緩釋劑：0.3?0.4% 還原劑：1500—2000mg/L消泡劑：適量溫度：±85℃ 時(shí)間：W24小時(shí)加藥流程：通過加藥泵將藥品從藥桶內(nèi)抽入自制的加藥裝置內(nèi)，通過酸洗泵運(yùn)行時(shí)回路管內(nèi)負(fù)壓注入管道通入清洗水箱進(jìn)行加藥。建立爐本體系統(tǒng)循環(huán)回路，繼續(xù)升溫，當(dāng)溫度升至±75℃左右時(shí)，調(diào)節(jié)蒸汽加熱閥門維持水溫士75℃左右，先加緩蝕劑，控制濃度在0.3?0.4%,循環(huán)60分鐘后再添加EDTA,控制濃度在3?6%,并添加氨水調(diào)整pH值在4.5?5.5之間，同時(shí)加入適量還原劑，根據(jù)泡沫大小加入適量消泡劑。加藥完畢后，持續(xù)升溫，控制貯水箱正常水位，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到±85℃時(shí)，維持溫度即可。清洗過程中啟動分離器頂上排氣管處于開啟狀態(tài)，清洗開始每小時(shí)化驗(yàn)一次，待出口全鐵離子總量2?3次取樣化驗(yàn)基本不變，殘余EDTA濃度維持在0.5%以上，參考監(jiān)視管清洗效果（取樣合格后則進(jìn)行拆開檢查），可以考慮結(jié)束清洗。EDTAammoniumsalt:3?6%slowreleaseagent:0.3~0.4%reducingagent:1500?2000mg/La)Defoamer:appropriateamountTemperature:±85℃Time:W24hoursDosingprocess:thedrugispumpedfromthedrugbarrelintotheself-madeclosingdevicethroughthedosingpump,andthenegativepressureinthelooppipeisinjectedintothecleaningwatertankthroughthenegativepressureinthelooppipewhenthepicklingpumpisrunningfordosing.Establishacirculationloopofthefurnacebodysystemandcontinuetoheatup.Whenthetemperaturerisestoabout±75°C,adjustthesteamheatingvalvetomaintainthewatertemperatureatabout±75°C,addcorrosioninhibitorfirst,controltheconcentrationat0.3-0.4%,andaddEDTAafter60minutesofcirculation,Controltheconcentrationat3to6%,andaddammoniawatertoadjustthepHvaluebetween4.5and5.5.Atthesametime,addanappropriateamountofreducingagent,andaddanappropriateamountofdefoameraccordingtothesizeofthefoam.Afterthedosingiscompleted,continuetoincreasethetemperaturetocontrolthenormalwaterlevelofthewaterstoragetank,andmaintainthetemperaturewhenthetemperaturereaches±850C.Duringthecleaningprocess,theexhaustpipeonthetopofthestarterseparatorisintheopenstate,andthecleaningstartstobetestedonceanhour.Thetotalamountofironionsattheoutletisbasicallyunchangedfor2to3times,andtheresidualEDTAconcentrationismaintainedabove0.5%.RefertomonitoringThetubecleaningeffect(disassembleandinspectafterthesamplingisqualified),youcanconsiderendingthecleaning.b)專屯化Passivation清洗完成后，仍按清洗階段的循環(huán)方式運(yùn)行，通過加藥裝置加入氨水快速調(diào)整PH至8.5?9.5,維持溫度±85℃,開始計(jì)時(shí)，鈍化4~6小時(shí)。鈍化結(jié)束后，停清洗泵。然后通過省煤器、蒸發(fā)器下集箱排酸管道進(jìn)行熱爐快速放水。同時(shí)打開各路疏水排放。減少死區(qū)、盲區(qū)的沉積物。至此，整個(gè)清洗過程結(jié)束。b)Afterthecleaningiscompleted,itstillrunsinthecycleofthecleaningstage.AddammoniawaterthroughthedosingdevicetoquicklyadjustthePHto8.5?9.5,maintainthetemperature±85℃,starttiming,andpassivationfor4?6hours.Afterthepassivationisover,stopthecleaningpump.Thenthroughtheeconomizerandtheevaporatorlowerheaderaciddischargepipelineforrapidwaterdischargefromthehotfurnace.Atthesametime,openalldrainagechannels.Reducethedeadzoneandthesedimentintheblindzone.Atthispoint,theentirecleaningprocessisover.423.5化學(xué)清洗結(jié)束后的工作：迅速打開汽包兩邊人孔，掛軸流風(fēng)機(jī)通風(fēng)，同時(shí)也應(yīng)盡快打開與下聯(lián)箱及省煤器相連的閥門或接口，使鍋爐處于自然通風(fēng)狀態(tài)。Openthemanholeonbothsideofdrum,putaxialfanforventilation.Andopenthevalveorconnectorwhichconnectstolowheaderandeconomizerasearlyaspossible.Maketheboileratconditionofnaturalventilation.最終檢查finalinspection打開汽包人孔，取出試片，進(jìn)行稱重測量，計(jì)算腐蝕量和腐蝕速率。在汽包人孔兩端懸掛軸流風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行通風(fēng)，待冷卻后進(jìn)行汽包內(nèi)表面的檢查，鈍化膜良好。切割臨時(shí)管道，檢查下部管道內(nèi)表面，鈍化膜形成良好。Openthemanholeofthedrum,takeoutthetestpiece,carryoutweighingmeasurement,andcalculatethecorrosionamountandcorrosionrate.Axialfansarehungatbothendsofthemanholeofthesteamdrumforventilation.Aftercooling,theinnersurfaceofthesteamdrumisinspected,andthepassivationfilmisgood.Cutthetemporarypipeline,checktheinnersurfaceofthelowerpipeline,andthepassivationfilmhasformedwell.在汽包內(nèi)表面檢查完成后，根據(jù)圖紙安裝汽包內(nèi)部裝置。封閉汽包人孔前進(jìn)行內(nèi)部檢查，確保內(nèi)部無異物。Aftertheinspectionoftheinnersurfaceofthedrumiscompleted,installtheinternalsofthedrumaccordingtothedrawings.Beforeclosingthemanholeofthedrum,performaninternalinspectiontoensurethatthereisnoforeignmatterinside.廢液的處理排放：Disposalofwasteliquid酸洗結(jié)束后，直接將化學(xué)清洗廢液排入廢水池，排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合《孟加拉國家水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《孟加拉項(xiàng)目燃?xì)鉄犭姽こ汰h(huán)境影響報(bào)告書》及《補(bǔ)充報(bào)告書》的有關(guān)規(guī)定。Afterthepicklingiscompleted,thechemicalcleaningwasteliquidisdirectlydischargedintothewastewatertank,andthedischargestandardcomplieswiththerelevantregulationsofthe"BangladeshNationalWaterPollutantDischargeStandard'1,the"EnvironmentalImpactReportoftheGas-firedThermalPowerProjectinBangladesh"andthenSupplementaryReport".5.質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求Qualitystandardsandrequirements5.1質(zhì)量目標(biāo)Qualityobjectives清洗后的金屬表面應(yīng)清潔，基本上無殘留氧化物和焊渣，無明顯金屬粗晶析出的過洗現(xiàn)象，不應(yīng)有鍍銅現(xiàn)象。Aftercleaningthemetalsurfaceshouldbeclean,ingeneral,thereshouldbenooxideresidualsandweldingslag,novisiblesignsofexcessivecleaningandcoarsemetalprecipitation,andnocopperplatingpHenomenon.5.1.2腐蝕指示片安裝在汽包內(nèi)部兩端，數(shù)量2片，在進(jìn)酸管和回酸管監(jiān)視管內(nèi)各加2片指示片，腐蝕總量要小于80g/m2。Thecorrosionindicatorplatesareinstalledatbothendsinsidethesteamdrum,quantityis2,addingtwopiecesofcorrosionindicatorplatesatbothacidinlet&acidreturnpipe,thetotalcorrosionamountislessthan80g/m2.清洗后的表面應(yīng)形成良好的鈍化保護(hù)膜，不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)二次銹和點(diǎn)蝕。Aftercleaning,agoodpassivationprotectivefilmshouldbeformedonthesurface,andsecondaryrustandpittingcorrosi
