2014青島世界園藝博覽會(huì)天水綜合服務(wù)中心，地池綜合服務(wù)中心華匯設(shè)計(jì)（北京）<div>Tianshui&DichiServiceCenter,2014QingdaoWorl來自華匯設(shè)計(jì)（北京）HHD_FUN對(duì)gooood的分享。2014世界園藝博覽會(huì)于4月25日在青島開幕，“天水”和“地池”是百果山上的兩個(gè)原有湖泊，兩個(gè)服務(wù)中心也因?yàn)榉謩e坐落在兩個(gè)湖邊而得名。作為園博會(huì)園區(qū)內(nèi)的主要建筑，承擔(dān)著人流集散、活動(dòng)集聚、餐飲、休閑景觀、文化傳播、展示等多項(xiàng)功能。由于建筑性質(zhì)及地理位置等的特殊性，在設(shè)計(jì)中需要處理好幾個(gè)特殊關(guān)系：一、建筑與建筑由于與園博會(huì)主題館同處于園區(qū)中軸線上的重要位置，設(shè)計(jì)既需要考慮在遠(yuǎn)觀時(shí)突出主題館建筑，同時(shí)又希望人們走到臨近區(qū)域時(shí)又能被建筑所吸引，也就是如何處理好“隱”和“現(xiàn)”的關(guān)系。二、建筑與環(huán)境百果山以及項(xiàng)目具體所在地天水、地池都擁有很好的自然景觀，建筑又處在湖邊的顯著位置，如何處理好建筑和自然的關(guān)系，使得建筑與自然相融。三、建筑與人，由于服務(wù)中心的特殊性質(zhì)，人流量很大，如何讓四面八方的游客很快捷地到達(dá)服務(wù)中心區(qū)域，同時(shí)為暫時(shí)不能進(jìn)入服務(wù)中心的游客提供觀景、休息類的其他功能場(chǎng)所。TheInternationalHorticulturalExposition2014openedinQingdaoonApril25th;thetwoservicecenters,“HeavenlyWater(Tianshui)”and“EarthyPond(Dichi)”,arenamedafterthetwoextantlakesonBaiguoMountainwherethebuildingsarerespectivelylocated.AstheprimaryarchitectureoftheExpoarea,thebuildingsundertookmultiplefunctionsincludingcirculationhub,activitycenter,restaurant,recreationallandscape,culturalcommunication,exhibition,etc.Consideringthedistinctivenatureofthearchitectureanditsgeographicallocation,thefollowinguniquerelationshipsrequireparticulardesigntreatments:1.Architecturevs.Architecture-TheservicecenterssitonthesamecentralaxialastheExpoThemePavilion,thebuildingplacementatsuchasignificantlocationwillrequiredesigntreatmentoftherelationshipbetweenthe“invisible”andthe“visible”;i.e.theaccentuationoftheThemePavilionfromafar,andyethaveitsowndrawinproximity.2.Architecturevs.Environment–TheBaiguoMountainandtheHeavenlyWaterandEarthyPondlakeswherethenamedprojectislocatedhaveoutstandingnaturallandscape.Giventheprominentlocationofthebuildingsbythelakes,thedesigntreatmentoftherelationshipbetweenarchitectureandnatureisrestaurantsofthefirstandsecondfloorsarefacingthelakes,suchthatthevisitorscanhavethebestpossibleviewingexperience;auxiliaryfunctionssuchassupermarketandservicestationsarelocatedundertherooftopplatformforeaseofaccess.2.Preservationoftheextantlandform,landscapeandvegetationtothegreatestextent.Forinstance,thesmallislandeastoftheHeavenlyWaterServiceCenterhaspreserveditsoriginallandscapewithadditionofnewelementssuchasthepoplartreeforest.3.Amulti-trailsystemhasbeingemployedinordertoprovidemaximumvisitorexperienceandaccessibility.Themulti-trailsystemistheprovisionofmorethanonevisitingrouteswhileensuringmaximumaccessibilityandconveniences,suchthatthevisitorscantakedifferentroutesbackandforth,enjoyingthevariousfunctionandlandscapesalongtheway.地池綜合服務(wù)中心由于同天水服務(wù)中心所提到的地景式建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方式異曲同工，地池服務(wù)中心對(duì)建筑、環(huán)境與人三個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)要素做出的回應(yīng)如下：一、合理利用場(chǎng)地高差地池服務(wù)中心以中間下沉廣場(chǎng)與地池濕地連接，建筑及景觀順應(yīng)地形設(shè)置不同標(biāo)高，提供多方可達(dá)性的同時(shí)提供不同高度的觀景體驗(yàn)，主要建筑空間低于周邊路面標(biāo)高，面向中央下沉廣場(chǎng)，方便游客使用的同時(shí)可以獲得最佳的親水景觀。二、最大限度地保留原有地形地貌，原有植被地池服務(wù)中心區(qū)域百余棵原有樹木則完全保留，同時(shí)創(chuàng)造屋頂平臺(tái)及綠化空間，既能節(jié)約能源，又使得建筑融于景觀之中。三、多路徑游覽系統(tǒng)地池服務(wù)中心將一個(gè)三維菱形網(wǎng)格系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于設(shè)計(jì)中，網(wǎng)格根據(jù)地形的起伏以及功能的需要進(jìn)行自適應(yīng)性調(diào)整，在保證調(diào)整規(guī)則不變的前提下最終得到整體建筑及景觀的設(shè)計(jì)，在這個(gè)調(diào)整過程中，適應(yīng)地形及高度的縱向調(diào)整非常重要，形成了順地形趨勢(shì)的不同高度上的屋頂平臺(tái)、觀景臺(tái)、廣場(chǎng)空間等一系列連續(xù)的空間體系，而順應(yīng)菱形網(wǎng)格形成的階梯系統(tǒng)就成為這一系列空間之間的轉(zhuǎn)換元素。此時(shí)建筑被看作是一定高度參數(shù)控制下的變體，融入整個(gè)幾何系統(tǒng)之中，最終得到了一個(gè)建筑與環(huán)境一氣呵成的空間體系。DichiServiceCenterWorkingonsimilardesignprinciplesastheHeavenlyWaterServiceCenter,theEarthlyPondServiceCentermadeaccordingdesignresponsestotheaforementionedthreeelementsofarchitecture,environmentandhuman:1.Reasonableuseofdifferencesinnaturalgradient–ThesunkencourtyardoftheEarthlyPondServiceCenterisadjoinedtothelakewetland.Thearchitectureandlandscapeheightsaresetfollowingthenaturalgradelevels,providingmultipleaccessibilitiesandviewingexperiencesatdifferentelevations.Themainarchitecturespacesarelowerthanthesurroundingstreetlevels,facingthecentralsunkencourtyard,therebyaccommodatingthevisitorswhileaffordingviewofpreeminentwaterlandscape.2.Preservationoftheextantlandform,landscapeandvegetationtothegreatestextent-AllofthehundredsoftreesintheEarthlyPondServiceCenterareawerepreservedintheirentirety;arooftopplatformandgreenspacewerealsocreated,whichpromotedbuildingefficiencyandhelpedintegratedthearchitectureintothelandscape.3.Multi-trailsystem–TheEarthlyPondServiceCenterapplieda3-dimensionaldiamondshapedgridsysteminthedesign.Thegridcarriedoutself-adaptiveadjustmentaccordingtothevariationsinlandformandfunctionalneeds,andachievedtheeventualdesignoftheoverallarchitectureandlandscapeunderthepretextofconstantadjustmentparameters.Duringtheadjustmentprocess,theadaptationofthelandformandlongitudinaladjustmentofelevationsareveryimportant,suchthatcreatedaseriesofsequentialspatialsystemsatvariousheightsconsistingoftherooftopplatform,observatorydeck,plazaspaces,etc.,whichareformedfollowingtheextantlandformmorphology;thestepsystemformedfollowingthediamondshapedgridsystem
