1.負責項目的質量保障

2.依據整體項目安排，制定合理的測試安排與測試策略

3.內外部溝通協(xié)調，保障測試資源的合理安排，以及軟、硬件、測試、生產的無縫連接

4.剛好精確的預估項目的風險，并推動解決

5.通過對流程、用例、安排、改進與優(yōu)化，不斷提升測試效率與質量

6.對項目過程中的閃光點與不足點進行剛好的總結并輸出

崗位要求:

1.對行業(yè)內的人工智能技術有深刻的了解，行業(yè)內的產品有深刻的專業(yè)解讀和背景學問，有專業(yè)視角分析將來產品的趨勢，對現有產品的業(yè)務邏輯有深刻的理解;比如對競品的關鍵技術規(guī)格特別清晰，對現有產品的定位，核心功能特別清晰，能對競品的優(yōu)缺點多維度數據分析;通過專業(yè)的測試數據來指導產品或開發(fā)優(yōu)化產品

2.某一技術領域比如系統(tǒng)、聲學、圖像、網絡等有特別扎實的功底，能分析開發(fā)的改動評估影響面，落地測試方法和測試工具，并能精確詮釋技術實現邏輯

3.有較強的編程實力，比如java，c++，python等，能依據業(yè)務需求來主導或開發(fā)測試工具來提升測試效率，能依據業(yè)務發(fā)展方向提前規(guī)劃或優(yōu)化測試工具或平臺

4.有深厚的軟硬件一體產品的測試閱歷，清晰軟硬件一體產品的整個鏈路和流程，深諳軟硬件研發(fā)流程，工廠流程;完整跟過多個大項目，通過實戰(zhàn)項目的閱歷來改善和優(yōu)化現有流程提升測試效率，在項目過程中能敏捷運用流程反向推動流程的優(yōu)化和問題的解決

5.有很強的測試項目管理的實力，包含很強的溝通協(xié)調實力，項目風險把控，項目時間管控實力，問題推動解決實力和執(zhí)行力
