chǎn)者負責再利用、循環(huán)和處理的費用-Distributorsvoluntarily(butfreeofcost)maytakebackWEEE

生產(chǎn)日期或年份/以編碼或非編碼形式投放市場Marking-AllWEEE1標記-所有WEEE1

-Markingasabovewiththecrossed-outwheeledbinandadditionalbarCrossedwheeliebinsymbol.

上述標識內(nèi)容應該以帶有叉形符號的輪式垃圾箱以及條狀文字符號的形式構(gòu)成
