辦公室室內(nèi)精裝修與機(jī)電空調(diào)施工總承包項目技術(shù)標(biāo)TECHNICALFORINGERSOLLRANDFACTORYOFFICE&CANTEENWUJIANGPROJECTPAGE0FitoutWorkConstructionCode裝飾工程施工技術(shù)方案1.MasonryStructure砌體工程1.1WallMasonryTechniques墻體砌筑施工方法a)Levelingandpayingoff抄平放線Beforewallmasonry,levelthefoundationconcretesurfacewithMIOcementmortar,andmarkthewallaxesandopeningpositionsofwindowsanddoorsaccordingtothesignboard(batterboard)砌墻之前用MIO的水泥砂漿將基礎(chǔ)砼項面找平，根據(jù)已立的標(biāo)志板(龍門板)上的軸線標(biāo)志，彈出墻身的軸線及門窗洞口的位置。b)Settingbricksample擺磚樣Trytosetoutbricksonthefoundationaccordingtosetmasonrymethodtoensurethebrickmoduluscanbemetwithatthepositionsofopeningforwindowsanddoorsbeforeactualmasonryworkstarts.Incaseofminordeviation,adequatelyadjusttheaperturebetweenbricks(thicknessofmortarseams)按先定的磚組砌方式在墻基項上試擺，盡量使在門窗洞口處能符合磚的模數(shù)后再實(shí)砌，當(dāng)有小偏差時，可以適當(dāng)調(diào)整磚與磚之間孔隙(砂漿縫厚)用來調(diào)整。c)Erectingheightpole立皮數(shù)桿Setupheightpolesatwallcornersandintersectionsoflongitudinalandlateralwallstocontroltheverticaldimensionsofthewall,includingtheelevationofwindowanddooropeningandlintels.在墻體的轉(zhuǎn)角處及縱橫墻的交接處，設(shè)立皮樓桿，用來控制墻體的豎習(xí)尺寸，包括門窗洞口、過梁等標(biāo)高。d)Wallmasonry墻體砌筑Toensureeachbrickandmortarjointsarestraightinlayingthebricks,drawlinesbetweenheightpolesundertraditional“three-one”method(tokneadthebrickswithoneshovelofmortarovereachbrick)andmortar-pavingmethod.為保證墻體的砌筑時的每皮磚及水平灰縫的平直，須在皮數(shù)桿之間拉線砌筑，砌筑方法采用傳統(tǒng)的“三一”法：與“鋪漿"法。e)Thejointsofwallwithframeworkshallbeconnectedbywallbindingrebars(GradeIrebar),withupperandlowerspacelimitedbelow500mmandlengthofabout1000mm,withbenthooksatend.Themasonryblocksshallhavesteelmesh.墻體與框架柱相接處，須有拉結(jié)筋(I級筋)連接，拉結(jié)筋上下間距控制在500mm以內(nèi)，長度1000mm左右，未端設(shè)有彎鉤。砌塊設(shè)鋼筋網(wǎng)片。1.2Qualityassuranceforwallmasonry墻體砌筑的質(zhì)量保證措施a)Themortarjointsshallbelaterallylevelandverticallystraightwithsufficientmortar,useraisedandsunksystemandthebricksshallbelaidwithstaggerjoints.磚砌體灰縫做到橫平豎直，灰漿飽滿，內(nèi)外搭接，上下錯縫。b)Brickmasonryblockis8-12mmthick,setupheightpolesandhanglinesinlaying.磚砌體灰縫厚度在8-12mm，砌筑時立設(shè)支樓桿，掛線砌筑，做到橫平豎直。c)Controlmortarmoistureretentioncapacityandworkability(especiallyforcementmortar)toensurethatthemortarsaturationreachesover80%ofthespecifiedrequirements.控制砂漿的保水性及和易性(特別是水泥砂漿，因?yàn)樗谋Ｋ约昂鸵仔暂^混合砂漿差，砌筑時，不易鋪開、鋪平)，以確?；覞{飽滿度達(dá)到規(guī)范要求的80％以上(用百格網(wǎng)檢測)。d)Thewettingofbrickshasgreatinfluencetothebindingeffectofthebrickswithmortar.Reasonablycontrollingbrickmoisturecanenhancewallfirmness.Therefore,bricksshallbewettedbeforelayingwithmoistureatabout10-15%.磚與磚塊的濕潤程度對砌體的質(zhì)量——磚與砂漿的粘結(jié)程度，影響很大，合理控制磚的濕度是有利于墻體的牢靠度，因此，磚或磚塊在砌筑前先澆水濕潤，控制其溫度(含水量)在10-15％左右。e)Masonrymethodhascertaininfluencetomortarsaturationandmasonryquality.Tousethree-onemethodandmortar-pavingmethodarebeneficialtoenhancethemortarsaturation.砌體的操作方法，對砂漿的飽滿度，砌體的質(zhì)量也有一定影響，“三一”法和“鋪漿”法，對保證砂漿的飽滿度極有利。f)Use2mlinetocheckthewallandsurfaceverticalityandcorrectanyerrors,ifany,withallowabledeviation:5mm/layerand20mm/blockforwallverticalityand8mmforwallflatness墻體垂直、墻面平整在施工過程中，采用2米托線檢查墻體垂直度，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正，允許偏差：墻體垂直度5mm／層，20mm／幢，墻面平整度：8mm。g)staggerjoints錯縫搭接Inconstruction,usestaggerjointstolaythebrickstopreventpenetratingjointsfrominfluencingthewallstability.施工時，按即定的砌筑方式錯縫搭接，防上出現(xiàn)通縫而影響墻體的穩(wěn)定性。h)Reliablekneadingofjoints接搓可靠Kneadingjointshallbeensuredforwallintersectiondifficulttobelaid.Diagonalkneadingshallbepreferred,ratherthanstraightkneading.兩墻體相交，但同時砌筑時有困難時須留置接搓。接搓盡量避免設(shè)直搓，而應(yīng)采用斜搓。i)Openkneadingshallbeensuredforstraightkneadingwith16bindingrebaratspace≤500mandburiedlength≥1000mandwith900benthooksatend.Straightkneadingisforbiddenatwallcorners,exceptfordiagonalkneading,thelengthofwhichshallnotbe2/3lowerthanitsheight.留置直搓時，須做成陽搓，并設(shè)置①6的拉結(jié)筋，間筑≤500m，埋長≥1000mm，末端留有90。的彎鉤，墻體轉(zhuǎn)角處禁用直搓。留置斜搓，斜搓的長度不小于其高度的2／3。2.Cementmortarground水泥砂漿地面2.1Constructionsequence施工順序Foundationpreparation–wettingmarlbiscuitandscreed—mixmortar—applycementmortarbindinglayer—pavecementmortarsurface—floatingbywoodfloatpressinitiallybyironfloat—secondpressfinish—thirdpressfinish-curing基層處理——灑水潤濕——抹灰餅、沖筋——攪拌砂漿——刷水泥漿結(jié)合層——鋪水泥砂漿面層——木抹子抹平——鐵抹子壓第一遍——第二遍壓光——第三遍壓光——養(yǎng)護(hù)2.2Constructionelements施工要點(diǎn)a)Infloatingbywoodfloat,scrapelevelbywoodlevelfrominsidetooutside,andcheckflatnessby2mguidingrule.用木抹子抹平時，先用木杠桿刮平，并且由內(nèi)向外退著操作，并隨時用2m靠尺檢查其平整度。b)beforeconcretingofcementmortar,applythethirdpressfinishing.在水泥砂漿終凝前，進(jìn)行第三遍壓光，要把面上的抹紋壓平、壓實(shí)、壓光。c)Within24hafterpressfinishing,keepwetandcureforatleast7days.地面壓光后24m內(nèi)，灑水養(yǎng)護(hù)，保持濕潤，養(yǎng)護(hù)時間不少于7天。3.Lightsteelkeelplasterboardpartitions輕鋼龍骨石膏板隔斷施工3.1Constructionprocess施工工序Payingofffoundationinstallalongwall,groundandtopinstalllateralandverticalkeelsinstalldoorframeaccepthiddenworkmineralwoolboardsurfacejointtreatmentfacing放線→墻基施工→安裝沿墻、地、頂→安裝豎、橫向龍骨→門樘安裝→隱蔽驗(yàn)收→附礦棉板面層→板縫處理→飾面施工3.2Materialpreparation材料準(zhǔn)備a)Mainparts:topkeel,groundkeel,reinforcedkeel,verticalkeel,lateralkeel輕鋼龍骨主件：沿頂龍骨、沿地龍骨、加強(qiáng)龍骨、豎向龍骨、橫向龍骨。b)Accessories:support,bracket,anglebrace,connector,fasteningpieces,wall-protectingkeel,pressingbar輕鋼骨架配件：支撐卡、卡托、角托、連接件、固定件、護(hù)墻龍骨和壓條等附件。c)Fasteningmaterials:drivepins,expansionbolts,galvanizedself-tapscrew,woodscrewsandcalking緊固材料：射釘，膨脹螺栓，鍍鋅自攻螺絲，木螺絲和粘貼嵌縫料。d)sound-insulationmaterials:glasswool(50mm,32k)填充隔聲材料：離心玻璃棉（50mm，32k）。e)Coatingmaterials:plasterboard,accordingtoproject-specificrequirementsatsuchspecificationasforlengthdecidedbyactualsituations,thicknessof12mmandwidthof1200mmand900mm罩面板材：石膏板，規(guī)格根據(jù)工程有關(guān)要求由設(shè)計選定，規(guī)格如下：長度：根據(jù)工程需要確定。厚度：12mm。寬度：1200mm、900mm。3.3Workingconditions作業(yè)條件a)Lay3mm-thickrubberstripsunderthegroundkeelbeforeinstallinglightsteelkeels在沿地龍骨底部加鋪3mm厚橡皮條,后進(jìn)行輕鋼骨架的安裝。b)Wallintersectionshallbeburiedwithwoodbricksat1000mmspaceformainstructuralwallandcolumnmadeofbrickmasonry主體結(jié)構(gòu)墻、柱為磚砌體時，應(yīng)在隔墻交接處，按1000mm間距預(yù)埋木磚。3.4Operationelements操作要點(diǎn)a)payingoff:accordingtotheconstructiondrawing,payoffthepartitionline,doorandwindowopeningframelineandproperlymarkthepositionofthetopkeel放線：根據(jù)設(shè)計施工圖，放出隔墻位置線、門窗洞口邊框線，并放好頂龍骨位置邊b)installwindowanddooropeningframe:firstinstallwindowanddooropeningframes安裝門洞口框：放線后按設(shè)計要求，先將隔墻的門洞口框安裝完畢。c)installgroundandtopkeels:installaccordingtopartitionline,fastenthemwiththemainpartbydrivepinsatspaceof600mm安裝沿頂龍骨和沿地龍骨：按已放好的隔墻位置線，跟線安裝頂龍骨和地龍骨，有射釘固定于主體上，其射釘間距為600mm。d)Divideverticalkeel:accordingtopartitionlineanddoorandwindowopeningposition,dividetheverticalkeelat453mmspace(forsound-insulationwallwithstaggerarrangement)accordingtothe900mmor1200mmplasterboardafterinstallinggroundandtopkeels.Thedivisionwithinsufficientmodulusshallbeawayfromthefirstfacingoftheopeningframetoensurethemineralwoolboardwithedgecutisawayfromtheopeningframe豎龍骨分檔：根據(jù)隔墻放線門洞口位置，在安裝頂、地龍骨后按罩面板規(guī)格900mm或1200mm板寬，分檔規(guī)格尺寸為453mm（隔聲墻一律為453mm間距，并錯位排列）。不足模數(shù)的分檔應(yīng)避開門洞框邊第一塊罩面位置，使破邊礦棉罩面板不在靠洞框處。e)Installverticalkeel:installkeelsaccordingtodivisionpositionwithitstwoendsinsertedintothegroundandtopkeels.Fastenbypullmandrelrivetsafterverticaladjustingandproperpositioning.Fastenthekeelsnearwallcolumnsbydrivepinsorwoodscrewswithwall,ensuring1000mmspaceofdrivepins.Lateralsupportshallbeensuredifthepartitionheightisover3mwithdoubleverticalkeelssetatthedooropening裝豎龍骨：按分檔位置安裝龍骨，豎龍骨兩端上下插入沿頂及沿地龍骨，調(diào)制垂直及定位準(zhǔn)確后，用抽心鉚釘固定；靠墻柱邊龍骨用射釘或木螺絲與墻柱固定，釘距為1000mm。隔墻高度大于3m時應(yīng)加橫撐。在門洞口應(yīng)設(shè)置雙道豎向龍骨。f)Installmineralwoolboards安裝礦棉板：*)Checkifthekeelinstallationqualityconformstodesignandstructurerequirementsandifthekeelspaceconformstothemodulusoftheplasterboardwidth檢查龍骨安裝質(zhì)量是否符合設(shè)計及構(gòu)造要求，龍骨間距是否符合石膏板寬度的模數(shù)。*)Startfromthedooropeningininstallingthemineralwoolboardatoneside,andstartfromoneendofthewallincaseofnodooropening.Fastentheplasterboardbyself-tapscrews.Jointspaceofplasterboardsis3-5mmandthescrewdistanceatboardedgeis200mmandthatinthecenteris300mm.Thedistanceofscrewstotheboardedgeshallnotbelessthan10mm,norlargerthan16mm.themineralwoolboardsshallbefirmlyfastenedwiththekeelsbyself-tapscrews.安裝一側(cè)的礦棉板，從門口處開始，無門洞口的墻體由墻的一端開始，石膏板一般由自攻螺絲固定。石膏板拼縫間距3—5mm，板邊釘距為200mm，板中間距為300mm，螺釘距礦棉板邊緣的距離不得小于10mm，也不得大于于16mm。自攻螺絲豎固時，礦棉板必須與龍骨件緊靠。*)Installpowerpipes,boxesandcabinetswithinthewall.安裝墻體內(nèi)電管、電盒和電箱設(shè)備。*)Installglasswoolwithinthewallandstartinstallingtogetherwiththeglasswoolattheotherend.安裝墻體內(nèi)離心玻璃棉，與另一側(cè)礦棉板同時進(jìn)行安裝填入。*)installplasterboardatotherendofwall:installthesamewayasforthefirstendandthejointshallbestaggeredwiththatoftheotherside安裝墻體另一側(cè)石膏板：安裝方法同第一側(cè)礦棉板，其接縫應(yīng)與第一側(cè)面板縫錯開。*)installdoublelayermineralwoolboard:fastenthesecondlayerinthesamewayofthefirstlayer,butthejointsshallbestaggeredfromthefirstlayerandshallensurethejointsofthesecondandthefirstlayersarenotonthesamekeel安裝雙層礦棉板：第二層板的固定方法與第一層相同，但第二層板的接終縫應(yīng)與第一層錯開，不能與第一層的接縫落在同一龍骨上。g)Jointcalkingofmineralwoolboardwalls礦棉板墻平縫批嵌處理：*)Applycalkingputty:beforeapplyingputty,removesoilinthejointandinserttheputtyintothejointsbysmallscrapertoensurethecalkingislevelwiththeboardsurface.刮嵌縫膩?zhàn)樱汗吻犊p膩?zhàn)忧跋葘⒔涌p內(nèi)浮土清除干凈，用小刮刀把膩?zhàn)忧度氚蹇p，與板面填實(shí)刮平。*)Drawbar:applybindingmaterialsafterputtyconcretes,firstapplyathinlayerofprimerputtyonthejointwithabout1mmthicknessandwithwidthsuitableforthedrawbar,thenstickthedrawbarandscrapetoonedirectionandcompacttoremovetheairbubblebetweentheputtyanddrawbar.粘貼拉接帶：待嵌縫膩?zhàn)咏K凝后即行粘貼接接材料，先用稠度較稀的底層膩?zhàn)?，在接縫上薄刮一層，厚度約為1mm，寬度適應(yīng)拉條帶寬，隨即粘貼拉接帶，用中刮刀從上到一個方向用勁刮平壓實(shí)，趕出膩?zhàn)永訋еg的氣泡。*)applycenterputty:afterapplyingthedrawbar,immediatelyscrapeoverita800mm-wideand1mm-thickputtytocompletelycoverthedrawbarintotheputty刮中層膩?zhàn)樱豪訋д迟N后，立即在上面再刮一層比拉接帶跨度（80mm左右）、厚度約1mm的中層膩?zhàn)?，使拉接帶埋入這層膩?zhàn)又小?)Leveltheputty:uselargescrapertoleveltheputty.找平膩?zhàn)樱河么蠊蔚秾⒛佔(zhàn)犹顫M契形槽面與板面平。3.5Qualitystandards質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)a)Lightsteelkeelsshallbefreefromdeformationorbendingandthemineralwoolboardsshallbefreefrommoisture,deflection,edgeloss,crack,unevenness.輕鋼龍骨不得彎曲變形，礦棉板不得受潮、翹曲變形、缺棱掉角，無脫層、折裂，厚薄應(yīng)一致。b)Thewallstructureandlayingofmineralwoolboardsshallconformtothedesignrequirementsandshallbefirmlyinstalled墻體結(jié)構(gòu)及礦棉板的縱橫敷設(shè)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計
