越來越多的人們已經(jīng)意識到健康的重要性。只是作為人類生存的基本需要,如食物來防止饑餓,和衣物御寒,健康是最重要的一個要素,這將很簡單被忽視。在這里,保持身體健康的小秘笈:規(guī)律的工作、充分的休息,保持良好的時間和有一個健康的飲食。假如你不想把自己生病,那么每天的晨練肯定是預(yù)防疾病最好的方式。

Iwouldliketoaddonenrichmentpersonalknowledgeinthelist.Allofusareverybusyeveryday.Studentsarefacingapilingupofhomeworksandassignments.Bluecollarsandwhitecollarsrushtoworkingplacesandoffices.Trafficjammed,unsolvedproblems,frustrations,newchallenges.Stressbecamethefirstthinginthemorning.Wehaveforgottenourownneedsashumanbeing,untilthealarmofourbiologicclocksbeentriggeroff.Wefinallyrealizethatweshouldhavedonealittlemoreforourselvesearlier.Becausewehaveignoredwhatourbodytellsus,sowepaidahigherprice.Itisnottoolatetostartourplan.
