TheADS1118isaprecision og-to-digitalconverter(ADC).Thisdevicefeaturesanonboardreferenceandoscillator,aswellas16bitsofresolution.TheADS1118canperformupto860samplespersecond(SPS)andhasanonboardprogr blegainamplifier(PGA)thatallowsinputrangesfrom±256mVto±6.144V.Thisdevicealsocontainsaninputmultiplexerthatallowseachinputtobeusedwithreferencetoground,orastwodifferentialinputs.TheADS1118datasheet(SBAS457)containsallrelevantoganddigitalelectricalinformationpertainingtothedevice.ThisboosterpackdemonstrateshowanMSP430andADS1118canbeintegratedintoonesystem.TypeKAthermocoupleconsistsoftwoconductorsofdifferentmaterialsthatproduceavoltageinthevicinityofthepointwherethetwoconductorsareincontact.Thevoltageproduceddependson,butisnotnecessarilyproportionalto,thedifferenceoftemperatureofthejunctiontootherpartsofthoseconductors.Thermocouplesrequireastablevoltagereferenceandsomeformoficepointorcoldjunctioncompensation.Theintegrationofaninternalvoltagereference,multiplexer,andtemperaturesensormaketheADS1118anidealoptionforthermocouplemeasurements.TypeKisthemostcommongeneral-purposethermocouplewithasensitivityofapproxima y41μV/°C.AtypeKthermocoupleisinexpensive,andawidevarietyofprobesareavailableinthe?200°Cto °C(–330°Fto °F)range.FormoreinformationaboutthermocouplemeasurementwiththeADS1118,seeApplicationReportSBAA189,PrecisionThermocoupleMeasurementwiththeADS1118.SBAU207A–September2013–RevisedJulySubmitation

uillageradioélectriquesubi,mêmesilebrouillageestsusceptibled'encompromettrelefonctionnement.ConcerningEVMsIncludingDetachableUnderIndustryCanadaregulations,thisradiotransmittermayonlyoperateusinganantennaofatypeandum(orlesser)gainapprovedforthetransmitterbyIndustryCanada.Toreducepotentialradiointerferencetootherusers,theantennatypeanditsgainshouldbesochosenthattheequivalentisotropicallyradiatedpower(e.i.r.p.)isnotmorethanthatnecessaryforsuccessfulcommunication.ThisradiotransmitterhasbeenapprovedbyIndustryCanadatooperatewiththeantennatypeslistedintheuserguidewiththeumpermissiblegainandrequiredantennaimpedanceforeachantennatypeindicated.Antennatypesnotincludedinthislist,havingagaingreaterthanthe umgainindicatedforthattype,arestrictlyprohibitedforusewiththisdevice.ConcernantlesEVMsavecantennesConformémentàlaréglementationd'IndustrieCanada,leprésentémetteurradiopeutfonctionneravecuneantenned'untypeetd'ungain
