貨運協(xié)議CargocontractPartyA甲方：PartyB乙方：甲乙雙方在平等，協(xié)商，自愿的原則下，簽訂以下協(xié)議：Basedonthejusticeandwillingness,afterfriendlynegotiationbothpartiesreachedtheagreementasbelow:乙方為甲方代辦航空運輸，乙方為甲方提供運輸設計、電話查詢、代辦保險、打包，航空運輸、航空提貨、送貨等一攬子航空服務。PartyAprovidespartyBtheaircargoserviceasfollowing:deliverydesign,cargoquery,insurancecommission,packing,airtransportation,pickingupanddeliveringthecargo.etc乙方自收到甲方貨物后至交航空公司交付客戶止負責貨物的安全保管。如發(fā)生遺失或損壞，乙方應向甲方作出賠償，賠償額按民航局規(guī)定。(如外包裝完好無損，內物缺少或損壞不在賠償之列)PartyAhastheresponsibilityforthesafetyofcargofromtheconsignationbypartyBtilltheairwaysdeliverittothereceiverspecifiedbypartyB.Ifthecargowaslostordamaged(notincludingthecasethatexteriorpackingisingoodcondition),partyAshouldmakeacompensationtoBaccordingtotherelatedregulationsofCAAC.3)乙方當天收到甲方貨物后，按次日航班進行托運，如出現(xiàn)航班變動或3)調整等意外事件，則須及時通知甲方，雙方相互協(xié)商另行調整航班。NormallypartyAwillconsignthecargotoairlinecompaniesnextdayafterreceivingitfrompartyB.Iftheflightschedulechangedorunexpectedaccidentshappened,partyAshouldinformBintimetorenewthedeliveryplan.甲方必須向乙方提供正確的收件人姓名、地址、電話。如因收件人姓名、地址錯誤而造成的時間延誤或經濟損失乙方將不承擔任何責任。PartyBmustprovideAthecorrectanddetailaddress,nameandcontactphonenumberofthereceiver.AnydelayorlostcausedbytheerrorinformationofthereceiverprovidedbypartyB,PartyAwillnottakeanyresponsibilityinthiscase.貴重物品如需投保，投保金額按保險總價值的 %收取保險費，一旦出險，乙方則按保險公司的有關條例對甲方作出賠償，如甲方未對其托運貨物進行投保，一旦出險，乙方則按民航條例及程序向甲方作出賠償(即物品遺失，缺損，按普通貨物賠償，每公斤最圖賠償人民幣貳拾兀正)IfpartyBwanttobuyinsuranceforthevaluables,thecommissionis %ofthetotalinsuredvalue.Onceneedcompensation,partyAwillpayforittoBaccordingtotheinsuranceitems;howeverpartyAwillonlypaypartoftotalvalueaccordingtotheregulations(RMB20perKG)ofCAACifnoinsurance.甲方必須把加蓋公章的托運單交于乙方確定委托關系，乙方開具貨運分單為結算憑證。24小時內提出，否24小時內提出，否則視為確認。Tonaildowntheclientage,PartyBmustsubmittheconsignationticketwithcachetonittopartyA.andthenpartyAwillissueacorrespondingfreightsub-tickettopartyB.IfpartyBdoesnotagreetothepriceoffreight,partyBmustputitforwardtopartyAwithin24hours,otherwisethepriceoffreightwillberegardedasconfirmedbybothparties.結算方式： 。到貨后乙方將結算清單及憑證交甲方，甲方在5個工作日內付清。欠款額度為人民幣 。超過額度，乙方將立即將帳單交給甲方，甲方在收到帳單5個工作日內付清。所有欠款逾期支付，甲方必須向乙方每日支付欠款金額千分之五的滯納金。 甲方不得以任何理由拒付乙方運費。雙方如有爭執(zhí)，應按協(xié)商原則處理，協(xié)商不成，可由乙方所在地市法院裁決，仲裁費用由敗訴一方承擔，除非另有規(guī)定。ThemethodofPayment: .Afterthewholedeliveryprocessisover,partyAwillsubmitrelatedbillstopartyBwhoissuggestedtopayforitwithin5days.MaxarrearagevolumeisRMB .Onceexceedingit,PartyAwillimmediatelysubmitallthebillstoB,andpartyBmustpayitoffwithin5days.IfpartyBstilldoesnotpayitoffwithin5daysfortheoverdueaccount,partyBshouldpaytheextramoneyby0.5%ofthetotalarrearageperday.PartyBisnotallowedtorefusetopayforthefreightwithanyexcuse.Anydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthiscontractshallbesettledthroughfriendlyconsultations.Incasenosettlementcanbereached,thecaseindisputeshallthenbesubmittedtolocalcourtonthesideofpartyAforthearbitration.Arbitrationfeesshallbebornebythelosingparty,unlessotherwiseawarded1、協(xié)議一式四份，雙方各執(zhí)二份，協(xié)議自簽定之日起生效，有效期為一年Thiscontractisinfouroriginals,eachPartyholdstwo.AndThiscontract,afteritsbeingsignedbythepartiesconcerned,shallremaininforceforoneyear.Thiscontractincludesthefollowingattachments:i）公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件兩份 ii）簽字代表身份證復印件兩份i）twocopiesofthebusinesslicenseii）twocopiesoftheIDcardofthesignee甲方（公章）：乙方（公章）：CachetofpartyACachetofpartyB代表：代表：Representative'ssignature:Representative'ssignature:開戶銀行及帳號：開戶銀行及帳號：Bankaccountno:Bankaccountno:簽字日期：簽字日期：Date:Date:SHIPINGORDERAddressShipperConsigneeNotifyParty通知人Email:TEL: FAX:SHIPPINGORDERServices ShippingOrderNo.required:□LCL二LCLFCLFCLFCLLCLFCLBreak-bulkFreight: ExportLicenseNo.Pre-carriageby首程建審俞Placeofreceipt收貨地黑占
