微格教學(xué)與微型課

1、產(chǎn)生:60年月美國大規(guī)模的教育改革中,斯坦福大學(xué)對“角色扮演〔類于“試講〞〕進(jìn)行改造,使之完善、形成了“微格教學(xué)〞。我們從課程的角度將它稱為“微型課〞。

2、實質(zhì):它實質(zhì)是應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代視聽技術(shù)對教師〔師范生〕的教學(xué)技能進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)的一種新方法。

3、分格:它將冗雜的教學(xué)過程中的各種教學(xué)技能進(jìn)行科學(xué)分類,對各類〔合格〕教學(xué)技能單獨(dú)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。

4、過程:按規(guī)定的教學(xué)目標(biāo)有目的地進(jìn)行教學(xué)實踐,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代視聽技術(shù)手段反饋信息,使教師和評估者能更直觀形象地評議受訓(xùn)者的教學(xué)活動。

5、特點(diǎn):使受培訓(xùn)者能作為第三者來觀看分析評價自己的教學(xué)活動。即受培者與評價者合一。
