監(jiān)督檢查質(zhì)量工程師、現(xiàn)場工程師、施工班組對質(zhì)量文件的執(zhí)行情況，并及時向項目經(jīng)理匯報檢查結(jié)果。ResumetheconstructionqualitycontrolresponsibilitywhenthePMisabsentatthesite.

檢查、監(jiān)督質(zhì)量工程師對于施工班組的技術(shù)交底。

ResponsibilitiesofQA/QCManager質(zhì)量經(jīng)理的質(zhì)量管理責(zé)任InaccordancewiththeQA/QCsystemofK&HandincompliancewiththerequirementsofClient’squalityexpectationsforanexcellent-qualityproject,QA/QCManagershalldevelopandsubmittoClient’sQA/QCDept.forapprovaltheprojectqualityassuranceprogramwithintendaysbeforeconstructioncommencement.

依照本公司的質(zhì)保體系，基于業(yè)主的要求和優(yōu)質(zhì)工程質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，質(zhì)量經(jīng)理將在開工前十天內(nèi)建立項目部的質(zhì)量保證程序，并呈報給公司的質(zhì)量保證部門。IssuetheprojectQA/QCproceduresapprovedbyClient’sQA/QCDept.totheconstructionFieldEngineerforexecutionwithin7daysbeforeconstructioncommencement.

開工前七天內(nèi)將業(yè)主批準(zhǔn)的項目質(zhì)量保證程序發(fā)給現(xiàn)場工程師執(zhí)行。TrainingoftheQA/QCstaffwithin7daysbeforeconstructioncommencementtoassureconstructionincompliancewiththeQA/QCprocedures.

開工前七天內(nèi)培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量管理人員，確保按質(zhì)量保證程序開展工作。ReviewtheconstructionQA/QCcomplianceateveryweekendtoseeifitmeetstherequirementsoftheprojectQAprocedures.

每周末檢查現(xiàn)場施工中質(zhì)量管理工作是否符合質(zhì)保程序及規(guī)范要求。ChairtheweeklyconstructionqualitymeetingandmeetingminutesshallbesubmittedtoClient.

主持每周的施工質(zhì)量管理會議，會議紀(jì)要需報業(yè)主。PreparationoftheprojectInspection&TestPlan(ITP)andsubmittoClientforapproval.

制定出本項目的檢查和測試計劃(ITP)，并報業(yè)主批準(zhǔn)。AttendqualitymeetingschairedbyClientandexecutetherequirementsofmeetings.
