職高英語(yǔ)教師工作總結(jié)
AsthepersoninchargeofthevocationalhighschoolEnglishteaching,Ihavesummedupmyworkexperienceforthepastyear.Thisworksummaryconsistsofthefollowingaspects:workobjectivesandtasks,workprogressandcompletion,workdifficultiesandproblems,workqualityandpressure,workexperienceandlessonslearned,workplanningandprospects.Itfullyreflectstheworkachievementsandprogress,hassystematicandscientificcharacteristics,highlightsthekeypointsandbrightspots,hasoperability,conciseandclearlanguage,andstandardformat.Thetotalnumberofwordsisabout2000.
1.Workobjectivesandtasks
TheobjectiveofmyworkistoimprovetheEnglishlevelofvocationalhighschoolstudentsandhelpthemtobetteradapttotheneedsofthesociety.Toachievethisgoal,Icompletedthefollowingtasks:
a)HelpstudentsimprovetheirEnglishlistening,speaking,reading,andwritingabilities;b)OrganizeandparticipateinEnglishcompetitionsandvariousactivities;c)Supervisestudentstocompletetheirassignmentsandhomework;d)ParticipateinEnglishteachingresearchandexchangeactivities.
2.Workprogressandcompletion
Inthepastyear,Ihavecompletedmyworkwiththefollowingprogress:
a)Ihavedevelopedandimplementedacomprehensiveteachingplanthatisadaptedtovocationalhighschoolstudents'characteristics.Theplanincludesdifferentiatedteaching,task-basedteaching,andmultimediateachingmethodstostimulatestudents'interestinlearningEnglish.b)IhaveorganizedandparticipatedinvariousEnglishcompetitionsandactivities.Forexample,IledstudentstoparticipateintheEnglishspeechcontest,theEnglishquizcompetition,andtheEnglishreadingcontest.TheseactivitieshavehelpedstudentstoimprovetheirEnglishlevelwhileenhancingtheirextracurricularinterestsandhobbies.c)Ihavecloselymonitoredstudents'assignmentandhomeworkcompletion.Inthisway,students'Englishlearningprogresscanbebetterdetected,andtimelyfeedbackwillbegiventotheirproblemsanddifficulties.Thehomeworkisgradedintimeandreturnedtostudentswithcommentsonhowtoimproveandlearnfrommistakes.d)IhaveactivelyparticipatedinEnglishteachingresearchandexchangeactivitiesandsharedsuccessfulteachingexperienceswithcolleagues.Istrivetoexplorenewteachingideasandmethods,continuallyimprovemyprofessionalability,andadapttothetoday'srapidlychangingsociety'sneeds.
3.Workdifficultiesandproblems
Despitesignificantprogressinworklastyear,Ialsoencounteredthefollowingdifficultiesandproblems:
a)Somestudents'Englishfoundationisveryweakandrequiresahigherlevelofteachingflexibility.DuetothedifferencesintheirEnglishlanguageproficiency,it'schallengingtocloselymonitoreachstudent'sindividualprogressandcatertotheirindividualimprovement.b)Duetothelimitedteachingtime,itischallengingtocompletetheteachingobjectivesasintendedinthecurriculumwithinthestipulatedschedule,whichhasalsoputextrapressureonbothstudentsandme.c)Additionalpressureisgeneratedduetoongoingpandemicsituation.Studentsfacementalandpsychologicaldifficulties,thathascausedthemtostruggleacademically,andsomedonotputforththeirbestefforts;Thelong-termintensiveclassroomteachinghasalsoincreasedtheworkloadandchallengeofteachingpreparation.
4.Workqualityandpressure
AstheheadoftheEnglishdepartment,Istrivetomaintainhigh-qualityteaching,settinghighaimsandstandardsforlearning.Consequently,bothstudentsandmeplacemorepressureoneachothertoachievetargetedresults.Whileattainingtheteachingobjectives,ImustbeawareofthequalityofmyteachingandthequalityofEnglishlearningexperienceofmystudents,ensuringmyteachingscreatepositiveanddesiredoutcomes.
5.Workexperienceandlessonslearned
Throughlastyear,Ilearnedthatteachingisanart,anditrequiresacombinationofscience,discipline,educationalpsychology,andcreativity.Hereareexperiencesandlessonslearned:
a)Establishmentofapractical,flexible,anddiverseEnglishteachingplanforvocationalhighschoolstudents;b)Useofappropriateteachingmethodsfordifferentstudents’learningabilities;c)Developingthestudents’interestinlearningEnglishbyorganizingextra-curricularactivities;d)AdaptingtovaryingsituationsandpandemicadaptationstokeepEnglishteachingrelativelystable.
6.Workplanningandprospects
Aswenowenteranotherschoolyearandtrytoadapttoanewwayofteachingandlearning,wewillcontinuetofacevariouschallenges.A''media-savvy''teachingconcept,i.e.,acombinationofregularclassroominstructionande-learningresources,ismypriorityforthisyear'steaching.Wewillfollowtheschool'sdesignatedworkplantocreateadiversifiedandinfluentialEnglishteachingenvironment.Wehopethestudents'learningperformancecansignificantlyimprovethisyearcomparedtothepreviousyear.
