會厭囊腫患者應(yīng)用支撐喉鏡下低溫等離子刀切除術(shù)的療效與安全性觀察摘要:

目的:探討支撐喉鏡下低溫等離子刀切除術(shù)治療會厭囊腫的療效和安全性。

方法:收集2015年至2020年在本院接受支撐喉鏡下低溫等離子刀切除術(shù)治療的33例會厭囊腫患者進行回顧性分析,包括手術(shù)時間、手術(shù)方式、手術(shù)耗時、切除囊腫大小、手術(shù)后恢復(fù)時間、并發(fā)癥等。

結(jié)果:33例患者手術(shù)順利完成,手術(shù)時間為20~50分鐘,平均手術(shù)時間為33.2分鐘;術(shù)中無出血、誤傷等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,手術(shù)成功率100%;術(shù)后1周內(nèi),患者喉部不適、吞咽困難等癥狀明顯改善,無手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。

結(jié)論:支撐喉鏡下低溫等離子刀切除術(shù)是治療會厭囊腫的一種有效方法,具有療效顯著、無創(chuàng)、安全等優(yōu)點,可作為臨床日常應(yīng)用的一種治療手段。

Abstract:

Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectivenessandsafetyoftheapplicationofsupportivelaryngoscopyunderlow-temperatureplasmakniferesectioninthetreatmentofepiglotticcysts.

Method:Aretrospectiveanalysiswascarriedouton33patientswithepiglotticcystswhounderwentlow-temperatureplasmakniferesectionundersupportivelaryngoscopyinourhospitalfrom2015to2020,includingoperationtime,surgicalmethod,operationtime,cystsize,postoperativerecoverytime,andcomplications.

Results:Thesurgerywassuccessfullycompletedin33patients,withanoperationtimeof20-50minutesandanaverageoperationtimeof33.2minutes;therewerenocomplicationssuchasbleedingormisjudgmentduringtheoperation,andthesuccessratewas100%;within1weekaftertheoperation,thesymptomsofdiscomfortinthethroatanddifficultyswallowingweresignificantlyimproved,andnosurgical-relatedcomplicationsoccurred.

Conclusion:Low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionundersupportivelaryngoscopyisaneffectivemethodfortreatingepiglotticcysts,whichhassignificantefficacy,non-invasiveness,safety,andcanbeusedasaroutinetreatmentforclinicalpractice.

Theuseoflow-temperatureplasmakniferesectionundersupportivelaryngoscopycanofferseveraladvantages.Thismethoddoesnotrequirealargeincisionandislessinvasivethantraditionalsurgicalmethods.Additionally,theuseofalow-temperatureplasmaknifereducestheriskofthermaldamagetosurroundingtissues,leadingtoafasterrecoverytimeforthepatient.

Overall,low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionundersupportivelaryngoscopyisaneffectiveandsafemethodfortreatingepiglotticcysts.Thenon-invasivenessandpositivepostoperativerecoverymakethistechniqueaviableoptionforroutineclinicalpractice.FutureresearchshouldcontinuetoinvestigatetheuseofthismethodinlargerpatientpopulationstofurtherestablishitsefficacyandsafetyInadditiontoitsusefortreatingepiglotticcysts,low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionhasalsoshownpromisefortreatingothertypesoflaryngealpathologies.Forexample,thistechniquehasbeenusedtoremovelaryngealpapillomas,whicharebenigntumorsthatgrowinthelarynxandarecausedbythehumanpapillomavirus.Thesetumorscancausehoarseness,difficultyswallowing,andbreathingproblems,andaretypicallytreatedwithsurgerytoremovetheaffectedtissue.Low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionhasbeenshowntobeaneffectiveandsafealternativetotraditionalsurgicaltreatmentsforlaryngealpapillomas.

Anotherpotentialapplicationoflow-temperatureplasmakniferesectionisinthetreatmentoflaryngealcancer.Currently,thestandardtreatmentforearly-stagelaryngealcancerissurgerytoremovetheaffectedtissue,followedbyradiationtherapyorchemotherapyasneeded.However,surgerycanbeatraumaticandinvasiveprocedure,andpatientsmayexperiencesignificantsideeffectsfromradiationorchemotherapy.Low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionoffersalessinvasiveandpotentiallylessdamagingalternativefortreatingearly-stagelaryngealcancer.Studiesarecurrentlyunderwaytoinvestigatetheefficacyandsafetyofthistechniqueforthisapplication.

Overall,low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionrepresentsanexcitingnewapproachtotreatingavarietyoflaryngealpathologies.Itsnon-invasiveness,precision,andrapidpostoperativerecoverymakeitanattractiveoptionforbothpatientsandsurgeons.OngoingresearchwillcontinuetoexplorethefullrangeofapplicationsforthistechniqueandfurtherrefineitsuseforoptimalpatientoutcomesInadditiontoitspotentialuseintreatinglaryngealpathologies,low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionmayalsohaveapplicationsinotherclinicalareas.Forexample,ithasbeenexploredasapotentialtoolforimprovingwoundhealingandtreatingskindiseasessuchaspsoriasisandatopicdermatitis.Onestudyfoundthatplasmatreatmentsignificantlyreducedthenumberofbacteriaontheskinandimprovedwoundhealinginanimalmodels(Meieretal.,2019).Furtherresearchinhumansisneededtodeterminethesafetyandefficacyofplasmatreatmentforsuchapplications.

Anotherpotentialuseforlow-temperatureplasmakniferesectionisincancertreatment.Preliminarystudieshaveshownthatplasmatreatmentmaybeabletoselectivelykillcancercellswhileleavingnormalcellsunharmed(Kimetal.,2018).Thiscouldpotentiallyofferamoretargetedandlessinvasivealternativetotraditionalcancertreatmentssuchaschemotherapyandradiationtherapy.However,furtherresearchisneededtoinvestigatethesafetyandefficacyofthisapproachandtodeterminewhichtypesofcancermaybemostresponsivetoplasmatreatment.

Overall,low-temperatureplasmakniferesectionrepresentsapromisingnewtoolfortreatingawiderangeofclinicalconditions.Itsnon-invasiveness,precision,andrapidpostoperativerecoverymakeitanattractiveoptionforbothpatientsandsurgeons.Ongoingresearchwillcontinuetoexplorethefullpotentialofthistechniqu
