摘要:

種植即刻修復是一種新興的修復方式,可以在植入種植體后立即安置修復體,從而減少了患者的痛苦和修復時間。然而,種植即刻修復過程中存在許多技術難點,如如何使修復體與種植體穩(wěn)定連接、如何避免修復體下沉和嵌入骨組織等問題。分段電阻焊接技術在此過程中具有很大的作用。本文介紹了分段電阻焊接技術在種植即刻修復中的應用,并報告了兩個病例。結果表明,采用分段電阻焊接技術修復后的種植即刻修復體穩(wěn)定性強、咀嚼功能正常、外觀美觀。

Introduction

Implantrestorationisapopularmethodofrestoringtoothfunctionandaesthetics.Withthedevelopmentofimplanttechnology,implantrestorationhasbeenwidelyusedbyclinicians.Immediateimplantrestorationisanewtypeofimplantrestorationthatcanbeperformedimmediatelyafterimplantplacement,reducingpatientpainandrestorationtime.However,therearemanytechnicaldifficultiesintheprocessofimmediateimplantrestoration,suchashowtomaketherestorationstableandavoidsinkingandembedding,etc.Segmentalresistanceweldingtechnologyhasagreatroleinthisprocess.

Objective

Thisarticleaimstointroducetheapplicationofsegmentalresistanceweldingtechnologyinimmediateimplantrestorationandtoreportontwocases.Wewillfocusontheuseofsegmentalresistanceweldingtechnologyinvarioustypesofimmediateimplantrestorations.

MaterialsandMethods

Twopatientswereselectedinourhospital.Patients1hadasinglechinincisordefect,andpatient2hadasinglejawmolardefect.Adentalimplantwaschosentoreplacethemissingteeth,andtheimplant-generatedabutmentswereusedtoconnecttheabutmentsandtheporcelaincrown.Theabutmentandporcelaincrownwereconnectedusingsegmentalresistanceweldingtechnology.

Results

Inpostoperativefollow-up,wefoundthattheimmediateimplantrestorationaftersegmentalresistanceweldingrepairwasstable,andtheimplantsandtheabutmentswerewellintegratedwithoutanymovement.Thebitingforceofthepatientswasnormal,andtheappearancewasnaturalandbeautiful.Duringthefollow-upperiod,therewerenocomplicationssuchasporosity,cracks,orfractures.

Conclusion

Theapplicationofsegmentalresistanceweldingtechnologyinimmediateimplantrestorationcaneffectivelyimprovethestabilityoftherestoration,preventsinkingandembedding,andcanachievegoodrestorationeffect.Itisworthyoffurtherpromotionandresearch.
