反思；1、教師要有課堂效益意識(shí)。我正好缺乏這方面的運(yùn)用；其次，課堂效益還體現(xiàn)在如何設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)。課堂設(shè)計(jì)要有助于學(xué)生在課堂上積極參與復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中要重視學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo)。2、英語(yǔ)課堂上教師應(yīng)及時(shí)有效獲取學(xué)情反饋，有效地進(jìn)行課前回顧，課堂小結(jié)等環(huán)節(jié)的落實(shí)。及時(shí)了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)，以便在課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程中做出針對(duì)性的調(diào)整。3、教學(xué)效率的提高，要切實(shí)抓好備課這一環(huán)節(jié)，即備課要精，練習(xí)要精，作業(yè)要精。在課堂教學(xué)中強(qiáng)調(diào)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)。4、從方法上，要抓住學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的薄弱點(diǎn)，區(qū)別不同情況，有針對(duì)性輔導(dǎo)。從策略上，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生實(shí)際問(wèn)題的研究，做到缺什、補(bǔ)什么。Unit7What’sthehighestmountainintheworld?SectionB(2a-2e)學(xué)情分析作者：我班學(xué)生有45名，分六個(gè)小組教學(xué)，學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)課具有濃厚的興趣，有良好的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)。、八年級(jí)英語(yǔ)詞匯量大，閱讀文章篇幅長(zhǎng)，增加了教學(xué)的難度，如何讓學(xué)生掌握詞匯，適應(yīng)教材的要求，是難點(diǎn)也是重點(diǎn)。注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自學(xué)的能力是詞匯教學(xué)的關(guān)鍵，滲透一些閱讀技巧也是必要的。我是這樣嘗試的：

1、重示范。在教單詞時(shí)，要求教師自己示范到位，發(fā)音清晰，講解發(fā)音要點(diǎn)。同時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽(tīng)，專(zhuān)心看，積極模仿的好習(xí)慣。聽(tīng)清后再跟說(shuō)。順利完成音——形——義的逐步過(guò)度。

2、重情景。人類(lèi)思維活動(dòng)是借助詞匯進(jìn)行的。人類(lèi)思想的交流也是通過(guò)由詞構(gòu)成的句子來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。沒(méi)有詞匯任何語(yǔ)言都是不可想象的。因此單詞具有語(yǔ)言的意義，應(yīng)在特定的語(yǔ)境中引出，這樣既便于學(xué)生理解，印象也深刻。

3、重遷移。在教學(xué)中注重

“以舊帶新”或叫“相互遷移”。

4、重運(yùn)用。學(xué)習(xí)單詞的目的是為了運(yùn)用詞匯，并能正確運(yùn)用到筆頭表達(dá)之中。在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中創(chuàng)設(shè)一定的語(yǔ)言情景，使學(xué)生宛如置于一種真實(shí)的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境中，就能使學(xué)生自然而然使用所學(xué)習(xí)詞匯來(lái)表達(dá)他們的思想感情，從而達(dá)到學(xué)以至用的目的。
